Posted to HauteLeMode (RE: MET Gala 2023 part 4) Uploaded to You Tube 06/01/2023

I did not know about the sports injury.  Definitely has more gravitas than my injury of wearing heels that were too tall for my skill set and mangling my ankle. I do admire the work ethic in finishing this series on the MET Gala 2023. I always enjoy seeing who was on theme or not, who looked good or did not. I don't always agree, I felt Hannah Bagshaw wearing McQueen looked good and fulfilled the theme, but am always entertained and informed. Heal quickly Luke.❤

Posted to The TryPod ep#124 (RE: Chicken Nugget search) Uploaded to You Tube 06/01/2023

I know that I am "crossing the streams", but every time someone munched a nugget (or a reasonable facsimile) in my head I heard Rosanna Pansino asking plaintively, "but is it chicken?" I did not vote on Spotify, but loving the IKEA option. Maybe a scavenger type hunt (without harming the locals; so contestants must walk at a normal speed)? When it comes to shopping, IKEA is definitely the Twilight Zone of warehouse stores.

Posted to Gold Shaw Farm (RE: Fencing Project) Uploaded to You Tube 06/01/2023

While I always appreciated the hard work that farmers have daily, I never fully appreciated the long-term planning that was involved. Congratulations on, at least for the next decade or so, completing that fencing project. BTW as a non-owner of chickens, weird or otherwise, it seems to me that the weird chickens need a better exit from their coop. Perhaps I am anthropomorphizing the situation (I am fearful of heights), but they look a little perturbed when flying/jumping down.

Posted to Colin and Samir (RE: Interview of Keith and Zach, The Try Guys) Uploaded 05/30/2023

I was fearful of The Try Guys' prognosis when "the event" happened. I wondered could I laugh at them/with them again? Their new projects, enthusiasm and more inclusion of their talented friends and employees has totally put me back into the laughter mode. Great interview, good flow of information and insight.

Replay crew here, I am quite impressed by the NLC passion for truth and (legal๐Ÿ˜‰ ) law. While the behavior of Lieutenant Milazzo is both infuriating and disrespectful, this video could be a useful tool in analyzing more serious bad acts by the police to those in training at the Academy along with a refresher for incumbents. Arrogant police plus weapons results in so many mistakes. Sergeant Larson, while initially appearing polite and respectful, unfortunately appears to be "a Milazzo in training". Qualified immunity certainly protects insurance companies and police departments, but it will not correct egregious police mistakes and certainly will not resurrect or make whole those who suffered grievous harm.  As designated protectors of all of us, we deserve better as much as they should be better.

Posted to The Behavior Panel (RE: How Old is Natalia) Uploaded to You Tube on 06/01/2023

Certain orphanages give the bare minimum of care (shelter, food) without the human contact and affection that children require. When or if these children are adopted then reach their new home there can be tantrums leading to violence. As was mentioned this girl, was most likely aging out of the system. She was smart enough to use her physical condition to masquerade as younger. Or perhaps, the orphanage's administers knowing this might be her only chance to be adopted either initiated the plan or went along with Natalia's plan.  I know in stories and movies, villains can play the long game. However, I will instead go will the Occam's razor analogy rather than assume this person to be a James Bond or Mission Impossible level of villain. Well that and no one fools The Behavior Panel...at least on behavior.๐Ÿ˜‰

Posted to Gold Shaw Farm (RE: Moving Heifers to Upper Pasture) Uploaded to You Tube 06/03/2023

All that naming, training and treats has really paid off. Even with all 3 techniques in place at my home, I can't get my cat where I want him to be.  I was concerned about mountain lions in that upper pasture, but the internet says Gold Shaw and other Vermont farms are safe: "The last wild mountain lion known to be killed in Vermont was taken in Barnard in 1881." So just lynx and bobcats which are probably not looking for 1,000 pound prey.

The Try Guys (RE: Costumes for Romeo and Juliet performance) Uploaded to You Tube 06/03/2023

Everyone looked great, well yes Eugene looked fantastic, but still everyone looked great๐Ÿ˜‰. Got a little prom PTSD looking at Juliet's tie-dyed pink and red gown. The layers (ALL of them) that were on Keith were also involved in my attire for prom, although I don't believe that my 2 "accessories" fell out. Probably explains why now I only wear black oversized tops and dark washed jeans.

