I credit Charlie in his attempt to analyzing the brain of any politician especially Ted Cruz. Probably that word was a typo, which Ted read aloud like any good boy in elementary school pronouncing the words correctly, but not really paying any attention to the meanings. I expected that. However having the entire room of legislators obviously taking naps or equally as dim in vocabulary, not perk up, wake up and say something is up...now THAT was unexpected and bothers me.

It is easy for fans to become overly interested in personal matters, that are usually kept private, when celebrities are involved. Someone else's marriage is none of my business. I do not know either celebrity personally. In spite of all  that, I felt so sad upon hearing of their breakup. Divorces are never fun times. I hate that there is so much gossip in MSM, but as another comment to this video (and Kjersti) pointed out, 19 years is a long time for any marriage, in celebrity years it is a life time. I wish them both well, would advise them to take a break from social media for a few months. Their children need privacy and a safe environment, hence the possible move of NK to Portugal.

I agree with Morgan in that the Charolais' sale is both fiscally smart along with being best for farm management. It is good that Elvis is a steer and only partially Charolais. I checked out male Charolais online, that breed gets HUGE. Awww I can imagine the 2 new goats snacking on weeds during gardening, sooo cute. Major props for anticipating and preparing for Pablo B. Cat's retirement. It is always nice to see a "no goats for me" and "am really not a cat person" doing so well with both types in spite of those prejudices🤣. Kind of makes me wonder when Morgan said definitively that he was NOT getting horses.😉  I hear that Clydesdales, while huge are very trainable and gentle. Negatives due to their size can have leg/hoof issues. Un-ironically, a Morgan is also another good horse breed. Just think, if the tractor stalls, the bike breaks, a backhoe gets hidden by "My Friend Alfred" and the commuting car is not up to the task of farm labor, a horse might be of some assistance. Of course horses are herd animals thus a "companion" is important.😳

Thank you Kassidy. You did it all: finding the perfect "actors", writing their dialogue, voicing their lines and directing this opener for the video on 47.1🥇🥇🥇🥇 (wait, do you have a signed contract😜). Sorry, I cannot attribute this suggestion to its origin. Someone mentioned that there might be legal value in researching the intent of the California legislators who wrote, proposed and enacted 47.1 into California state law. That being said, I am still somewhat confused about the concept of extraterritorial jurisdiction. I realize that Judge Liman is a federal judge located in the State of New York which is most likely why he could make a ruling on 47.1...still this has become so complex. IMO we find ourselves here not solely due to a naive director/actor, a bossy/self-important actor and her rather wealthy and famous SO.  We are here primarily due to: (1) the instigators, being certain PR agencies/reps (2) the enablers, being the legal system, and the most dangerous element of them all, (3) way too much money in the bossy actor's joint account. All 3 factors have been essential in allowing this manipulation of U.S. laws with such ease.

CONGRATULATIONS to Dan Murrell on being accepted as reporter at Sundance Film Festival. Eline Van der Velden (who the internet identifies as a Dutch producer and comedian) founded Xicoia. The comedian label does make me wonder, if this was a stunt. All this buzz is giving Xicoia free PR for that company as a supplier of CGI needed for movies to simulate an exotic/protected locations or past/future time periods. It would be interesting to find out if Tilly Norwood has been trademarked by Xicoia. IMO, Tilly Norwood is likely more a company advert than a substitute for an A-list actor. Tilly Norwood is a computer produced character. Computers need data. When AI is involved lots of data is needed. Where did the data for Tilly Norwood's gender, coloring, race, height, vocal tone/inflection and other factors come from? Were any humans whose physicality or responses supplying that data paid?  The impact of AI produced actors would be severe for those who are currently employed in the entertainment industry. However, this seismic shift would not just affect actors. There would be job losses across the board affecting stunt people, makeup artists, costume managers, gaffers, props people and even the company supplying food on the film set. The industry would change beyond current recognition. IMO not for the better. However there is a place for AI produced effects. Halyna Hutchins was the cinematographer on the set of the 2021 film, RUST. She was tragically un-alived due to incompetence, inexperience and budget restrictions. Had CGI been affordable and available, perhaps that tragedy would never have occurred.

I cannot believe that LE is this incompetent in not getting the appropriate subpoenas for the appropriate items. It is worse, they are lazy, unethical and think that the U.S. Constitution is a group of suggestions not legal and moral rights. There is an important election in November, 2026 in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, maybe that will make a difference? Just an addendum to thank Attorney Forman for his promise to educate us. Learning never should stop in anyone's life, so thank you for all who teach us.

The internet can be a wonderful or scary place. However one thing the internet is not, especially in criminal cases, is impenetrable to skilled forensic financial investigations. If you do questionable searches, post questionable comments, converse with just about anyone, skilled tech people can find it all. Another comment mentioned Hunsicker's similarity to Elizabeth Holmes. Certain individuals like Anna Sorokin (aka Anna Delvey) who I believe is now out of prison, Elizabeth Holmes, CEO of Theranos, Christine Hunsicker, CEO of CaaStle were all excellent con artists. They all managed to persuade so many, including banking institutions and other experts of their "imaginary" accomplishments. Scary to think people with that level of narcissism could rise that high. The collateral damage done to their families, friends, employees not to mention investors who cannot afford to lose their savings, must be unbelievably epic.

Actually Observe seemed fine, it was the "interview" which seemed off. I define off, as this video seemed more like amateur actors reciting a memorized a script than an interview. I would agree with Observe in that Ed Warren seemed the dominant one in this relationship and in this video. Lorraine Warren seemed to be uncomfortable. If the allegations of DV and her SO having an affair with an underage person is correct, that would be 2 major reasons for her discomfort. In the beginning of this video, her speech seemed to flow much more easily. The moment she says "... but I suppressed those feelings...." her speech sounded much more controlled, rote and practiced. Her hand manipulation (finger twisting, ring, bracelet manipulation) seemed like she was trying to push down anxiety. Were they frauds? I would say Ed Warren yes, with Lorraine Warren, I am less certain. Whether she had any psychic abilities or not, she does seem to think that she did have at least some unusual abilities. Ed Warren died in August, 2006. Lorraine Warren died in April, 2019. What might be interesting is to analyze any video interviews with Lorraine Warren after August 2006. Did her body language, verbal flow or anything change? Does she seem more believable? Thank you Observe for doing a video when feeling not well. However, I did not feel the analysis was adversely affected.

I wonder if Turning Point has a PR firm as their actions seem abrupt, not well-thought out. Turning Point should have appointed an interim CEO. Maybe hinted at Erika Kirk being considered, while bringing up her CV showing her skill set. Let that information out to media for 1 -2 weeks. At that point make an announcement stating that Erika Kirk, "...has graciously accepted the position of CEO of Turning Point" along with her mission statement. That being said the hypocrisy of a viewpoint that included extolling a woman who stays home with her children, without considering the need for a 2 income household or a woman's desire to expand her world, is somewhat disturbing considering that she may run for political office. As for the white pants suit she wore to the funeral or not having mascara smeared on her face from tears, who knows? People grieve differently. Erika Kirk may not like showing extreme emotion in public. Right now, I do feel a disconnect about her. The first time I learned of Erika Kirk's existence was when it was mentioned that she was there when tragedy took her husband. Without firm data, I have no relevant opinion only a gut reaction that something about her is different. Whether good or bad, we will have to wait, see and research.

Kind of like the 3 year old who wants attention, even negative attention. However, this level of crazy narcissism also seems to extend to psychopaths who have more in mind than simply going viral.

It is validating to hear an attorney say this case is "weird". Opinions should be based upon evidence once a trial starts (March 2026?), but this case seems to be well, as was said "weird". QUESTION 1: I know court calendars are crowded, but is this why this trial got scheduled so far in advance? Also, I am guessing that judges wish to give both sides the time to confer and settle. However the animus of both sides seems to preclude compromise. QUESTION 2: Can either side request an earlier court date with any chance of success?  QUESTION 3: Could the judge themselves try to get an earlier court date seeing how this case gets weirder with the passing of each day? QUESTION 4: This is more of a comment than a question, but in what cases can a ADR method be used and is it even applicable in this situation as it would require both sides to agree to arbitration?

Relatively new subscriber here.  I became acquainted with this channel from another YT channel (sorry, cannot remember whose). Reading a few of Judge Limon's responses to filings, I speculate that he may be an absolute sticker for proper legal terminology/context in any filing. Transfer any righteous indignation into legal language and formatting. I have done that (am not an attorney). Actually it feels quite satisfying to insult someone or an action in proper legal terms/very polite language😉. Always have someone else proof the document before emailing. ChatGPT can help with details, but check everything any AI says in regards to case law/precedents with at least 2 other (non AI) sources. Regarding Marilyn Manson, I had thought everything had been withdrawn. I did not realize that there were still active civil suits. For his performances in places with nervous politicians, like Brighton UK, why not institute an age-gated rule for admittance? Admittance lines to concerts (at least at many in U.S.) are basically TSA lines anyway!

I have only seen portions of this interview. I agree that there is probably an employment motive relating to; do not mess with WME...allegedly😉. However there seems to be a disconnect in MSM journalists (like Ronan Farrow) in recognizing and accepting that news can also be delivered by content creator/journalists on a platform such as YT. Has Mr. Farrow even watched any content creator/journalist on YT except Candace Owens? His generalization that her program is all, is an attitude that should be beneath someone who is as intelligent as Mr. Farrow. If RF wishes to continue to be a fair and pragmatic journalist, he should begin by watching the channels of all the content creator/journalists who were recipients of a subpoena that was more fishy than legal. If open to change, MSM would see that these new media channels spend more time in the sub-fields of research, editing, commentary and YES...use critical thinking. The solution is simple, evolve or become extinct.

To catch the eye I would add an image of that pastoral locale near Lake Arrowhead where Shelly Miscavige currently resides. Sounds like she may be quite content. She lives well. She works regularly. She sees movies and eats at restaurants. She is awaiting the "the return" of her leader. An added benefit is that in these last 2 decades Shelly Miscavige did not have to deal with a very violent, unstable person with more physical stature (albeit minimal) than sense.  Good on Jenna for providing information on an additional platform to educate additional people concerning the damage done to people whose primary wish was to help the world.

However in the court of public opinion she still might have won as a woman who had felt that she had been SH'd. Many months ago, someone either at Variety or maybe Rolling Stone reported that this whole mess was mutually assured career destruction. Whomever said that should get The Pulitzer Prize in journalism or a least something like the "best celebrity prediction of the year"...allegedly. ( I have been tacking on "allegedly" and "IMO" opinion at lot these days, hmm wonder why?🤣)

I hadn't watched much of the cross of Cardi B until now. However, now I am angry for her (but not in a parasocial-relationship way😉).  Being a celebrity does not equate to consent, especially in context regarding their personal lives. Were I the owner of that building,  I would not want any person in my employ acting in that manner. Ironically my reasons would be due to the potential civil liability of having an incompetent/dangerous employee. This was NOT a boring episode. Watching the truth tellers, with expert commentary, is as valuable a learning technique as pointing out the liars' behavior. I have not watched any testimony of the (former?) security guard, but I am guessing that video may be somewhat more "entertaining"🤣.

Thank you to Ashley for reporting on this news with fairness and thorough research. All this clearly shows how bad RR and BL reputations have become, allegedly. The public now assumes the worst from both of them. I wish these 2 would have a moment of clarity. Maybe find someone in PR (🙄?) or management who can give practical advice on how to handle the next 6 months without inflicting additional massive collateral damage. I have to keep reminding myself this maelstrom began not that long ago with the filing of the December 2024 workplace complaint.

I enjoy Kjersti Flaa's reporting as she approaches these problematic PR articles and legal filings with logic and humor. Her approach is a corrective lens that exposes gaslighting and misdirection. OMG that Globe article concerning Baldoni! Taken simply as a published article, it was genuinely the worst example of writing that I have seen since I read then submitted my first essay to my freshman English Comp. professor. Even from that long ago epic fail in writing, I  never seen so many tropes, clichés and half-truths jammed into such a short article until now. Amazing work , Globe🤣.  BTW A few days after major dental work, Oscar looks a whole lot perkier than I did post dental-surgery.

