Regarding the DM (crucial difference from a posted comment) sent to Taylor Swift I did not see clout chasing. However sending another DM (admittedly without me knowing any details) to another entertainer does give me pause (same time period?). Without knowing the plaintiff's history, did she often contact celebrities before the tragedy, it is difficult to make an impartial judgment. I will reduce this case to a simple equation, with awkward phrasing to avoid enraging those YT 'bots. The plaintiff was at work + asked for help + was grievously harmed due to inaction (aka administrative incompetence) = defendant liability...at least to me. BTW I do think that it is both WEIRD and prejudicial having the civil case heard BEFORE the criminal case. If the verdict finds for the defendant, can you imagine how the jurors will feel once they hear of the upcoming criminal cases? Will any of those jurors ever want to serve on a jury again?

Is the OG contract on the purchase/ownership of winery available to non-parties? Might be an interesting read. I agree with NotActuallyGolden, at this point I doubt that it is all about a winery. This has de-evolved into that familiar celebrity war pitting (again sorry, but not really sorry🤣) one former partner against the other. Result, allegedly, is legal firms seeing their net value rise while the litigants see their critical thinking skills fall.

The Halloween mask was funny-horrible, but irregardless of the date it seems that every day is scary in Hollywood. The plaintiff's filing is somewhat hilarious in that it has likely extended the NYT involvement in this case. IMO they deserve one another...allegedly😉 Growing up with the privilege of a royal can be managed, looking at Anne and Edward (children of Queen Elizabeth) and William (son of King Charles), but with others the sense of entitlement seems to grow to unimaginable proportions clouding ethics and reality.

A search for Lord Mountbatten, beyond the way he was unalived, shows the "problematic" (wording sanitized for YT) life he led. Per AI: "The Windsor name was chosen for the English royals in 1917 by King George V to replace the German-sounding name Saxe-Coburg and Gotha due to anti-German sentiment during World War I. I have a cosplay type hoodie also. In honor of my fav holiday season (love the cosplay, the candy and the no secret Santa/Yankee Swap/office, gifting) I decided to try it on. This resulted in one of my two cats to look at me with wide cartoony eyes wondering at the odd transformation of his human. While my other (older) cat gave me one of those stares indicating that I had placed last in his internal litany of mindless human tricks. That franken-cape (1/2 bat + 1/2 American Duchess) was beautiful. If bored try a fun psych experiment. Wear it in public with arms down and later with arms extended, who looks and who doesn't. (Maybe do not do that in front of security?) Perfect choice on the bat ears. They were evocative, spooky and CUTE.

If Emily Baldoni (or for that matter RR) testifies in a court case, whether for or against their spouse, that action waives spousal privilege. You know what that means? The spouse is then subject to both direct and cross examination. Imagine if BL's team called RR as a witness, what the cross would be like! Putting Emily Baldoni on an amended list of those with knowledge to this case is, IMO, PR and intimidation. BTW I love NotActuallyGolden's take. She is always timely, concise, legally on point and expresses the exasperation with a sigh that I now feel when I hear the words: filings, sanctions and pleas.

TMZ (founded in 2005), CNN (founded in 1980) and NYT (founded in 1851) are all facing an extinction event should they continue to go for clickbait rather than truth. After a few years of doing my own fact checking for MSM articles, I jumped ship. Now I get most of my news from new media sources such as YT. One still needs skepticism & critical thinking skills, but that is a mindset. One does not have to spending hours fact checking a MSM article (cuts into my video gaming time😉). PSA: I have a recommendation for the 2026 Trump Halloween Gala for those who are in charge of that new ballroom and events. My idea is to go with a more gothic/spooky/dark theme. For source material I recommend, The Masque of the Red D3ath by Edgar Allan Poe. It has a k3ller ending.🤣

QUESTION: What safeguards would NotActuallyGolden advise for those who are offered any "free" tech from their employer with the business paying for the phone and the monthly bills? IMO Jonesworks overstepped, but maybe not? While this case seems somewhat egregious, wouldn't any business want their tech back? However personal data is another issue. Didn't Abel indicate in her complaint that no attorney employed by Abel read either of her contracts with Jonesworks (1st when she was a subcontractor and the 2nd when she officially joined the firm)? Is this also typical for employees in the PR field?