Posted to Nicole Rudolph (RE: 3 left shoes) Uploaded to You Tube 06/03/2023

I know nothing about shoes. In fact unless I wear boots, I roll my ankles in flats or heels. However those shoes remind me of ballet slippers or (unpacked/unfinished) ballet toe shoes. Toe shoes would obviously be heavily packed in the toe area with ribbons to attach toe shoes to your foot and ankle. However, I will go with the expert. As Nicole said these shoes were probably made for 3 teenage or young adult daughters of a reasonably well-off household.

Posted to Hazariel Costumes (RE: Living Room Reno) Uploaded to You Tube 06/03/2023

The room has flair, personality and a Dark Academia style, but perhaps add a little more artwork? I would suggest, Swiss surrealist painter H.R. Giger. Buy 3 black and white images online, print out and frame each one separately then mount on your wall as a group of 3? Love van Gogh, Matisse and Monet, but sometimes it is fun to wake up the guests. Giger will do that.๐Ÿ˜‰

Zach, Keith and Eugene along with their staff and SO's all handled this drama as adults. I had wondered if I could ever laugh at and with them going forward. I have continued watching their channel. It does seem like there is a new energy and joy of the absurd in their recent videos. I watched the entire video on  Colin and Samir. I was impressed with the interview and even ended up following Colin and Samir. The Try Guys latest project looks wild, Romeo and Juliet with the addition of a "choose their adventure" (ticket required for participation in the process).  This link gives a good intro:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbVus5c5I94

Posted to Lawyer You Know(RE: Judge Scherer resignation and PGA& LIV Golf)Uploaded 06/06/2023

I would imagine only a part of a judge's qualifications is education and  trial experience. Maintaining a cool head, even hand and doing nothing that could be construed as favoritism towards either side are also traits that a judge should have in their skillset. I did not watch the entire trial. It seems like the strong language towards the defense IN court and hugging the prosecution IN court were major mistakes. Her presence as a judge in any future trials could be cause for a mistrial. Her weakness may only be in maintaining the no preconceptions concerning guilt or innocence as the defendant on day 1 of the trial is (legally) innocent until the jury returns a (legal) verdict. In resigning on her own terms, future employment opportunities should not be difficult...as long as the word "judge" is not in the job title.

Nice to see "Bibbs". I listen to his podcast (Critically Acclaimed Network--also with Witney Seibold) so when he says, "it's ok" I know exactly what he means. Anything with jump scares, I either skip entirely or deliberately spoil for myself before seeing via streaming at home. I am somewhat sensitive to sudden loud noises. For me jump scares actually hurt. I know it is not the gore as I have thoroughly enjoyed the John Wick series, Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale, Violent Night (controversial as really liked by Alonso and really disliked by Christy), and Tucker & Dale vs. Evil. None of these are even remotely in the PG camp.

Before I saw this analysis, I assumed both were (equally) in on it. This was an excellent analysis and convinced me that Mr. Beast had some doubts. I do think  Mr. Beast strongly suspected a hoax, but he probably also felt if there was a 1% chance it were true, it would benefit him to remain calm and only speak when spoken to. I mean just watch the news, police are not big fans of anger or active aggression they tend to "Hulk out". When exiting the police station, I think that the double arms over the head was done in relief.  I am with EDB, pulling pranks, even with contracts in place is very risky behavior. So much could have gone wrong. The Jeff Wittek's law suit against David Dobrik illustrates that point clearly.

Did we ever learn how Paul acquired his brother's ID? If the older brother allowed this "loan", isn't the older brother also liable for the Mallory Beach's death? How many IDs did the older brother have? Or was this ID a copy of his brother's, even so to accurately copy it Paul would still need acquire his older brother's ID. Posted to Observe (RE: Phillip Schofield's resignation from BBC) Uploaded to You Tube 06/07/2023

No matter who was the instigator in that initial dressing room meeting, the basics is that a person of mature age with power and lengthy experience in a particular industry voluntarily entered into a relationship with a 20 year old subordinate whom he had personally recommended to his employer. Schofield had previous contact on social media with this person when they were a child.  While Schofield's body language, at least in this early portion of the interview, seem to read as relatively truthful,  this relationship was a huge, avoidable mistake especially for a person of Schofield's years in the entertainment industry. I would be interested in a followup analysis for the remainder of the interview.