That was a fascinating analysis of JB's TED talk(which I had never seen). I agree JB has the right intentions, but the wrong phrasing if he wishes to develop a more varied demo. Speculation, is that how the whole workplace complaint was born...2 celebrities speaking different dialects? BL's general rep was known, at least in the industry. Unfortunately with JB wearing so many hats (Wayfarer co-founder, IP owner, director, lead actor, producer) he may have been overwhelmed by multiple responsibilities. It is sad that he did not have advisers who could see, handle and dissipate the approaching on-set storm clouds. I did enjoy Jed Wallace's recent filing. I appreciate attorneys who can throw sass, snark and sarcasm while maintaining sufficient legal gravitas for the court.

With what information that I know now, I do not see how Wendy Adelson can explain the whole "secret boyfriend Jeff" story. I keep thinking about Wendy's two children. They not only lost their father and two sets of grandparents, they may soon lose their mother. The Markell family is correct.  So many lives have been impacted. The question, "was it worth it?", is chilling. What can the lives of these two boys be like from this moment into the future? I wonder if the oldest of Donna's 3 children (Dr. Robert Adelson) can somehow help these 2 boys reconnect with their the paternal grandparents move on to the lives they should have? As EDB often says, "I have questions."

I had not heard of the Rebel Wilson case.  I think that I need graphics, charts and a spread sheet. So allegedly, hypothetically, Rebel Wilson is BL and Ghost is JB? Then we have Bryan Freedman's firm is representing Wilson. With Jed Wallace and Melissa Nathan are accused by Ghost (aka JB) as being employed by Wilson to smear the producers?  Not sure that I have enough bandwidth for more court cases alleging that PR firms are bending reality or celebrities being bullies.

My favorite was the black/white set until that last item (the floral black dress). That dress was a stunner. PLEASE keep it. Overall this box seemed to be one of the more successful ones. I never buy mystery boxes as I have zero luck matched almost the same level of space in my clothing budget😉. I do love watching mystery boxes being opened. I also have cats, so unwanted fur "accessories" is my life. Always have a lint roller (simply sticky paper on a roll) in your car and a mini one for your bag.

Weird direction considering RR's past in excelling at comedic film performances. These two, have allegedly, canceled themselves. They are (allegedly) the authors of their own emotional pain and career injuries. BTW "allegedly" and "IMO" is going to be sprinkled throughout my comments until celebrities stop issuing subpoenas for hurt feelings.

I know very little about the Rebel Wilson lawsuit. For all we know there may have been unethical behavior on both sides regarding power, finances or contractural obligations. Simply for the sake of appearances, as a producer/backer I would not have the acting and/or tech crew living in my home at the same time as I was, unless such persons were relatives or friends prior to the filming.  Not saying anything inappropriate went on. As has allegedly come to pass such proximity could be weaponized. IMO it is quite a tell about RW that she chose to distribute information about a "named victim",  allegedly Charlotte MacInnes, over the objections of "named victim".

I found this juror (foreperson) quite refreshing and intelligent. This is 2025. People posting onto their own social media channels that have multiple followers is not a rarity. I would guess (hope) that social media/presence on the internet is part of the juror questionnaire, the voir dire process and instructions to the chosen jurors/alternates during the trial. The judge in the Donna Adelson trial seemed to be on point with his rulings as was the prosecution team in their opening/closing statements and witness questions. Obviously those 2 attorneys and the judge were satisfied with the chosen jurors. I trust their opinion.

Analyzing the language and behavior of any politician is depressing in its predictability. I have zero knowledge of names who were/are on the Epstein client list. My speculative guesses of those on that list are (in no particular order): Republicans, Democrats, current politicians, retired politicians, people of multiple religious affiliations, atheists, agnostics, CEOs, *Nepo Babies (*I include anyone of any age in this category who inherited, but did not actually earn their wealth), MDs, PhDs, and recognizable names from the entertainment industry. As a more inclusive category, I am guessing that this list contains a preponderance of individuals who use he/him pronouns. When Ghislaine Maxwell was moved to a minimum security prison for whatever reasons, the U.S. government lost control of the narrative. Now there is a problem for the current administration should there continue to be a coalition between Republican and Democratic Senators/Representatives regarding the release of this list.

If Roblox doesn't regulate themselves, continues to ignore the offers of help from concerned users or even punish said users for pointing out SP behavior, there is an eventual end. No user will like it, should the federal and state governments get involved to pass laws. Does anyone really want some politicians stuck in 1950 regulating online gaming? You wouldn't like The Hulk when he is angry and you won't like the internet when politicians become involved. Roblox needs to understand if federal and state restrictions happen, the user base will likely go down and guess what else...the company's stock price.

I am relieved that the entire Runkle family (well except for the Girl Guides projects) is well. The universe certainly does have a sense of irony. When I opened this video, I had assumed that this had been uploaded in direct response to the incident. I know that the dogs were less of a deterrent than the door. It does puzzle me as to who would wish to tangle with the unknown of facing 2 dogs the sizes of 2 Chihuahuas or 2 dogs the sizes of 2 German Shepards? Like Clint Eastwood said in a classic movie, "Do you feel lucky...?" I agree that obvious wealth can highlight a target. However with great wealth comes great security systems (thank you Spiderman). What about the general environment surrounding a home? Should we be checking local crime reports? Checking response time of police? Making mental notes of new faces in your community/neighborhood? Or is all that more paranoia than helpful?

This state of being is relevant for everyone involved and for everyone watching such as new media journalists/content creators, but who do not wish to be involved in legal filings. BTW small rant here, how in the name of the late Justice Louis Brandeis does BL automatically get redactions (aka privacy protections) in court documents while others such as certain subpoena recipients, do not?

This is a great topic to share with people of all abilities and disabilities.While I was born vision impaired (only in one eye), no one realized this condition until I was in school (Grade 1 or 2) when I complained I could not read the chalkboard. My impairment is relative stable. However as I age, my vision naturally becomes less precise. So there is a very slow, minimal path of a progressive disability. I do not mourn, simply because I do not know what I am missing visually. What is currently irritating for me is that I do need some assistance in city walking. There are "surprises" in various formats such as random corners, curbs that could cause me to fall.  I do have to laugh at myself sometimes. The other day, I tripped and almost fell due to a dark portion of a walkway which to me looked like a large crack in the concrete but was simply patched. Essentially I "tripped" on a shadow. I am annoyed that I need assistance sometimes, but it almost always is due to a decision I have made not one that was forced upon me. I do appreciate how lucky I am to be able to understand different perspectives (emotionally and intellectually, but not visually😉).

Fascinating reconstruction. During cursory online research on where Epstein spent his last days, MCC NY, I learned that prison is known as "one of the most secure federal detention facilities in the United States". Quite the interesting dichotomy looking at the fate of the 2 individuals most responsible for SA and other crimes that YT will not allow to be spoken or typed.

Two weeks too late for the live stream, but I am subscribed, bell is virtually rung and I am commenting. Many individuals, whether celebrity or not, get mired in the swamp that was formerly known as twitter. I think baby (in terms of experience not chronological age) celebrities such as Gina Carano should receive assistance from their employer as anyone should who has difficulties adjusting to job stress and online misunderstandings. GC should have been "encouraged" to have multiple meetings with experts familiar with the good, the bad and the ugly aspects of social media. However, a line was crossed when Gina Carano entered hyperbolic territory in comparing hurt feelings of a political group she belongs to with a group who suffered way more than hurt feelings. As for the settlement (aka money), this is always preferable to wars with stars.

I am not sure if this happened during the 'vid or when,  but I do not watch awards shows. No complaints,  I simply do not get amp'd up (pun intended) about any awards shows. If I hear of a performance that is a standout, I will catch that segment on replay via YT.  However I do enjoy viewing the fashion worn to Awards shows which I also watch on replay. Old news, but I was not a fan of Bianca Censori's look for the 2025 Grammy Awards. Had she used glitter body paint, maybe henna tattoos or even jewelry beneath that transparent dress, her look might have entered the territory of "fashion" instead of visiting "bizarro-land". Maybe just me as I do love accessories.😉

The origin of whatever currently dwells within Annabelle will probably remain a mystery. However in her current existence, she is magnification for negativity. She is like an anti-vaccine made airborne that weakens, not strengthens, a person. Anyone around her (along with holy water and other religious relics), needs to be balanced in both body & mind. As Ashley's reading pointed out, Annabelle must be shown respect. Putting this doll on tour should have been the last thing that anyone attempted. Thank you to Kjersti Flaa for being so respectful about the recent tragedy. I am appalled, sad, angry and even scared concerning that horrific event, but not yet able to discuss or listen to any details. Well there is one detail I had a friend search for me. It has been indicated that a "person of interest" has been identified by authorities.

As for the nightmare circus that is BL vs. JB, it is highly ironic that in the end the entertainment industry may be the angriest of us all. Just imagine when the realization hits the industry that by initiating this legal mess BL has allegedly exposed the dirty secret concerning an alleged "how to smear friends, relatives and co-workers" playbook allegedly used by certain celebrities, PR firms and industry execs. Any fans of movies and followers of celebrities, if they are paying attention, are no longer innocents who believe every PR release and MSM clickbait (aka their view of news.) I agree that it is likely that this homeowner was turned in because someone saw themselves on the homeowner's social media post. This over-reaching law was proposed and passed by those who did not consider the consequences. I tend to think that they are not familiar with chess strategy. Coincidentally a homeowner who also did not consider the consequences of their action when posting certain images online happened. Two wrongs = a pain in the posterior + legal expenses. One thing that made me laugh, albeit in a grumpy taxpayer way, was the mention of fees. I can see filing for an exemption, but paying your governmental overlords so that you can protect your home seems to be sending a very bad message to taxpayers AND voters.😉

I worry whenever religion is pushed into a leadership position. Not every religious leader is going to be a Martin Luther King. It seems whenever tragedy happens we revert to simplistic corrective methods. We are missing those who are struggling among us. Whether doing something as mundane as traveling on a train or speaking in public forum, there should not be any expectation of random violence. It is highly doubtful than either assassin (of Iryna Zarutska or Charlie Kirk) went unnoticed throughout their lives. Signs had to be dismissed, ignored or simply not addressed in treatment.

I do appreciate NotActuallyGolden trying to make sense of this chaos. I have no statistics, only anecdotal (from me😉) evidence. MSM getting it wrong...again, is no surprise to me. MSM is struggling to survive in a new world where the primary source of news for many people is new media (such as YT). To keep profit margins healthy, MSM likely fired their fact checkers, fired or retired their best (aka most expensive) editors and began publishing for clickbait not accuracy. IMO, Judge Liman is all about proper legal format, meeting deadlines and respect for the court. Judges are human thus can be compromised. However being a stickler for legal language and details, is not confirmation of misdeeds or bias.

I could tell ant was not going to come up with salacious details, because as ant said in another reading on Epstein and Trump, an alliance with Epstein would gain Trump nothing important. As for being seen in screenshots together, Epstein had this habit of standing next to just about every individual who had power and money for Epstein to use as leverage and/or PR. Trump being on an Epstein-financed plane ride, is nothing relevant except for the fact Trump loves having someone else pay the bills. Why isn't Trump releasing the Epstein list? My guesses are: (1) he does not have it or (2) there are certain people Trump NEEDS to have available (as in, not in jail) that are on the list. Trump's personality is best explained by the title of his 1987 book, "The Art of The Deal". While Trump's name is listed as co-author on the book jacket, IMO Trump's only contribution was not suing the real author for libel. POSSIBLE  READING: Did Trump do any actual writing of that book? (my guess is zero.)