Of the two, I believe that Coffeezilla would be the one most likely to respond favorably to the mediator's critical thinking. IMO Logan Paul sued Coffeezilla for PR reasons. While accurate factually, Coffeezilla's videos were bad financially for LP's other businesses regarding keeping current investors, acquiring new investors and large scale financing. I believe that LP's beverage business has either gone down the drain or is circling around it. NDAs are a face-saving way out of most civil law suits. I do not see Coffeezilla signing an extremely restrictive (such as he can never talk about LP ever), NDA. However, should Coffeezilla receive a monetary settlement, I am guessing the amount and terms will be buried deep within some sort of NDA. It would be good for business for LP to accept the arbitrator's opinion. Perhaps that and an NDA will encourage LP to have a financial epiphany.

I am still confused that the civil trial is happening before the criminal trial. If this jury finds the defendant not at fault, what happens when the jurors learn about the criminal indictments? I believe the protocol for this school involved reporting this danger exactly as the teacher did. The defense stated that this event could not have been predicted. I disagree: (1) A young child with a weapon at school, even using said item, is sadly not unusual. (2) This particular student had a well-known problematic history at the school. (3) Even a very young child could take an improperly stored, no safety lock, weapon to school, drop the weapon and it goes off. This teacher, followed her district's rules yet was permanently harmed physically and perhaps psychologically at her place of work due to incompetence and inaction of the assistant principal, Dr. Parker. I can see why Gross not Contributory Negligence is on the civil suit. An AI search (yes I know AI, but I am not an attorney and the Black's Law Dictionary app is $54.99!) indicates that, "In Virginia there is a strict contributory negligence rule. If the plaintiff is found to be even 1% at fault for their own injuries, they may be completely barred from recovering any compensation. Not sure if a similar rule applies to Gross Negligence in Virginia.

Would love to see Linet and Kevin on again. Hearing the truth expressed with a dash of humor is for me is like a cool drink on a warm day, quite satisfying! IMO BL is 100% responsible for her actions as an adult. If BL was (allegedly) the same as a teen in school, then the mini version was mostly likely parented, rewarded and encouraged to see herself as the center of all, allegedly. (I sprinkle in lots of "allegedlys" for obvious reasons.😉) Regarding a "beard" marriage, my guess is that the BL&RR marriage did not began that way. IMO, at this point, their marriage may be more of a business arrangement even considering the 4 children. After the BL vs. JB/Wayfarer March 2026 trial ends, I speculate that BL and RR will seen more apart than together. After another year, legal separation. After another 6 months, divorce announced but not finalized. Tech has caused us humans to have quite short attention spans. For example, imagine GenZ and (younger) Millennials with "dial up", there would be meltdowns galore (in the humans not the tech). By 2028 or so who will remember all of this? An added distraction, 2028 is a (U.S.) presidential election year!🙄

Regarding the marriage of Allen and Harbour, who knows? I have always felt that the expression "open marriage" was an oxymoron. I forget who on YT said this, but often one partner is more into the "open" portion while the other partner is blissfully/blindly in love thus is more into the "marriage" portion. As for MBB and DH on set, he probably was just being overly controlling with his acting tips being the ONLY relevant style of acting and would not listen to "thank you but no" seriously. At least I am glad that it has been made clear that this was a verbal not physical issue. One can only imagine what MSM clickbait would have been made out of this. I would like a followup before Stranger Things final season premieres. (12/2025?). I want to be able to actually watch it as a show, not taking a metaphorical magnifying glass to certain performances.😉