Thank you to Spidey for this informative analysis. Polarization on social media and MSM is, at least to me, unsurprising. The scary thing is will the name of Charlie Kirk become a rallying cry to his cause?  Watching various sides politicize this assassination is beyond nauseating. I am in a portion of the population which did not agree with Charlie Kirk's life view or political opinions, However, I do agree with the U.S. Constitution. Mr. Kirk had the right to his opinions. He had the right to speak in a public setting. He had the right to live a full life. People who did/do not support Mr. Kirk or his cause should continue to be able to freely criticize the organization that Charlie Kirk founded, his writings and his speeches. Due to an unstable individual who felt the need to project his anger outwards, we have yet another preventable killing. As of this comment, this individual (I will not use their name) is 22 years old. I can only imagine how many chances to identify and to treat this unstable person were ignored or shrugged off. Whether at school, at work or anywhere, we all deserve to feel safe.

I agree with Whitney, at minimum Kendra Lucari should have gotten prison time equal to the amount of time that she made others suffer due to her crimes. IMO Lucari should have been kept in prison until her daughter turned 21. I also would not have allowed any contact between mother and daughter in-person, via letter, email, text, Zoom (or its equivalent) until the daughter was 21.  The daughter's behavior seemed as detached as her father's. Not due to either being co-conspirators, but more like those engulfed in a cult. Kendra Lucari, now on house arrest/probation shows no self-awareness of the harm she inflicted. If allowed the opportunity, she WILL re-offend.  As LYK said, laws need to catch up to technology. Phones can provide security (911, emergency calls to parents and even screen shots of suspicious vehicles) for children. Instead of removing all phones, I would recommend a block on cell phones in regards to social media and MSM along with storing a phone in one's backpack. If you use it during a class, you lose it until school ends. This ordeal went on far too long before the FBI was called in. This cyber crime poisoned an entire town. Like the law, schools and LE have to recognize the seriousness of this crime. It was there all the time in front of anyone who watched those texts emerge in a seemingly endless flood of toxicity.

Full disclosure, I still have one or two pairs of skinny jeans in my closet and I WEAR them...so unreliable narrator? I love mixing textures and layering (layering is beneficial to the climate where I reside). My color blocking is more fashion conservative. I use colors that may be different but have the same level of saturation. An outfit I wore yesterday was a loose moss green top with poufy sleeves over a fitted long sleeve royal purple light weight top with jeans and black boots (my hair is dark). Sounds weird, but I like the look.

Even watching these podcast clips is giving me cringe. I understand that when children are involved there is still a strong connection to the former partner at least until the children are both over 18. Vacationing as a group does seem odd. Although I can understand that she wants to be with the children as both boys are still so young. This is still their relationship, even though it has been seen (and monetized) on video for years. While I may find her being on her ex's podcast weird, it is their life. Now in MY life I have the choice that involves not subscribing to, or watching, a Ned Fulmer podcast. Putting Ariel on his podcast, knowing that she is a "people pleaser",  is admittedly in IMO, evidence that he has not matured or evolved. BTW I agree with Spill Sesh, Ariel is the one with charisma, charm and a (viable) career.

I had heard about Carmen (on a meeting stream?). Since Bean wasn't getting the usual screen time, I had also sadly assumed Bean had passed. While Carmen's passing was no doubt due to her age, I would imagine the decision to let Bean go was much harder both to make and accept. While the goats are not chaotic-good, not sure if chaotic-neutral (oxymoron?) or chaotic-evil aptly describes this herd (aka gang😉). I would say goats are: (1) chaotic-imps or (2) chaotic-delinquents or maybe (3) chaotic-pranksters? They do evil-ish things but with a sense of style and humor that reminds me of the Norse mythological (and Marvel) character, Loki. BTW good goat name!

With LM's advantages there is so much (via legal & ethical methods) that he could have accomplished in making a statement about our ineffective, unfairly priced, badly administered health care system. LM acted on his feelings, his opinions, his conclusions without critical thinking. To me this reads as mental instability.  IMO we are ignoring mental health issues as is obvious from the almost daily tragedies at schools, at work and anywhere there is a public gathering. I agree with another comment (maybe from another channel) that the authorities felt that a terrorism charge would lead to more random violence directed at authority figures hence its removal. I am getting vibes of the BK case with its surprise plea agreement. Do I think LM did it, yes. Do I think he had help, yes. Although I am not sure if anyone who "helped" LM knew what their "help" would lead to.

I watch Hot Ones for the interviews (hmm where else have I heard that trope 😉)  by Sean Evans not for schadenfreude. I agree with using Oprah Winfrey to illustrate an interviewer who can elicit  information without yanking out the details as if they were surplus teeth. Another polished and effective interviewer (ironically as she and Oprah are bff's) using a video format is Gayle King. However this is only when she is given enough time (away from the CBS Mornings show) to focus on one person. As far as I know, her only recent misstep was getting defensive regarding that "trip to space" on the Blue Origin New Shepard rocket (April 14, 2025). In fairness to her, the PR was misleading and incomplete. Many missed the relevant details such as 2 of the 5 passengers were in STEM. The PR mistakes ranged from the matching uniforms, calling them a "crew" not passengers, and focusing on Katy Perry. All media (mainstream and new) needs to forgo the empty calories of the PR release, press junkets and glossy bios. Bring back those extended one on one interviews by interviewers who KNOW (via researchers/editors) their subject's history and current projects. FULL DISCLOSURE: Yes I watch those adorbs puppy and kitten video "interviews" with celebrities. 🤣

I am so glad Observe did this analysis. I had completely misjudged Ariel from just hearsay without viewing this podcast. I had thought Ariel was being weak or overly compliant. I was quite wrong. I am glad that Ariel showed strength, resolve and honesty. I agree that she appeared on this podcast ONLY so that someday her children can see the truth about why their parents separated. As for Ned Fulmer, I also see no growth, no change only an intent to return to social media and be relevant. Well he may have achieved the social media level, but not the level of relevancy.  FYI:  any contact with a channel, even a 👎 or a posted negative comment is treated by YT as engagement. Engagement benefits the channel regarding monetization along with showing up in more feeds. I wish Ariel and her 2 children a peaceful, private present and a fulfilling, fantastic future. I adore these interviews with Nelson Aspen. His energy and enthusiasm is healing. Until it was  mentioned in this video, I never saw the similarities between Chevy Chase and Ryan Reynolds. I would have said that RR was more insightful, charismatic and talented than Chevy Chase except then a certain filing on 12/20/2024 happened. Let's see a job for Will Smith: a biopic on Thurgood Marshall (supreme court justice) or Langston Hughes (poet, novelist) or Scott Joplin (composer, musician). Do lots and lots of research first. Internet sleuths can be quite successful in finding problematic details in anyone's past. With Bill Cosby's infamous history, his life would probably not be the best feature for Will Smith to use for re-entry into the entertainment industry. Will Smith should start small (no mega budgets for CGI or salaries) with the platform being a streaming service rather than a movie theater and perhaps even accepting an important yet supporting role.

Ariel sounds like a normal human, but what is with that vocal fry of Ned Fulmer? I understand Ariel probably participated to give her children "receipts" when they search online regarding their parents. Sad, that after THREE years this Ned is seemingly identical in all ways to the Ned who thought an affair with an employee was a good idea.  Maybe he should have the former CEO and HR director of Astronomer on the next episode...could be a nest of narcissists.

There really was no other way that Dever's career with the BPD could end. She was not only of zero use to LE, she was a negative. After watching that infamous press conference with Commissioner Cox, anyone with even perfunctory critical thinking skills could only offer 2 explanations regarding this Commissioner: incompetent or fabulist. Sadly, I suppose both could be accurate. Yet as of this comment, Michael Cox is still in office. Dever was a pawn, sacrificed without a thought. Her absence is no indication of any systemic improvement of LE. 

BTW Peter, way to get the group riled up! Major disagreements with Alan Jackson's responses in an interview? RELEASE THE MODS (or at least give them a heads-up.)

Previous to this video, I had thought that perhaps someone from this person's entourage who had access to the house and car might be responsible. Considering the coincidences that I have now learned regarding her being under age, his songs, her running away, his name, the Tesla, that music video along with other "coincidences" at this point do not look exculpatory. Hopefully forensics can pinpoint when and where this crime occurred. Perhaps the age of the dent on the Tesla (along with the vehicle's software) and neighborhood ring/security cameras can assist LE. Anyone who is a suspect/person of interest in a crime investigation is considered not guilty until proclaimed by a jury (or a judge) as guilty. Now we wait. She was just so young. It is painful to think of how brief a life that she lived.

Anyone is considered legally not guilty until proclaimed guilty or not-guilty by a jury or judge. However there are numerous coincidences to consider David/D4vd at least a person of interest. I do wonder why anyone would put evidence of a crime in their own vehicle? As there is no expectation of privacy these days, with computers permanently installed into our vehicles, ring cameras, street security cameras and people walking their dogs while essentially holding (probably the people not the dogs)  cameras, we should not have to wait long for an answer. She was just so young. It is painful to think of how brief a life that she lived.

Whoa. I think that I need a spreadsheet, not solely a family tree, on the descendants. I agree with Kenz in that the marriage of Alan and Clover sounded like a VERY open marriage for BOTH parties. Intriguing that Dulles was unexpectedly in town after his sudden "retirement" to be available on the day of JFK's un-aliving. There have always been rumors regarding JFK that the CIA either had advance knowledge and failed to act upon it...or worse. During this video there was a mention of time spent in  Switzerland. That country has long been famous for high-quality, quite private rehab and post-surgical care. I know that the Dulles family is literally linked to spies (aka CIA), but could FOIA requests [certificates of births, deaths, marriages, official (as in where they voted/paid taxes) residences] assist in solving at least a portion of this mystery?  BTW, this video was a nice change from actors behaving very badly.

Love this collab with Paul and Dr. Berry. I had known (probably from reddit) the identity of the stalker prior to my watching this Netflix doc. It seemed to be (I am not a mental health professional) that the mom was the cult leader with her husband and her daughter the cult members believing everything Kendra said.  It is beyond my imagination regarding how this woman avoided being put on a P-list after all those horrific texts to children. A judicial order should have been filed to prevent any contact between mother and daughter until the daughter turned 25 and consented. IMO Dad made a major mistake in allowing emails to be passed between mother and daughter. Perhaps someday there can be contact, but it will probably take years of therapy before that can happen safely.

I know the whole OJ Simpson example, found not guilty in criminal court yet found liable for damages due to (?wrongful death?) in civil court. IMO after watching 2 KR pre-trials and 2 KR trials, the civil case against Karen Read has been filed more out of animus/hatred of one individual, as opposed to said individual failing to follow any laws or any expectations of societal standards of behavior. Perhaps I am being hyperbolic, but this whole saga reminds me of the obsession of a certain fictional character named Captain Ahab. Did not end well for him. My speculation is that it will not end well either for these plaintiffs or certain officials working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

One thing that this legal maze of BL vs. JB has made me realize, is that PR manipulates news in regards to: the good (truth), the bad (lies) and the ugly (making another look bad in order to make their client look good). Celebrities can be clueless, lacking empathy and may even think that the U.S. Constitution is simply guidelines rather than actual rules (thank you Pirates of the Caribbean). However PR has weaponized those celebrity traits into mutually assured destruction. It will be interesting to see who still has a viable job and decent reputation after March 9, 2026 which as of this post is the date of BL vs. JB trial.

Like any other farm tool drones are important however only when matched with the critical thinking skills of the farmer and the loud barks and scents of the livestock guardian dogs. Reintroduction of the wolves to their former territory would be an interesting Morgan Gold research project for a video. For example, (1) how was the distribution of the repopulation determined regarding males, females, areas to be repopulated, (2) were these wolves unfamiliar with (aka suspicious of ) humans, (3) was there any research done to be sure the wolves would have enough wild prey/food native to their area without grabbing a domesticated animal, (4) were local landowners, farmers, ranchers consulted before the actual reintegration began, (5) are there implanted chips or tags to monitor this first generation "back home" (6) beyond drones, how are the farmers and ranchers managing with the return of this predator. Probably I could research this, but Morgan, as talented editor and writer, can provide this information in an entertaining format along with the use of animation!

I agree that having a defendant make public statements to media before and/or during a trial can be quite dangerous. However KR's case was different. She has an excellent memory and speaks with critical thought. Without reaching out to the public, KR's case would likely have been mishandled and covered up as Sandra Birchmore's case originally was. Regarding AJ's response to Billy Bush concerning PI attorneys, I think Peter made a valid point. AJ is speaking more specifically about any PI attorney who would take on a civil case such as this one. Yes, I would be interested in commentary and coverage of the Fraser Bohm case. My initial impression is also that this case was overcharged. A quick online search indicates that the Pacific Coast Highway is known to be very dangerous (w/blind curves), not properly marked with enough warnings/lights/signage, nor is it fully monitored by LE. The PCH contains a wide range of speed limits going from 25 mph to 65 mph. I would be interested in seeing any forensic evidence from Mr. Bohm's car, his phone along with any video from private and highway security cameras, testimony from any witnesses and experts.

SILLY QUESTION: can you sue a plaintiff's attorney for slander or defamation regarding his opening statement to the court?  The plaintiff's attorney, Marc Diller, included (as truths) in his plea to the court many actions, intent and details already disproven by many expects along with a jury's verdict of not-guilty (except OUI) in a criminal court of law.  BTW Using the name "JJ" makes me cringe. Officer John O'Keefe was a MAN dedicated to his family and to his job. By all accounts he was ethical, capable and reliable. He is now being forever minimized by a childhood nickname in a civil court. As for settling before the court date (REALLY, no trial until 2027!), I know that KR and her own attorneys would not settle. However if insurance company attorneys are involved, their concern is not ethics or guilt, only if it is cheaper to settle now or later. Regarding the plaintiffs' side with "certain people" urging them on, I doubt that the O'Keefe family will accept any settlement. For them, IMO, this is not about money. This civil suit is about deflection of blame and feelings of resentment. After all this time, the family and others are still in the mindset of  "pin it on the girl." Sad.

I cannot blame the defense for a "surprise" strategy. This proposal by the defense might appear to be improper or undignified behavior for officers of the court (aka attorneys). Taken through the lens of how KR and her defense team have been treated since 01/29/2022 when Officer John O'Keefe was discovered on the lawn of 34 Fairview in Canton, it is most likely a necessary strategy.  As for angering the judge, just like KR doing interviews so that her criminal case could not be buried, this action which might irritate a judge was a calculated risk. Just a personal rant; I recognize that this may be a me-thing, but using the name "JJ" gives me cringe. Officer John O'Keefe was a MAN, a 46 year old adult, dedicated to his family and to his job. By all accounts he was ethical, capable and reliable. He is now memorialized, perhaps even minimized, by a childhood nickname being used in a civil court to identify him.  BTW, IMO the camera should only be focused on the attorneys, the judge and any witnesses not the defendant or the plaintiffs.

Interesting. One side is suing due to misplaced hatred, misinformation and blame. The other side is suing for the truth.  As neither side has money as their priority, these cases will likely not be legally settled for years. However, I am expecting the two commercial entities (bars) to settle quite soon. Neither commercial entity can afford the huge legal expenses of a prolonged (court date is in 2027?) civil trial.

Disney over-reacted without using any critical thought or research instead making a reflexive response regarding Jimmy Kimmel. In my mind I had over-simplified to be: (1) FCC overstepping their mandate, plus (2) no one taking the time to actually watch/listen to Kimmel's speech that night and finally (3) Disney behaving badly and incompetently. There are obviously more moving parts than my 3 considerations. PSA:  Jimmy Kimmel is a comedian. Comedians use satire, irony, hyperbole and humor. Comedians should not be confused with diplomats, statisticians studying medication side effects, mechanical engineers or even rocket scientists. I am surprised that ant was shocked by the reading. I would have been shocked if the Kardashians were NOT in the sights of at least one (probably more) federal or state agencies. Years ago because Kim K. did not read the small print of an investment scheme, she got fined by the SEC as she failed to disclose in the ad that she was a PAID endorser. As for a family company showing a net loss, but having the money to pay bills, well that would be Kim K. money. Kanye West has threatened Kim and her family multiple time to spill their "secrets". There might have even been (perhaps only rumors) a few Sean Combs' business transactions. Kim K. is not dumb. If she or a relative is accused of anything Kim K. will settle in arbitration/plea agreement before trial. The "check will be in the mail" paying all fines, penalties and court fees ASAP.

Unfortunately when there are children involved, the 2 adults divorcing are both limited on custody and interaction (w/the ex) options. Immediate changes, even if both partners are relatively conciliatory, (1) joint or sole custody (2) primary/secondary residences of children and (3) visitation rights. Where both children are still so young (I think both are under 10), I can see vacationing "together". "Together" could mean same plane, different seats, same hotel, different floors. Ariel's statement of "being friends" might simply equate to a policy of no yelling or name-calling in public. Beyond obviously forgetting that he was married, Ned Fulmer made some huge errors: (1) in having an affair with an employee, he endangered the company, its other founders, employees and their families. (2) no consequences were considered such as fans observing them. As I could not make it through the entire, excruciating (it was the video equivalent of a nail scratching across a chalkboard), podcast. Perhaps I missed something from NF. To me, he  has years of "work (as in therapy and growing up) to do". While I do question Ariel's motives in her agreement to appear on this podcast, perhaps this was her way of giving her children (and their friends&parents) a sensible answer when someone inevitably does an online search.

New subscriber here. Sorry, I cannot remember which channel recommended this one, but I am glad to be here. The legal explanations are succinct, easy to understand and answer my questions. I know that Judge Limon is getting a lot of pushback as a judge who appears to be have bias towards the plaintiff. I see Judge Limon as being a very by the (law) book judge with, IMO, a dash of OCD. In his court, one must be on time with filings, correct wording in pleadings, on-point case law examples and above all show respect for the court. I think that the quantity of pro se filings caught him off guard. I wonder if he is being differential to the plaintiff to make any appeal after this finally goes to trial less likely? This civil suit is a PR battle gone very wrong. However, if this trial streams on the projected court date in March 2026, yes I will watch. I have heard speculation that the opposing litigants BL and JB/Wayfarer may resolve the night before trial begins. This case is a drama filled with many players, plot twists, obfuscation and even has a cameo appearance by a well-known singer! So a sudden cinematic  conclusion would hardly be a shock to anyone, well except maybe Judge Limon. 😉

I would imagine YT choose to flag the video due to the subject of that moment on that day (can't use the proper words or that "flag" will return), hopefully not due to stifling commentary and opinions. While I could not see exact details, I did see both men in the portion of the video YT 'bots flagged, take pocketable items and then quickly leave without much concern for the man on the ground. No autopsy? I had not heard that information. I remember when this happened, an expert in weapons indicated that the point that was hit was a one in a million accuracy for someone who was not an expert. I do not know what is wrong, but Ashley is correct in that for whatever reasons the pieces we are being shown do not appear to fit the tragic puzzle that is this event. As for George Zinn, that is a whole additional level of weird that is hard to reconcile. Is it known how many times he did show up to an event where nothing tragic occurred?

I agree that influencer's YT video plays fast and loose with physics. There is another video of this tragedy that I am curious about. It was on twitter as of 09/26/2025. If you can locate this video it shows what occurred just after Charlie Kirk was hit. The video shows 2 men who climb over a barrier, sliding across the table to where Charlie Kirk had fallen. They may or may not be Turning Point security. However each man seemingly pockets something that each picked up, then both immediately leave, separately and quickly. Both men paid scant attention to the individual lying on the ground. If you can find it, I would be interested in an analysis of what they pocketed.

As for Jimmy Kimmel, I would be interested in hearing other opinions. IMO his rather abrupt firing was as much due to corporate indecision and greed as free speech. Late night shows are not bringing in the viewers (thus money) that they used to. In addition, Disney underestimated that Kimmel's popularity along with obviously not understanding their own customer base. As for the FCC commissioner's whose comments may have set corporate hearts racing in fear, certain actions were alluded to/hinted at that are not under the aegis of the FCC. Guess some of us just have very very long learning curves.😉

Great collab and commentary. Could I pass a test regarding what I just heard? Maybe, if multiple choice😉. I agree that this PR war cosplaying as a civil law suit is not even close to being 100% about money. I predict a dramatic (because of course it would be with this "cast" of litigants) last minute settlement (with an NDA in everyone's gift bag) among all parties within 48 hours of the first day of the trial. Certain acting and directing careers will suffer temporary damage. However the party/category, with the biggest fallout will be PR firms. There was always a small percentage of people who were skeptical of what they read or heard from MSM. Now that could rise in double digits likely not disappear anytime soon. What celebrity, or any corporate client, will trust their PR firm's promise of confidentiality?

These individuals found buried were not just in the category of: "victims of a serial un-aliver" or "The Gilgo Four". All these people with complicated lives deserved, and had the right, to live out those lives, especially that very little girl. Thank you to Josh and reporters Alexis Linkletter and Mary Murphy for this video. Sometimes even followers (I count myself in that group) of crimes and trials spend more time analyzing the monsters responsible, without learning about, or honoring, the memory of the victims. In addition I hope that LE learns from past incompetence and unprofessional behavior made early on in this case. Whatever LE reasons for the initial mishandling of this case, I would guess victims' families and friends would not consider those reasons worthwhile.

There is a WHOLE discussion over whether Disney should (just because they can) re-make their classic animated movies into live action. I am not going down that rabbit hole (hmm Alice reference😉). In Snow White 2025, I think that 1/2 the creatives were on let's do it again side with the other 1/2 (probably including the director/producers) were on we should modernize this story for today side. What premiered on March 21, 2025 was like a failed genetic experiment being neither what it was or what it should be. I know many adults were not happy with this movie. However one wonders if the children who saw the 2025 version and liked it will, when they grow up, ask themselves:  "Was it great or was I simply 8?"  NOTE: Maybe do more comparisons as a future series for Observe? With Disney apparently reno'ing all their IP, comparing body language of the old vs. the new will be in good supply for the foreseeable future. Warning though, Disney becoming peeved is not always due to their music being used in someone else's YT video. Disney's corporate sensitivity extends to thumbnail images/titles or even too much consecutive seconds of video. So, pluses and minuses for making this a new series on this channel.

I probably know too much.  My speculation is that the entry interview for any candidate pre-assignment to the office of the DA of Norfolk County was: (1) are you a real-actual Trooper, (2) are you breathing and finally (3) do you have a pulse.  As for that blank look on Trooper Keefe's face, IMO this witness has memorized his entire (direct) testimony. His face reminds me of a child trying to visualize a speech that he had to read, memorize then give the report w/o notes to the class.  Interesting the prosecutor had a problem pronouncing the word, exigent (ek-suh-jnt), as his "student" seemed to have remembered it properly.😉  BTW Congratulations to Larry and Chandler!🌹💗🌹

Before the events that began with the very odd PR of that now deeply ironically titled film, IEWU, I enjoyed films with appearances of BL and RR. I have not been a customer of any of their other products and services so I have no opinions on their efficacy or quality. My current intent is to NOT watch, buy tickets or purchase products with ownership of or endorsement by either  BL or RR. I apologize to their employees, but this is my opinion. With no recording of the meeting @SpiritualShift was right as should there be issues resulting from an unrecorded Zoom meeting it would come down to the word of 2 employees present against a sole content creator. Maybe I misunderstood what was said, but was the link that the legal firm referenced in their email to @SpiritualShift (spoken about@26:50 in this video) as being sent to Google only. WHAT ABOUT twitter? Does that mean twitter was NOT contacted? Admittedly this is the law firm that also told @SpiritualShift that it considers no information from content creators as actual information that is considered by this legal firm to be sufficient information to withdraw the subpoenas? THIS IS WILD.  Please have a great vacation in Norway with family.