I am not certain if Amazon was mentioned as a potential defendant. Amazon bought Twitch in 2014. This may be a rumor, but I heard that Amazon sent a contingent of Amazon-employed security reps to Twitch headquarters for "consultations" (or some other euphemism). What about SDCC's liability? This was the premises where TwitchCon was held. I wonder what the Twitch contract that Emiru e-signed had to say about security issues. One thing that I do know, that contract linked Emiru's performance portion to the meet and greet portion. In other words cancel one, you cancel the other. Emiru had NOT wanted to do the meet and greet, not certain if she put that in writing or not. BTW, PSA to the ex in that SA case, throwing clothes or plushies (allegedly her) vs. SA/holes in walls (allegedly him) is not something he should risk going to court over. The internet and court records are forever. We live in WEIRD times.🙄

Suspicious Kentucky postal workers and police noticed these odd packages. The man arrested, Lamar Cook, had been working for Governor Maura Healey for TWO+ years. So this may not be Mr. Cook's "first rodeo". There is film of Cook and even a written note by Cook indicating his involvement hence at this point this does not appear to be a "let's blame the guy" scenario. The general election in Massachusetts is in November 2026. Some of the offices on the ballot: Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General and for the Norfolk County portion of the ballot, DA - Norfolk County. One more scandal, and that ballot will be REALLY short.

So many mistakes made by so many in this whole mess. However Jonesworks and their legal team have forgotten a very old rule of warfare. "Never attack an enemy who has nothing left to lose." With much of her work life and personal life exposed, Jennifer Abel had only one recourse, the legal system. As Celebrity Spy indicates, this amended filing even if not fully accepted by the court is now public information. Jennifer Abel may be among the few in this case to get a career back and running after March 2026 (court date of BL vs. JB/Wayfarer).

I agree with Andrea. I did not like the Defense's tone along with the wording of some of the questions. I was surprised at the paucity of objections by the Commission's attorney. For the most part Stoughton Police Chief Donna McNamara was a good witness. Her testimony while carefully phrased to be as neutral as possible still IMO her testimony would (or should...as remember this is still Massachusetts) lead towards a decertification verdict. Maybe I missed it, but why is Sandra Birchmore "SB". One could almost speculate that this Hearing did not wish media to pick up on whom suffered much of-Stoughton "wrongdoing" by Former PDC Robert Devine.

Unfortunately the palace PR made a critical timing error regarding Kate. First it was announced that Kate would be skipping a few months of royal duties. Then a noticeably edited family image of Kate and her children was released to media. Kate said the editing was done by her, but I wonder if she simply felt that it was her position to take the blame so no one would be sacked. As the internet loves to find or even create, a conspiracy was born. For Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, his downfall was speeded up and abetted by Andrew's own recent words regarding his past actions. I agree that formerly severing Harry's connection as Prince, would for the moment, be an over-reaction. Prince and Mrs. Windsor are clueless, somewhat self-absorbed and always on the lookout for cash. IMO Harry is perhaps one or two financial disasters away from being Andrew's roommate. It is a breathe of fresh air to see ethical and critical thinking in legal filings, as in the defendant's submission. The legal firm representing BL, is well-known and, per their own PR, is seemingly successful in their cases. However each subsequent filing by this firm in behalf of BL seems to be exponentially (and allegedly) more unhinged. SPECULATIVE, and of course unrelated, SCENARIO: Let's say, the client wants their legal team to file a civil suit for harassment in regards to their employer (maybe Blue Origin or Space X or some 3rd billionaire's rocket company). Said client was hired to do one job on that rocket ship, to scr3w in some deck plates. This client has repeatedly demanded increasing levels of autonomy and power from their employer for jobs that this client was not hired for or educated to accomplish. Final straw for this client, they were denied the position of Captain. Hence a civil suit involving on the job harassment and perceived negative PR online. QUERY: Is there anything "in writing" to indicate that an attorney must be honest and realistic with their client(s) or is that just me being hopeful? Even if only bad PR and not sanctionable, still why would a well-known firm get into this case?