Nate, I do not know you beyond this channel but pain was quite evident in your voice. Noting the (as of this post) over 2600 comments to this video, people have OPINIONS. In trying to make sense of the chaos, some people may have a conflated these 2 circumstances: (1) an entertainment reporter who reviews a film before seeing it and (2) a legal channel creator's comments based solely on legal documents as filed by one side who represents the plaintiff or by the other side who represents the defendant. One is bad. One is good😜. However if an "edited" Owens doc is going to be submitted as evidence to the court in this civil case, we (I haven't seen it either) might have to at least FF through it to be up to speed...pun intended. I still find the whole underage thing somewhat sus, but those details are well-known in France. Those facts are not what is being adjudicated. Perhaps it is my conspiracy-ridden brain, but I sense (no not "a disturbance in the force"), but smoke and mirrors PR from all involved parties to this case.

This was a very comprehensive, well-researched and well-written letter. While I cannot see any reason for changes in this letter, judges can be finicky. Their reply of "DENIED" is often a way of indicating they want the next submission to tell it better and/or tell it with more precedents. Usually on pro se the court will give the filer more latitude. The court appreciates the filer showing respect for the process (no matter how you feel internally). Keep researching, keep all receipts & records while still caring for yourself. Keep communication with the court open and polite (which has been done). I look at legal plea writing as a covert game of submersing your inner emotions underneath the coverage of facts, logic, legal pleadings and citing relevant precedents. You are fantastic. All the content creators who are also fighting for free speech for us all... are fantastic. THANK YOU!

After watching the excellent interrogation of Adam Lally by defense attorney Rosemary C. Scapicchio, hearing the way the DA's (of Norfolk County) office is run or actually how it is NOT run, this non-return of property is of zero surprise. I agree with Andrew Myers in that beyond plain spite and incompetence is that the damage done by MSP to the Lexus may be even more extensive than mentioned in trial. Holding the car due to the upcoming civil suit, is NOT a legal option as far as I know. KR's original confiscated phone is likely mixed within a pile of other iPhones...somewhere? As for the other 2 phones confiscated in 2024 regarding the Aidan Kearney (aka Doctor Turtleboy) case, IMO those 2 cell phones have deliberately been withheld as these 2 cell phones were confiscated under a subpoena based on Kearney's case.  MSP does not wish to return even Kearney's own tech to Kearney after over one year.  BTW "WITDRAW" really?!   That word was in large font, bolded and easily identified as spelling challenged. Yes, all the WIT (and critical thinking) has been withdrawn, or perhaps re-homed?

When the Head of Texas Emergency Management is out, this equates to there being zero management in place for an emergency? No plans in place? No backup? No assistant manager? No administrative assistant to call the person in charge to get his *** back to the office or for the police to find him? The entire office was empty that day?  PSA: If the word "Emergency" or "Crisis" is in the job title, then do not take that position if you are fond of marathon naps. Weather was the enabler in this tragedy, but those in positions of power were the perpetrators. They demonstrated incompetence, apathy and indifference. Any effective PR spin should be a detailed, time-sensitive, coordinated plan to prepare ahead of the next weather-related event. Unless the State of Texas plans on building a weatherproof dome over their state, they have to contend with the reality that blizzards, droughts, floods and tornadoes, do indeed happen.

Dave Neal is right, depending on their channel's focus, content creators are actual journalists, not "talking heads".  I am not seeing too many people at MSM with the tenacity, passion for the truth and abilities to understand and explain complex news stories. However I see that level of reporting on a daily basis on new media, like You Tube. MSM outlets are quickly losing relevancy, the will to publish unpopular pieces or even do the work as in research and fact checking. This PR disaster helmed by BL, RR and attorneys (who seemed to have skipped the course on Constitutional Law) will  probably hasten the descent of MSM. MSM, as the dinosaurs of long ago, got too big, too dependent on large quantities of sustenance and could not adapt to the new world...allegedly.😉

This mess most likely began as a misunderstanding about weight, alone time for baby care and a lack of professionalism on all sides. Then came the subpoenas to social media content creators/journalists by BL's attorney. At that point I lost impartiality. As Dave Neal says, during discovery perhaps something will emerge to change minds. For now, the most advantageous action would involve a settlement not court. While Baldoni has a good chance to win the battle of this civil suit, the war will damage all sides. There is even collateral damage with BL's legal representation is taking "hits" for "hitting" the U.S. Constitution. While Judge Limon's judicial impartiality doesn't appear to be faring too well either. My hope is that everyone involved will come to their senses to settle this case with the requisite ream of NDAs. And you get an NDA, and you get an NDA and....😜

Fascinating that there are so many factors which need to be considered, applied and shown in detail for a complete chart in astrology. I am generally a person who found it interesting to find traits applied to my sun sign which I have now learned is my "natal" sign. I had no idea how complex this subject could be. I appreciate that Janessa does a summary in the video's conclusion for those of us unfamiliar with the terminology. The subpoena tactic initiated my negative feelings for BL and her team. I still find it astounding regarding their seeming ignorance of how social media works along with human rights as listed in the U.S. Constitution. It is a devastating example of how ineptly BL, RR and their team process the reality that most of us take for granted.

While I only "know" Ana de Armas from movies and a few interviews, I am surprised. She is 37, not isolated from society and has access to the internet (well at least she used to). Before her film career, I believe her parents kept her somewhat sheltered. However as an adult, Ana de Armas does not appear to be naive or unworldly.  Only speculation, but maybe this relationship is more of a "quid pro quo" than typical dating. Obviously being linked to Tom Cruise, even if temporary, could prove to be beneficial for her career in the entertainment industry. While Ana de Armas may be joining this cult, assuming no children result from this relationship plus she keeps her finances separate, she could still leave (albeit it quietly) at her own discretion.

Not fond of the word "nemesis" being used as clickbait by MSM. It sounds hyperbolic, something that would be seen more frequently in bad spy novels. This would be the title of the category listing all entities who enable BL to spiral without presenting her with truth and sense. I am a little surprised that anyone on Baldoni's team would call with that info, especially with BL's attorney issuing subpoenas like discount coupons. Maybe a lower level "friend" of Wayfarer communicated to TMZ to arrive (with equipment specifically for long distance imagery) at the deposition location at a particular time to watch for a particular person? Along with never being in a cult, I am also not an attorney. Hence my confusion regarding how this cult seems to perpetually sidestep the law. In a certain clergy scandal of the early 2000's, people were arrested and prosecuted. The court LOVES precedents. Wouldn't those prosecutions involving a religion somehow have set a precedent for pursuing criminals no matter where they hide? As for a religious contract, anyone who routinely goes to a church with regular participation in any ceremonies specific to that church could be construed as being in a "contract" with that religion. It confuses me that Scientology can hide in the secular area of a legal business contract while yet claiming to be a religion impervious to criminal indictments or civil law suits.

I never thought that the Sydney Sweeney jeans ad was promoting eugenics, That ad's algorithm is practically ancient. Put a young attractive popular celebrity in jeans along with a hook (such as a play on words:genes/jeans), produce the buzz and deposit the cash. If you want to go with the genes/jeans hook, hire 3 women (including Sydney Sweeney) for a series-type campaign. Perhaps, "Good genes (& jeans) can also result in...." Hire someone from STEM  (such as Dr. Kizzmekia Corbett, immunologist/professor) or sports (such as a chess master, Judit Polgár) or a director (such as Chloé Zhao). I found these names doing a very brief search of 10 minutes. Condemn the ad company and their corporate customer for a lack of imagination and inclusion, but not for a dastardly plot to develop a real life Khan Noonien Singh (a character in Star Trek - classic series, plus 2 movies). Ugh, the internet gives me a headache. How does Dave Neal read/listen to it daily and stay sane...and funny?

Thought experiment for Judge Peter Krupp. Reverse the roles in this evidentiary hearing. Now assume that the defense did not turn over a single page/piece of evidence to the prosecution as detailed in Rule 14 of the legal system of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Imagine what trouble that defense counsel/team would be in at that point. With all due respect Judge Krupp, please clarify as to why the prosecution is not being sanctioned for numerous Rule 14 failures? This isn't a criminal cabal or complicated conspiracy, this is far worse. Norfolk County of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seemingly the epicenter in Massachusetts of (supposedly) trained professionals who forgot their oaths, to protect and serve while maintaining ethics and adherence to the law of the Commonwealth and the U.S. Constitution.

Originally I had thought that the ad company and their client, American Eagle was stealing themes from that VERY old Brooke Shields jeans ad. I was astounded when I heard the wild reactions referencing eugenics.I am definitely not in that corporation's demo. I buy most of my clothes from thrift shops and recycle online sites. The result is that my clothing comes from a variety of brands. That none of my jeans are American Eagle is simply because I never ran into that brand where/when I shopped. I would suggest that ant do a reading on why everyone is so combative, tribal, scared and losing touch with reality, but I have a "feeling" the reading will be depressing. I am not outraged about this ad campaign. However it does make me sad to think about what ant read about the even worse copies to come of this Sydney Sweeney ad which appears to be a copy of that Brooke Shields commercial. Along with critical thinking, creativity seems to be a quickly disappearing trait.😥

I do agree with other comments made to this video in that Perez Hilton is a journalist. While he may not fit into the "Spotlight" mode (a 2015 film regarding MSM reporting very very bad acts) of journalism, he is still deserves that title. He reports on pop culture and celebrity news often with a satirical spin. What BL has done is conflate the video content of New Media (YT and others) who report and react to news, with an organized, deliberate and planned conspiracy of evil doers (sorry went a little James Bond there😉).  As someone in PR said way back when this began, "this reaction is organic". Seemingly every action taken by BL and her team, makes reputations and public perceptions of their side worse. The Streisand Effect, may not be codified in any law book, but it is an excellent concept to describe what is going on...that along with a lack of knowledge of another non-legal concept called, Pyrrhic victory.

I had wondered why Wayfarer had not yet filed summary judgement.  Perhaps as was suggested in this video, Wayfarer's waiting to file is a strategic decision. As irritating and frustrating as it is to all of us (interested non-parties), I accept that Wayfarer is out for as much discovery as possible. It is unfortunate that content creators/journalists appear to be the collateral damage, via strategies, of both sides. As I have been told, this is the practice of law. While compassion and ethics may be included, but they are not mandated.

YES, Kenz IS a reporter, commentator, and analyst of NEWS. Until the subpoenas dropped, this mess was off my radar with only the background noise of celebrity squabbles. I have quite recently formed an opinion. Guess what,  it is an organic one. I have no idea what actually happened on the movie set of IEWU. However, BL's promotional tour for this movie was somewhat confusing and off-key for a DV-themed movie. I have given up on BL or RR having a sudden epiphany of sense. My question now is, what is going on at this formerly (allegedly) reputable law firm? Attorneys have a legal obligation to fairly and effectively represent their clients. That fair and effective representation should include a dose of reality for the client, as in "No, in my legal opinion, that is not a good idea." As for a friend pulling BL aside for a sanity intervention, that ship probably sailed with Taylor Swift. I believe that Robin Lively accompanied her sister BL to the deposition. Since she is family, there may not be salvation there. Attorneys are pledged (American Bar Association) to vigorously and effectively represent their client. However there is also mention of being honest with one's client. This firm should have a discussion with BL on the concept of a "Pyrrhic victory". May not be law, but is also accurate.

When it comes to any kind of regulation regarding tech I would like to recommend that at least 2/3 of the membership of any search/investigative committee should be UNDER the age of 18. Ideally the adults in the remaining 1/3 of the group should at least know their bits from their bytes (8 bits = 1 byte). Naturally cybersecurity expertise would be a plus. As for TEA app owner, Sean Cook, his age is approximately 31 as of this comment. At that age he had to have been exposed to the internet since childhood. Which makes me wonder, how such an egregious error occurred on his watch.

There is a judge with blatant bias. LE who protect their own rather than others.  LE without the skills or the ethics to do a proper investigation. Prosecution is seemingly 100% championed by the presiding judge. Rather sus prosecution witnesses are permitted to testify. Defense was denied access to evidence and the ability to have some expert witnesses testify. There was a jury who did not seem to understand the concepts of "innocent until proven guilty" and "reasonable doubt".  Last but not least, a defendant was presumed guilty while being treated unprofessionally by LE. Obviously serious problems with DAs and police performance is not just happening in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Whether the defendant is factually innocent or guilty, this misconduct by LE and DAs could happen to anyone that those in power feel is "not one of us".