In the beginning of the first clip in the first few seconds, the phrase "...isn't just a missing...." did not exactly match the mouth movements along other occasional words thereafter. I agree with Lawyer Lee, that error will disappear soon. The overly dramatic name of the user (The Enforcement Files) matched with the overly descriptive contents (LE give out details sparingly) was a tell but not confirmation. In the last year or so I have seen a few unusual videos regarding members of the (U.S.) presidential cabinet. There was a recent video (rebroadcast on YT, not a channel owner situation) with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump and Dr. Oz. on a stage discussing Autism. Essentially these were the real people, but unfortunately after some research one discovers that the science was incomplete at best, false at worse. Even though the front page description to The Enforcement Files admits to AI, unless that disclaimer is at the beginning/ending of every individual video wouldn't this still be against YT terms of service? Another important question, where does the money go? With various governmental programs being underfunded or cut completely, I am sure that agencies in the U.S. government would welcome that income.

Maybe Sliwa could fill an advisory position during Mamdani's time as mayor. The Independant candidate, Andrew Cuomo is the 67 year old brother of Mario Cuomo.... 😉

Before Sanchez ran off, the victim described a confused look on Sanchez's face (that is when I thought of CTE). As far as I know the only definitive diagnosis is via autopsy. I would think that an MRI could at least identify any areas damaged by multiple concussions. A simple patient history in sports participation would be the companion to the MRI in order to deliver a preliminary diagnosis. By 21 (21 - 23 is the average age for entry into pro ball), a football player probably has endured 10 or more years of tackle football. If these people are good then they go on to the even more physically damaging games in professional sports. Why don't we have armies of zombie football players? Lots of reasons. Maybe long-time users of steroids or other similar supplements are more susceptible to frontal lobe damage. Physical bodies have different strengths and weaknesses. Not all players take hits all the time. Perhaps career ending injuries to an arm or leg may have prevented some from descending into CTE. Anyway back to bizarro land, the filings from BL's legal team have become increasingly unhinged. Requesting the entire birth video of Mrs. Heath to be posted as evidence (too late for that right?) is only the latest epic PR (and ethical) fail. This birth video had to be one of the latest Hail Mary moves (yes back to football). Anyway my bet is on settlement approximately 24 hours or less before the first day of court. Lots of money, but far fewer careers, will emerge from this mess.

At this point if MSM said water was wet, I would say wait a minute I have to check at least 2 independent sources that are not MSM. It appears that MSM's loyalty can be acquired with the promise of exclusives, their fact checking is almost non-existent and their ethics are vanishing even quicker than their relevance. I speculate that it is not so much that every MSM outlet actually believes BL and disbelieves JB, but it is so much easier in a financial sense to mention BL. Her name gives them clicks. Sad as publications such as the NYT has been around for 175 years. Here's a metaphor with a message; the dinosaurs were around for millions of years. Those that did not evolve went extinct.

Great analysis by Spill Sesh. I agree with the comment, "We do not know Ned Fulmer." I have watched more of that podcast with Ariel than 5 minute clips. To avoid the channel itself, I watched longer portions on commentary channels. Even so, the cringe, vocal fry (NF) and cluelessness (NF) was ugh. So Ned Fulmer mentioned a lie detector? A lie detector measures changes in certain physical responses and reactions such as BP, breathing, heart rate. It is only a tool, NOT an absolute determiner of truth. Some narcissists and psychopaths can pass such a test quite easily, although even then that can be a tell depending on the questions posed. (1) Will I watch The Ned Fulmer Personality Rehab Tour NO. (2) Am I surprised to learn that Ariel is an "investor" probably due to the financial needs of her children along with being cordial to the children's father and tax breaks as an "investor", NO . Finally (3) As long as I am not legally, emotionally or contractually obligated to watch his content I am OK knowing that he is out there, somewhere, lurking in the...sorry got carried away. PSA: Regarding any social media channel, remember any comments (negative or positive) any 👍 or 👎and obviously being subscribed is ENGAGEMENT and IS supporting a channel.