Mary Beth is correct, THANK YOU Kjersti Flaa for on point analysis. I do use less makeup than I did in my twenties, partially due to aging skin. Also I have learned that less product and product that has more versatility and quality is better than a drawer full of makeup. The concept of using AI-created models sounds almost dystopian. I realize that many (living) models are not exactly in line with the average person, but the idea of someone tweaking an avatar's shape, face or coloring to sell/promote clothing is scary. I do not trust corporations to protect us. Their goal is sales and profits, not too many for profits indicate an interest in their customers' mental health or self-esteem.

While not exactly Meryl Streep, Blake Lively had talent, presence and charisma. I have decided to withhold any support in terms of money or time on all products made, endorsed or produced by Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. At the moment I just can't separate the art from the artist. As others have commented, it seems to be highly difficult to build an escape proof goat fence. The best you can do is create a goat enclosure that takes the resident escape artists extensive time to figure out or to wear down. As soon will be wildly obvious, I have zero expertise on goat behavior. What about some sort of playground area where the goats can climb (but not use as a catapult to freedom), knock things over, push things around, chase after things and even periodically destroy those things? Probably a rotating group of activities/goat-safe toys would be best to avoid goat boredom which as was mentioned always leads to goat malfeasance. What I am describing is basically a "Club Fed" for goats.

There is/was a certain woman on TikTok who insisted "the cards" told her the redrum of those 4 Idaho students was not the accused and convicted person (BK), but a professor at the students' university. Obviously this TikTok individual has some internal chaos going on matched with the legal chaos of losing a pro se defamation suit filed by the professor via her attorney. Wonder if DSM-5-TR has (if not it should have) a chapter devoted to this type of obsession, distorted reality matched with a tendency towards grifting. Perhaps it is filed under "Delusions Disorder with Online Affect"? LOVE a reading on why this type of behavior seems to be appearing more frequently.

While Perez's style of reporting is not something I enjoy, he is still a journalist. He is (and has been for years)  well-known for a satirical, snarky and easy way to absorb entertainment news or rumors. Disliking his reporting is one thing, but exposing his children to being in a public filing is despicable. I would also imagine illegal (not a lawyer here). For that matter doxxing any one is dangerous, unethical and beneath contempt. Why Judge Limon has permitted this behavior, who knows? The unfortunate reality is that this judge appears to be a real stickler for strict legal language, letter formatting/filing while not considering Pro Se as a legal right. I know it is expensive, but I would advise PH to either hire an attorney, consult an attorney/friend or spend a week with Chat GPT on legal communications and filings. However caveat emptor, ChatGPT has been known to get it wrong so double check details using another source.  BTW ZERO tolerance for drama is the way to go (and having good mods is good also).

As I have only seen the clips shown widely online, I missed much of the nuance in the actions before and after these clips. Spidey gave an excellent presentation regarding the need for all of us to be careful in believing assumptions made regarding video that is edited. I totally agree that PP in his "touching and touches" (in the instances shown) were not unwelcome, unwanted or threatening. Now should this be a routine way of all of us meeting strangers or co-workers, NO. I think that in spite of his fame, Pedro Pascal is a nervous individual looking for someone to center him. I consider him to be an intelligent man who will listen to those he trusts. I am sure he has "people" who will privately warn him should his next costar not appreciate all those hugs.

The item I could see myself purchasing were the Uniqlo/Nana tee shirts. I prefer slightly loose tee shirts. I style them layered over a fitted light weight or sheer long sleeve tee shirt along with fitted jeans and boots. On the U.S. Uniqlo site, there were also (not special editions) tee shirts in "mini" (appeared to be more fitted) and the "cropped" (usual short length) category. Maybe try both types on a future, "Instagram Made Me Buy It" ? As for the products from the edible or makeup category, I usually avoid those unless I get lots of friend recommends. I too have a sensitive stomach and sensitive skin, so for peace of mind I try to avoid being in the "beta" (aka no recommends) group.😉

In the opinion of an observer (aka me) who is not even attorney-adjacent, Stephanie Jones's handover of texts via the Vanzan "subpoena" could be tossed if part of a criminal case due to "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine. Does this also apply in civil case and are there precedents? IMO Judge Limon appears to be a strict interpreter in regards to all pleas, precedents, laws and legal language...allegedly (I sprinkle that word in most of my comments on legal matters as apparently people sue for hurt feelings). Probably only a few months ago (pre-subpoena-gate) a writer from Variety wrote that the Lively and Baldoni lawsuits along with the eventual depositions and possible trial, was essentially mutually assured destruction. Must be like yelling into the void, as obviously none of these celebrities listened.

Kjersti always has an on point analysis. For those interested in facts, this video illuminated the truth. The wild thing is, had BL (allegedly) stayed with the points that "he made an uncomfortable work place" or "he was unprofessional" or even "he hurt my feelings" (ironic with RR saying JB cannot sue for hurt feelings regarding Deadpool reference) while she still may have lost the battle of the legal suit, she still might have won the war of in the terms of studios' interest in hiring her, fandom and being likable. Hopefully someone from BL's legal team will see this video and have an epiphany,  "the only way to win is not to play"...spoken by an AI in WarGames which is a movie made 4 years before BL's birth.

You are one-half of a privately held corporation that runs a house, cares for puppies, plants flowers and veggies, runs a YT channel and of course is responsible for Nova-needs.  Ingrown toenails appears to be (since adolescence) a chronic condition for me. I had used the gauze-technique as I have chronic ingrown toenails (so far only needed one mini-surgery). I find to forestall the ingrowns, I have to do my own weekly pedicure with creams, emory boards and even nail polish. My routine (amateur) pedi does seem to help control ingrowns. I AM NOT AN MD⚠⚠⚠if I have a stubborn sliver, I cleaned it thoroughly, remove as much as is safe, add a tiny dot of antibiotic cream then paint the entire sliver with nail polish before bed. By AM, I can remove sliver without collateral damage or infection.⚠⚠⚠

THANK YOU to Kenz for these updates. In civil suits the plaintiff (that would be BL) has the obligation to prove that the defendant(s) [such as JB and/or JW] committed the offenses as listed in the plaintiff's filing. Usually the plaintiff (aka apparently anyone not BL...allegedly) needs to have those details plus the receipts BEFORE the subpoenas and BEFORE the deposition. In order words, you can't sue for your hurt feelings, an imagined smear campaigns and your swiftly (I think pun is intended 🤣) sinking popularity score...allegedly. I add the word "allegedly" to my comments about this case as it is only a matter of time before subscriber comments come under fire of that big, bad and unconstitutional subpoena machine.

As disturbing as this predator's ("the director") behavior was, having everyone in that meeting shrug it off as no big deal then try to bury the knowledge and forget the victim made it so much worse. Years ago at an entertainment industry party in front of witnesses Brendan Fraser was inappropriately touched. It was devastating for Fraser. This incident derailed his career for quite a while. Those who wonder why Kaan Kalyon did not report it, need to understand that the entertainment industry works like a small town with rumors, lies and exaggerations spreading at warp speed and being believed. Often the victim can be in shock and in denial. They need time before reaching out for help or to report. My wish for Kaan Kalyon is that he receives justice and healing from his decision to come forward. THANK YOU to Kjersti Flaa. Kjersti is one of my favorite journalists who not only has critical thinking skills, but a copious amount of compassion for others.

I watched the entire cross of Nicholas Kassotis. I noticed that NK's blink rate began speeding up towards the end of cross. I think it was then that his confidence regarding the verdict (the jury took less than 2 hours to arrive at guilty) began to diminish. By the time of sentencing there appeared to be non-stop blinking. I believe those were the seconds that the realization that he was to be incarcerated for life fully settled on NK. QUESTION: Can a followup analysis be done on the defense attorney during sentencing and the parents during their statements?  During the sentencing the attorney placed his arm around NK's shoulders. The live chat that I was in was spilt fairly evenly between CAUSE1: to prevent any physical/verbal action by NK and CAUSE2 to provide emotional support. I was in the CAUSE1 camp. As for the parents, their words projected love and trust in their son. Their facial expressions (much more in the father than the mother) seemed to be frozen in a kind of horrific disbelief. I have no medical expertise, but especially in the case of the father, his expression looked like deep shock. The kind of shock that warrants the check of medical vitals. IMO, with any professional expertise, I do not believe that they knew their son at all.

I have not watched too much of Piers Morgan's show, but my limited impression is that he encourages this kind of clash in discourse. Mark seemed to be the most invested in the fact that he did not get to speak and/or complete his thought rather than the genes vs jeans theme. The other 3 panelists appeared to be role playing as the conservative one, the easy-going one, and the off-the-wall one. Piers Morgan was the "mixer". IMO, the Sydney Sweeney commercials were deliberately designed to provide PR shock and awe (let's not forget baby Brooke Shields and her Calvins) for brand recognition, but not interested in pushing a now defunct scientific theory from the mid-twentieth century. 

QUESTION: I would be interested in the analysis of the E.L.F. commercials with comedian Mark Rife. SEE:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQ23mb8sDR4     I had never heard of Mark Rife until this commercial. Due to certain "jokes" MR appears to be hovering just above a cancellation situation. The E.L.F. commercial seems weird, odd in tone. It tries to emphasize humor, but not the quality level that this budget makeup line can produce in anyone. My guess is that they are trying to appeal to girls maybe 11-16 years of age. Ethical, maybe not. However their price point is great for those with minimum wage jobs or parent-provided allowances.

QUESTION: In looking over contracts for your client would you bring up possible craters of crazy that might be in your client's future? No matter how calm, sane and well-adjusted that your client is, trying to manage the combination of being the cofounder of the producing film company, the film's director, the owner of the IP and one of the co-stars of a movie featuring many intimate and violent scenes seems to be a heavy load for even a seasoned producer/director/actor. Now add in a co-star with a certain rep (allegedly). To my unprofessional eyes, it would be odd if there were NOT problems.

A con is known by its attendees, of course. However the con's staff and the location set the tone. That hotel room's view was spectacular! Sounds like this staff truly loved what they did and were attentive to details like unexpected line-con issues. As for the stairway, well it did get fixed before the con ended plus it served as an ADVENTURE and CONTENT! After 3 days at a recent con, there was no way I could make the train I needed to be on, so I ride shared. My driver got me to the station with a good 10 minutes to spare, drove carefully and (MY FAV) did not engage in small talk. Needless to say, he got a 5⭐ recommendation.

I enjoyed this discussion of 2 individuals who are "only" civil attorneys.🤣🤣🤣🤣 I plead guilty to excessive emoji use, but I wanted to make the tone of that comment clear.  I would be shocked if the insurance company did not try to settle. As Mandalorians often say, "This is the way"😉. From YT video interviews with Alan Jackson, David Yannetti and Robert Alessi that I have watched, all seem to be quite confident in Read's ability to maintain consistency with her MSM interviews. I REALLY REALLY hope that the children are not involved in this deposition. Although with listing the niece as one of the 4 plaintiffs in the civil suit, it seems unlikely. Just my gut feeling, but I believe that Karen Read was disliked immediately then put into the category of, "not one of us" when the relationship with Officer John O'Keefe began. IMO that negativity is more relevant to the plaintiffs' (the 3 adults) decisions to pursue this civil case than is the welfare of the 2 children. I hope that I will be proven incorrect.

Getting the video claimed, seems like insult to the injury of having to endure a slow watch (for a full analysis) of this movie. Subscribers should crowd source therapy. However, since I cannot afford to pay, I will recommend another option. Try to find a GOOD movie musical (maybe an oldie such as the 1952 film,  "Singing In The Rain" ?), thru well-trusted friends or from adept, compassionate movie critics. Watch said movie in short segments with a friend available online should assistance be required. Ideally this viewing should cleanse the palate along with hopefully dispensing of any newly acquired neuroses via CATS. One tiny positive about CATS, it is an educational movie. As Dame Judi Dench (as Old Deuteronomy) helpfully informed all of us, "...a cat is not a dog...". 😉

Great interview by Andrew Gold. I appreciated that Andrew Lownie gives a measured, studied approach in his opinions of Prince Andrew and the other royals. Royalty is such an anachronistic way of life in the 21st century. I appreciate that William and Kate are trying to give their children a taste of normalcy. The study of ancestry is fascinating. However, neither the blunders or heroic accomplishments by one's ancestors should affect the manner in that co-workers, friends, relatives and the public treats you. Behavior shown by Prince Andrew or Prince Harry shows the multiple errors made in their upbringing. This is not an excuse for egregious fails (from Andrew) or petulant childish behavior (from Harry). Genetics is important, but growing a human from infancy to adulthood is not an easy task for anyone living in the artificial environment of being a royal.

ChatGPT, or any AI, is a tool (not like the ones on "Love Island" 😉), which can assist us if we humans use caution. Admittedly I do not know what pressure to produce that attorneys, clerks, paralegals or interns are put under. However  if a partner at a legal firm demands results in a ridiculously short amount of time, at least protect yourself with metadata (email or texts) informing anyone using this data that it has not been checked by human research due to time constraints placed upon said human. 'tis better to be fired with receipts for being ethical, than to be fired for being lazy, incompetent and unethical by your embarrassed (aka sanctioned) employer, Even if going pro se, do THE work, do THE research. Many judges will give leeway to pro se individuals, but not if said individual disrespects the court with sham precedents and/or lies. Astounding that these AI epic fails are still happening.

PSA: Most judges have zero sense of humor when wearing that robe and sitting on that bench.

Sad situation. I also had some sympathy for Isabela Ferrer. I have since learned she has quite the celebrity-heredity. While I am not certain what her younger years (pre-twenties) were like, at least in terms of genealogy she is quite the "nepo baby"...allegedly. Calling the serving of a subpoena harassment, is disrespect for those who are or who have experienced harassment which has forced them into to the legal system for any relief. It appears that BL and her team have their witness...allegedly. These days I always sprinkle a generous amount of "IMO" and "allegedly" in my comments. Threats to freedom of speech starts with the journalists but will quickly try to silence us all if we do not vigorously object. So THANK YOU to Kenz and other new media journalists who while fighting for their rights, are fighting for us all.  (<-- No allegedly needed in that sentence 😉.)

This video is invaluable. It does illustrate that grief is a state common to us all at one point or another in our journeys. Even more importantly,  knowing how to be with someone, as a friend, co-worker, family member or SO to someone who is undergoing this process is SO important. Personally, I never know what to say, how to act or how to behave if someone close to me is experiencing grief. I seem to be reduced to a child with minimal social skills, verbal abilities and emotional clumsiness. This is one video I will probably rewatch several times to educate myself for the future. I have no idea what the proposed action film "Deeper" is about. On the assumption that this is not IP already in existence as a success via film or book, then a negotiation with WB should be for a more modest (with a proposed film budget that high, the range of being "modest" is still high to most mortals) budget for "Deeper". Along with green lighting that new budget for "Deeper" would be the contractual promise of a higher budget for the followup film(s). International theater receipts are not coming in as in the past. Plus Americans seem to prefer watching movies at home. Any onsite theater consumption appears to be for PG/PG-13 movies directed at the whole family or epic/event style films where huge screens and even bigger speakers add to the experience. The movie industry has to pivot or theaters will go away. Even the lure of overpriced yet tasty popcorn may not be enough to entice the fans to return to movies for the cinematic experience.

It is not just in fables (the little boy who cried wolf), that known liars are disbelieved when they tell the truth. MSP and Norfolk County DA's office have major problem with ethics, competence and information. The direct result is the assumption that a tragedy such as what happened to Enrique Delgado-Garcia was criminal, not medical. Regarding an aneurysm, sometimes there is pain before rupturing. However, a blow to the head from a fist or a fall is life-threatening for anyone. MSP should still have liability for making two major mistakes which were avoidable: (1) for not stopping the fight when Enrique Delgado-Garcia was hit and fell down. And (2) for not having EMTs/MDs standing by in that room. This is why there has to be a change of personnel currently in charge training cadets for the MSP along with many ADAs and the DA himself of Norfolk County.

THANK YOU to Jeff Ostroff for condensing and translating the events leading to this tragedy into data that can be generally understood by those of us without an engineering background. It is ironic that Stockton Rush who so hated regulations, laws and challenges to his expectations will probably be the direct cause of over-regulation of submersibles by government personnel with little or no expertise in subs, physics and engineering. IMO the U.S. government historically has been more reactive to disasters rather than being proactive in avoiding disasters. Perhaps whatever Senate Committee that ends up with this Coast Guard report will act wisely and selectively without inhibiting innovation or slowing the advancement of this technology. Maybe not the probable result, but I would like to believe that it could be a possible result.

Even if her early childhood was sheltered, seems like she should understand how the entertainment industry operates. Unfortunately as of this comment, the BL vs. JB trial date is scheduled for March 2026. That is over 190 more days of drama, lies, accusations, spurious subpoenas and PR manipulation...allegedly.😉 Ironically waaay back in November 2024 I silenced news apps on politics for my mental health. My feed is now pushing data on celebrities behaving badly😉. (NOTE: My use of "alleged"  and "allegedly" is an attempt at subpoena repellent.)

Maybe run a scenario on green cards, work/school visas, child/adult's birth place is U.S. to parents not born in U.S. My guess ChatGPT will get immigration answers wrong, possibly by depending on legislation from the previous administration.

Admittedly I am not the theater goer that I used to be, so I have very few theater experiences irregardless as to being good or bad. I do have little tolerance for people who seemingly have no self-control. As for this case, confronting out of control strangers is not in my skill set (almost flunked gym class, don't ask...). I would immediately request a refund with the disruption being my reason, then I would depart. If I felt disrespected, I might write management at that location with a cc to corporate. I feel zero obligation to parent unruly children or clueless adults.  However, if said strangers were in need of assistance, I would certain get on my feet to request that the theater employees notify security/EMTs/LE or whatever assistance was required.

Leslie and Jason live their lives with grace, courage and compassion. No one can ask for more. I do appreciate that the update videos on Jason are difficult, so thank you for this video. In this life, there is so much that is out of our control. Any win no matter how small along with multiple shortcuts are necessary for our mental health. This is not trolling because I wish to follow Jason's instructions💗.  Budget permitting, get a professional to come when Jason is asleep to clean up those bird seeds, plant an older sapling (maybe 4 or 5 years of age) that needs minimal care and perhaps plant some hardy perennial flowers that have already sprouted. Growing herbs in the kitchen is much easier than trying to grow fruit and vegetables outside. Fresh herbs are my "hack" to cover up for my lack culinary skills, but they work for all levels. Support local businesses by getting vegetables and fruit at farmers' markets. The wins: (1) supporting local businesses, (2) get fresher, tastier food and (3) most importantly you did not have to do any weeding, watering or pest control...so yet another "hack". 😉  My thoughts are with both Leslie and Jason.

Whenever MSM media shows that screenshot of Emmanuel, it gives me such vibes that this tiny human was intensely and repeatedly hurt during most of his tragically short life. My impression is that these two adults, especially the man, should never even be near young children, never mind fathering any, for the rest of his life. As for the woman, I suppose there is always the hope of therapy instigating change. For now IMO, this woman is not in a state that would enable her to protect any of her children.

It is not just the decluttering, painting and cleaning, although I am oddly entranced by the watching, not the doing, of those activities. I love seeing a domicile to live in become a place to wonder in, to dream in and to feel "hugged" by. I am of a mind that any home of Rachel Maksy and Nick cannot contain too many murals. I am sure that the window appreciates all the efforts to make it a main character in that room's story. In remembrance of those objects that accidentally went over the rainbow bridge (YT doesn't like explicit language), maybe do a small painting or sketch of their past selves, etching "To Grandmother"onto the frame. I agree, that you cannot place your work life on hold simply due to an upcoming civil suit. However, I had thought (sorry, no receipts) that a reference regarding difficulty in finding future jobs in film had been made by BL's team? Admittedly this could be on me regarding my memory and social media. Think of it as the "The Mandela Effect" only with a smaller amount of participants. As for undercutting BL's case, a new job might be fine if a bench trial is requested. A judge is more cerebral, more legal precedent-minded.  With a jury composed of many personalities and work experiences, a new job might be seen as negating a portion of the damages "suffered" by the plaintiff. This case is not even scheduled to go to trial until March 2026. IMO there is plenty of time for more missteps, contradictions and (unfortunately) baseless subpoenas.😉

Well proof that people used to telling others what to do, where to go, how to be, are not losing that opinion no matter how altered. I love this police officer's attitude in treating these adults as 2 year old toddlers who have just learned the word NO (or in this case, "I'm an AG" / "She's an AG"). Nice to see LE who can handle certain mental health issues without causing escalation. What is not nearly as amusing is when the alleged substance being used, turns an individual from a Dr. Jekyll to a Mr. Hyde. Hence the proper training of LE is essential in arrests such as this one. QUESTION: Is it possible to determine via body language, in someone this altered, if they are capable of injuring themselves or the arresting officer or even if said individual should be sent to a hospital but not sent to be unobserved in a cell?

I can never actually understand what pressures regarding future employment, current finances along with issues of a personal and legal nature that this journalist is experiencing. His letter to the court gives a sense, IMO that he is overwhelmed.  Actually so am I. Even with Kjersti's expert analysis I find this additional player's appearance in this ever escalating drama difficult to parse. IMO, PR involvement has made everything worse. Analyze this OG workplace he said/she said complaint, without the celebrities. Now speculate that this problem is a popular, yet prone to glitching, computer program/app. Patches (aka PR) get placed on a routine basis to keep the program/app in operation and earning income. This program/app will most likely never be 100% fixed. I realize that this is an odd analogy, but it is my attempt to make sense of the chaos.

Doing all that physical work, then editing the footage from steady cam, drone cam and Abby cam to get a flowing, up-loadable video is proof that Morgan's journey from an executive in the business world to farmer and influencer was in the proper order.

Back when this truly was a he said/she said workplace complaint, my past belief was that SONY was responsible for pushing the whole floral theme along with down playing the DV theme.  Do I believe this "grand plan"? Maybe not in every detail but it is plausible. Ethics, compassion and fairness while not deliberately excluded from corporate game plans, neither is their inclusion. A well-published fact is that SONY wanted to work with RR, and thus by default, with BL. Only speculation.1: it might be that  JB was not the only collateral damage in this plan, but in addition, allegedly, was his co-star. Only speculation.2:  If BL returns to popularity and profitability as a celebrity, she will now owe all that she is and has to SONY and RR. So much for female empowerment.

MSM is in a state of flux. Like the dinosaurs of prehistoric times, MSM got too big (as in corporate ownership), needed too much food (aka money) so when the climate changed (with the arrival of new media) like the dinosaurs, MSM has struggled to survive. Adaption and evolution is still possible for MSM. I am guessing that many will go the way of those ancient giants who could not change thus ended up as fossils. My fascination with a certain kiss-cam incident was more for the cluelessness of the 2 executives  involved than me becoming a member of a virtual mob reenacting a scene from The Scarlet Letter on social media. With one being a CEO and the other being his Head of HR, the jokes wrote themselves. For the attribution of shame or repercussions regarding any relationship, I agree with Mina, that power should be left with their families, close friends, not social or MSM.  I do disagree slightly with Mina regarding the cheating case of one of the founding (married) members of The Try Guys. This act of cheating was beyond that dangerous pit of social media shaming. This man's actions could have caused litigation in criminal court if the woman employee had made a police report alleging coercion. This would obviously impact The Try Guys as a viable company. A criminal trial could lead to a civil complaint being filed. This would decimate The Try Guys company leaving their employees jobless as whether you win or loss a civil case it is usually VERY expensive. IMO due to his lack of judgement and zero professionalism, this former member of The Try Guys is eligible for "cancellation".