I can appreciate Andrea Burkhart being impartial and conservative in saying "perhaps the transcripts and recording were 'misplaced' ". However the look on her face is far more skeptical...and rightfully so. This is a room where so many on both sides have things to hide. That makes predictions based on actual evidence less clear. Will Devine will be decertified? To use a rudimentary chess analogy, the pawns and the knights will be sacrificed to save the other more important pieces. I guess the judgment simply depends on how close Devine is to the King, the Queen or the Rook? 😉

Who did it and how can we ever know for certain? How can any of the physical evidence be admitted to the court when the crime scene appeared to be open door policy? The Armory's security was breached soon after the inventory arrived. The estate attorney's office was broken into soon after the items arrived. Interesting that none of these 3 locations had a camera with relevant images. Was there evidence indicating that the body was moved or never was moved? Was the one weapon found in the home connected to the event? In transferring the items to and from the Armory why didn't the estate attorney at least take photos at those times along with the arrival of those items into his office? My speculation is that someone who knew Kirby Carpenter well, was involved in the crime. Someone who felt the papers in that briefcase were more valuable than cash, was involved in this crime. As someone with zero expertise in LE or legal matters, I will go with one of my favorite authors, Agatha Christie. Her theme in the Hercule Poirot story, "Redrum on the Orient Express" (changed title to avoid offending the YT 'bots). Everyone involved in this case seems somewhat sketch.😉

Thank you to Katie Couric for an excellent interview. The pain of the loss of Virginia Giuffre came through in Amy Wallace's voice. To Amy Wallace and Virginia Giuffre's siblings, for keeping this memoir's message on the mind of the public I give more thanks than I can type here. There are far too many minds of people of power and wealth who wish to hide the truth. I hope that Virginia's three children grow up knowing that their Mom made a difference. Virginia used her voice to protest this horrific treatment so that those hurt would not be hidden and forgotten.

Whatever happens to Antonio Brown, I think that we can rule out anger management classes plus probation as a sentence. IMO all professional football players should have MRIs as part of their annual physicals. Aaron Hernandez (autopsy proved CTE) , Mark Sanchez (behavior indicates CTE) and now Antonio Brown, all had rage issues matched with a lack of self-control. Picture a 2 - 3 year old toddler at over 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds walking around town without a guardian. One person says, "No" to said individual, then chaos ensues. Unfortunately for Mr. Brown, he has proven himself to be a danger to the public. I do not know where he should be put, except that he probably needs to be inside a place surrounded by very tall walls staffed with lots of professional guardians.

Of course, we always blame the men involved. However what didn't occur to me until the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, was the importance of a man having a woman co-conspirator who did the initial grooming which was likely instrumental in capturing so many into what was essentially was an illegal and immoral business.

I appreciate LegalBytes for apologizing for a mistake. However when MSM makes a mistakes they bury it, then go on to make multiple more mistakes. This is the 2nd legal reporting that TMZ has gotten wrong in the last few days of this post. The more I learn by watching legal commentaries on YT regarding ongoing cases the more errors in MSM I see. MSM has not been my primary source of news for years. I would guess that Logan Paul will eventually lose his defamation case against Coffeezilla. Class action suit being refiled depends on the stamina (and cash) of the attorneys and clients involved. As for Logan Paul, he is a charismatic, affable, con man...allegedly. I would say that it is safe to assume he will allegedly enjoy the benefits of his alleged scams all the way to his alleged island home. Too many allegedlys, well in a time where subpoenas have become the fast food of the self-entitled, can you blame me?

I cannot imagine anyone essentially trapping me in a room to berate, belittle and badger me for over FIVE hours. That type of behavior is what cults like Scientology do to keep their "members" in line and on task (said task being 24/7 in support of the cult). Who can talk that long without stopping? I am assuming this was a monologue on RR's part as JB indicates he had no words in reply. BTW in law there is a phrase regarding being prevented from leaving a place. It is called false imprisonment and unlawful restraint. If convicted of such an act, the perpetrator(s) is/are either punished for committing a misdemeanor or a felony. I am still astonished at the amount of damage allegedly being done to the plaintiff BY the plaintiff, the plaintiff's attorney and of course PR in this civil suit.

What the sister-in-law of Virginia Roberts Giuffre has said should be sent to every U.S. Senator and Congressional Representative along with a copy of Virginia's posthumous memoir. "This is not a political party issue. It is not a left vs. a right issue. This is a right vs. a wrong issue." May there be a not too distant future where there will be justice of Virginia and all the other victims of these monsters who appeared human but were only a simulacrum without compassion, empathy or ethics.