Is there a way for parents and perhaps teachers to form a coalition to present their own views/suggestions (and nag the politicians)? That TWENTY-TWO list of recommendations is too long, too complicated. For emergency placement (and this Victoria situation sounds like an emergency to me). those complicated "recommendations" can be simplified into a 5-pronged method.   BEFORE any applicant can begin their job at a daycare center in any capacity, applicants must be cleared/re-certified in these general areas: (1) search for any criminal convictions (country-wide/maybe even thru Interpol), (2) applicant's education with at least 2 references...that are personally contacted, (3) reasons for departure from past employers given, from both (a) the applicant and (b)  the former employer, (4) parental complaints compiled (a) regarding each center and (b) regarding past employees currently applying to other centers. (5) parents choosing daycare for their children should be given access to information about the center such as employee turn-over and emergency programs regarding health and safety. Should those recommendations be too complex or too difficult to get past the politicians, there is an even easier way to improve the current system. Observe in person and read reports on child care centers that are safe and successful in places like Sweden and Norway. Where possible/applicable, "copy" and "paste" into current system. My wish is for Hayden, Mrs. Overlaw'd, Daughter Overlaw'd along with the affected parents and children residing in the State of Victoria is compensation, justice and closure.

I am not sure if there is anything resembling a "normal civil law suit" when it comes to defamation or mistreatment in a workplace environment, but it is accepted that filings by the defendant will be favorable towards the defendant as would be the filings by the plaintiff favorable to the plaintiff. There is also a legal version of "trash talk" within the filings that appear as references to legal precedents. These references are essentially "trash talk" but using inference and implication. As for any attorney's public statements on an active case, I would imagine that there is a fine line between hyperbole and actionable statements. Judge Limon does appear to be the type of jurist with a requirement that all parties involved whether pro se or a famous (aka expensive) legal firm to dot those legal i's and cross those legal t's.

Lindsay Ellis' video has taught me more about comparative religion along with those who hold power that we raised up either by election or simply by being a bystander like myself.  At the conclusion to this video, Lindsay apologized for not having answers. No apologies are necessary, she is correct. There is no one easy quick solution. However there is a direction that can be traveled. There was a spokesperson for a viewpoint who felt empathy and wisdom were polar opposites, essentially incompatible. That premise is deeply flawed. Our path out of tribalism, away from the us vs them outlook on life is the equation: Empathy + Wisdom (aka critical thinking). My gift will be small, but will be given in the hope that maybe somehow, someway it will combine with other gifts to assist someone, whom I will never know by face or by name nor will they ever know me. However, thanks to Lindsay Ellis I have been reminded that I can do...something.

What do you call people who keep fishing in the same spot with the same bait which for 8 months has resulted in zero "catch"?  Well, one certainly does not call said team intelligent, successful and the object of adoring fandom.😉 As for the Jed Wallace deposition that never happened. Just speculation, one side could not find receipts before the July date to challenge Jed Wallace during the deposition; thus the other side had no reason to counter.

I agree with Dr. Grande, by general profiling, Jake Haro is the primary perpetrator. Rebecca Haro, while obviously involved, her culpability is less clear. When Emmanuel's disappearance first become a media story. I noticed Rebecca Haro's glazed look, monotone voice, lack of grief in her face along with her, then and now, absolute loyalty to the husband. Her demeanor and speech reminds me of someone deep within a cult's control. Questioning her would require someone properly trained to deal with cultists. This person should build trust with Rebecca Haro, ask her about unrelated/unthreatening things. At a certain point the interviewer may be able to elicit details to assist the police. I am not sure about the "Miranda" implications regarding this type of interview or even spousal privilege. If police have questioned her in an aggressive, accusatory manner, Rebecca Haro will shut down to return to the mantra of, "My husband is innocent and my baby has been kidnapped." It is possible she actually believes those facts, even if she witnessed and then covered up the crime. I think that the reason for the "uncomfortable and combative" tone of the press conference was due to the fact that officials and institutions are being blamed (aka future lawsuit?) for Jake Haro's previous lenient treatment by LE and DA's office.

Seems like years, but probably was less than 12 months ago, that I was suspicious of Kjersti Flaa regarding that re-appearance of an unflattering (due to BL not KF) interview with Blake Lively concerning the 2016 movie, Café Society. That opinion changed when I began to view Kjersti's YT channel, did online reading/viewing (not twitter) and even took in a small amount of MSM. This "he said/she said" workplace complaint was not what the "she said" side alleged. Kjersti Flaa, a citizen of Norway, is fighting for our right to free speech in the U.S. along with other YT journalists/content creators (which also includes several Canadians and others not from the U.S.) It is wild that this attack on a basic right that many in the U.S. have taken for granted, has arrived via the alleged instigation of a celebrity with hurt feelings. Reality...or a "Black Mirror" episode?

"In camera" sounds like a fair way (to all sides) to handle requests for information. There has been some online buzz about Judge Limon. I do not know his past rulings, but from what I have observed he is intensely interested in the law's formality, presentation and relevancy of precedents as annotated. Anyone going pro se or even being a member of the bar should take care before submitting anything to this court. PSA: While ok to use ChatGPT, NEVER use it as a sole source and ALWAYS do back up research on anything AI reports.  AI is not up to Skynet (a Terminator movie reference) levels yet.😉

Thank you DutyRon for commenting on this press conference. People are angry with those who had the power, legally, to intervene way before the parents' fabricated kidnapping story appeared. Leniency shown 7 years ago in Haro's sentence was only the first of many errors made by those in power. As was mentioned there was the gun possession charge plus the innumerable errors that were made by not taking legal and safety precautions such as: (1)CPS visits, (2)SW visits/evaluations, (3)court-appointed therapy, (4)periodic medical reports by a court appointed physician on all children in that household (5) all reports to be submitted to the court on a regular basis, (6) victims' advocate for the children. Regarding, HIPAA, medical data could be sealed by the judge. As for the TikTok sleuths, clicks and views along with strong emotions can cause onlookers to behave improperly. As with any crime scene, public event or criminal trial, there will always a need for the presence on site of trained crowd control/security who can keep things intact and calm. This is only a movie quote, but is relevant: "A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals...." (from the 1997 film MIB)  NO disrespect is intended regarding this tragedy. That phrase has stayed with me for years. It is a valid observation of what can happen when groups assemble during a stressful time.

I wish her success. My reasoning is that if she and Harry can earn an income, we might see less of both of them. As for her body language, before her marriage Meghan was, and obviously still is, an actor. Even though not in the interview, Harry is still a factor even though Meghan tries to keep that topic out of the interview.  Harry presents a sad figure of a man who most likely stopped maturing emotionally at age 12. This interview was obviously intended to be upbeat and energetic, so Harry's presence or even his name is not often discussed.  Meghan's responses (or non-responses) to the interviewer are like someone who took an accelerated foreign language course. Meghan knows the nouns and the verbs, but not the syntax. Is she a CEO or Figurehead?  I am guessing Meghan knows that she is a figurehead. She chooses to identify publicly as a CEO for personal reasons (perhaps a dig at her spouse's family and his country) and for professional reasons (leverage/PR to acquire and/or finance her next job). Fascinating how each of them, Meghan and Harry, was educated, trained, coached, prepared for exactly one job (acting for her and ruling for him). Most likely neither will have the opportunity to do that one job in the near future. I guess one could say that Meghan is still "acting", but probably not in the way she envisioned before she met Harry.

If I had to make a list in January 2024 of what or who could in 2025, allegedly damage the rights as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, a self-entitled bullying celebrity with hurt feelings would not have been on that particular bingo card. While I cannot speak to daily content on Megyn Kelly's show, I did watch the 15 minute segment on BL. The best thing BL and her team could do would be to watch those 15 minutes then move on for some self-reflection. I think Farrow's choice of words such as the identifying nouns, "this guy, that guy" regarding JB, is meant to intellectually and emotionally distance Farrow from any connection to this legal/ethical mess.  Calling Candace Owens, an influencer is not unusual. Many MSM journalists show some disdain or distance regarding those individuals primarily doing their journalism on YT or any new media. Years ago movie stars would never do TV or streaming because it would be of less prestige. Thanks to the 'vid and more people staying home to watch movies, that prejudice has considerably diminished. As for the reason why specifically Megan Twohey at NY Times might have been given the story could be that some editor without imagination might have given a "she said/he said" story because a particular reporter did so well in the past on that particular subject. Or maybe as Ashley has speculated, Ronan Farrow due to employer reasons gave Megan Twohey , a reporter he knew, the materials he had. Now if that is true, did Farrow do any research before the alleged handover? If not, did he remind Megan Twohey she needed to research this story? Actually he should not have to remind an experienced reporter to fact-check any material before publication. Don't know how this keeps happening, but literally every day a new weird event/news item comes out regarding this legal maze or BL vs. JB.

This did look like a video of a couple (TK & TS not Dr. G and Spidey😉) rather than 2 celebrities pushing their own PR agenda completely for the sake of their careers. As for stats: both are age 35, they have dated over 2 years, they have announced their engagement, but as of this comment, not their wedding date, they have shared job knowledge and interests with one another. As any stats go, these seem to indicate a long, successful career/contract.😜 When there is a major life change for either, (at 35 years of age Travis Kelce could soon be ready for retirement as an active football player) in any one's marriage that would add a stressor. While I am not a "Swiftie", I still feel that Taylor Swift deserves a happy, stable relationship with a man who can laugh at himself and deal with extreme fandom. This seems to be a good match.

In addition to receiving an appropriate financial settlement, I would like Karen Read to consider a Commonwealth of Massachusetts governmental position. The general election in the Commonwealth will be in November 2026 . Some (but not all) of the options on the ballot will be: Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General. A little further down the ballot will be the position of DA of Norfolk County. That particular office is in dire need of an intelligent, compassionate, quick-learner who is highly organized and strong-willed exactly those attributes that Karen Read possesses. IMO there is sufficient evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, that acquiring a law school degree, passing the bar and sitting for decades within the offices of the DA of Norfolk County (with 20 MSP who have "issues")  has not benefited the Commonwealth and certainly not the citizens of Norfolk County. As for the Elizabeth Banks' film, well that's Hollywood!?

I highly doubt that Jake Haro has any impulse control or ability to differentiate the normality of a crying baby, from a physical threat by another adult. Rebecca Haro, looks to me (not a psychologist) like a person deeply immersed in a cult. In 2 brief video clips her face was expressionless, minimal body movement, flat vocal tones and almost on a loop recants the mantra she was mostly likely rehearsed to say: "My baby was kidnapped. My husband is innocent." Admittedly this is all speculation. Likely Jake Haro will continue to lie while remaining dangerous to others. As for Rebecca Haro without intensive therapy, she will likely continue to recite and believe that mantra. Ironically should she ever return to self-awareness and free will, she will enter the h3ll of living the rest of her life in prison never being able to block out the horror in which she participated. What ever fate happens to Jake and Rebecca Haro, the tragedy of Emmanuel was preventable had this family been monitored on a regular basis due to past incidents.

If Colibactin was first identified in 2006, yet has been with humanity for millennia, what changed in the late 1980's to now that would accelerate Colibactin's dangerous effect on DNA? Is this higher rate of damage only on human DNA or have other living creatures been affected? Did environmental factors such as certain pollutants spread during that time period via industrial waste create a stronger bacterium along with weakening the human immune system? Did humanity just become more adapt in the frequent usage of household and institutional cleansers? As we spend more and more of our time in a closed, sanitized environments such as homes or schools or offices are we weakening our immune system by not allowing it to fend off some bacteria on its own?  My hope is that there is one "bad guy" currently existing in the form of some synthetic chemical which can be removed from our food and environment. If a breakthrough also indicates that significant life style changes would be required to stop the trend of colorectal cancer in young people, in this political and economic climate there would likely be difficulties in achieving global or even country-wide compliance.