Epstein may not have been "the prime mover" in this whole horrific conspiracy as Mr. Bederow mentioned. However Epstein was the nucleus of this sickness. Epstein (and Maxwell) made important, powerful, rich clients even major international political leaders, complicit in this sick maze either by blackmail, bribes or the individuals' perversions. In Virginia Giuffre's memoir, at 18-19 she was aging out of Epstein's demo. The "suggestion" (aka do this or______) was to persuade other young girls to join. In other words Epstein and Maxwell were essentially making the victims who might decide to leave and to tell authorities become part of this sick web catching everyone within its reach. Virginia Giuffre, in her memoir said that even her limited participation in that solicitation was her greatest shame. However in her fight to help the victims by speaking out and her memoir she will forever be known as HERO.

I am not interested in boxing in regards to movies or as a sport, but if the real Christy Martin is happy with Sydney Sweeney portraying her in a movie then who am I to say Sydney Sweeney did a bad job? Also I had not even heard of the movie until the day of its release so guessing there was little PR. People are still upset at Sydney Sweeney's appearance in the jeans/genes ad. Since the Try Guys began another channel behind a paywall (I assume it is still running), I had not watched too much of their YT content. At least in the clips shown, Rainie seemed fine. Perhaps she got a settlement on her contract and maybe even healthcare? It does sound like this was an unexpected change as she is not going directly to another job. She is talented enough to be a regular/on screen actor on any Try Guys production. They would be foolish to let her go. As for Ariana Grande where the h3ll was security? Admittedly this was at another event, but after Emiru was attacked at this year's TwitchCon at the SDCC, I would have thought that security for celebrities would be more competent. BTW the attack on Emiru was only one month ago (10/17/2025).

The dismissed lawsuit against NYT was very clear writing on the wall for the defendant's legal team. I agree with other comments and NAG. This (long term) strategy was the only way that Justin Baldoni could someday get his career back, that Wayfarer could eventually regain its status as a viable studio and Steve Sarowitz, who seemingly did nothing wrong regarding the plaintiff, could get his reputation back. Justin Baldoni et al knew that they were innocent. However MSM and Hollywood power elite were seemingly only responsive to the plaintiff's case. The months and months at the spontaneous (no smears, no 'bots, only critical thinkers) court of public opinion was vital for the defendants. The actual trial, if it comes to pass, will not benefit anyone's career. If it were a person, it would be shouting a warning to all litigants, "This is mutually assured destruction." I believe a reporter (ironically MSM) way back in January 2025 used that phrase. They should receive The Pulitzer Prize in journalism.

If the court did not object back then when Heath turned over the video evidence that he and his legal team thought fulfilled discovery, shouldn't it also be too late now for the court to change its opinion that all evidence was in order? What about Mrs. Heath's rights? Can she enter a plea on her own to stop/slow up this process? Is HIPAA of any help? Probably not, but legal precedents might slow up this process. While Judge Limon and BL's legal team may have the law on their side, the optics/PR is terrible. Who would ever hire these celebrities in any capacity after this or for that matter the legal firm that represents them? Hubris/karma whatever you wish to call it, can befall anyone.😉

For what began as an entertainment news channel, Kjersti's channel has evolved. That description of what may, allegedly, be going in the plaintiff's mind and analysis concerning the video of Mrs. Heath that was allowable due to a legal error by the defendant's lawyer, were both on point. Thank you Kjersti for lowering my BP. I guess as that plaintiff and legal team are allegedly bereft of all remnants of ethics and critical thinking, I will volunteer a most likely ignored 2-part PSA. (1) Who would hire a legal firm that does not seem to allegedly care or give their client a reality check but (yes again) allegedly spends their client's fee which can only lead to a Pyrrhic victory? & (2) Who would hire an actor that is that litigious and, is allegedly, not aware of their position in the galaxy that is the entertainment industry (hint: it is not at the center)?