As always I am amazed at the intelligent, detailed and good-natured presentation of this data. I know that there were difficulties with your Mom and her struggles but I wonder if her medical knowledge and attitude helped her daughter survive these emergencies emotionally and mentally. I have had some intimidating experiences in regards to medical procedures, but nothing at the level discussed on this channel. It can be difficult, but I highly recommend that you speak up for yourself (not in an adversarial manner) as much as possible. Casually ask, if you can talk during the procedure. I was having a highly scary, but not painful, procedure done on me fully awake. The physician working on me said sure. I tried to ask a few relevant questions and then made a joke about the procedure. I cannot fully explain the rush of confidence I regained when I made him laugh. At that moment, I was not as scared or as depressed as I had been earlier. It helped me to get through that day.

For better or worse traditional media is trying to catch up to You Tube and social media in general. These elders may not understand "clicks", "viral" or for that matter fact checking before publishing thus consumers of their services are left with the job of researching. Exacerbating our research is lazy journalism that is often cutting and pasting from a "source" to be relevant and timely.

Posted to the TryPod (RE: Plog around the park) Uploaded to You Tube 06/08/2023

I was amazed, astounded and astonished at the cliff hanger regarding Zach's end of season one's warning to Keith. What was said I wonder? My guess, he tells Keith that the pink hat is stained and they have to have season two open at a laundromat. Surprisingly Becky is already there with a IRS agent who looks suspiciously like that older actress from (most of) the Halloween series. All of a sudden a NEW Becky's voice emerges from Becky-prime. She has a special set of skills (no wait that is another movie.) Anyway, this new Becky is actually a super secret ninja operative from another reality who tells Keith-prime, that he is THE only one who can save the multiverse however....wait, all of that sounds familiar.๐Ÿ˜œ

BTW title for this concluding episode of season one might be:   "Plog Around The Park" ?

Posted to antphrodite (RE: Aliens and Spacecrafts) Uploaded to You Tube 06/10/2023

Fascinating subject for a reading. It does seem plausible that earth and its inhabitants have something that these Aliens need. While I can believe that Aliens and ships capable of space travel are out there (the old series X-Files' motto was "The Truth is Out There"), what I have difficulty in believing is that global intelligence and defense agencies have uniformly kept all this a secret from most of us. Usually the credibility of the few that "see something" is questioned and diminished when published in media.

Posted to Dr. Todd Grande (RE: Murder of Ajike Owens by neighbor) Uploaded to YT 06/10/2023

Kind of sad that the term "Karen" has become so generic. I believe when you commit murder you no longer fit the original intent and meaning of that term no matter how one feels about that use of a name to categorize a group. Sounds like the gun was purchased legally. Along with a credit check, seems like in view of recent shootings it might be wise to have a mental health check done on the purchaser. Police should have been contacted when this woman purchased a gun. Had the police taken dangerous behavior in the neighborhood seriously and filed relevant reports, perhaps it would not have been as easy to purchase a weapon.

comment posted to pinned Legal Eagle question" Was I too harsh on them?":

No. These 2 attorneys were lazy, they were stupid, they were incompetent, they cheated and they lied. I believe any one of those behaviors can separate a student from the law school they worked so hard to enter unless it was due to Mom or Dad adding a wing to the school's library. I am also under the impression, without checking with ChatGPT,  that either of the last 2 behaviors is cause for immediate expulsion.

general comment to video:

Were this a perfect world, I would temporarily remove the right of both individuals to practice law for two years. In order to get their licenses back they must do ALL the research required by small, but ethical law firms that need, but cannot afford top salaried personnel. Their pay rate would be at (lowest) entry level, no perks, but a yes on health insurance ('cause I am not a monster). Any errors in research made or unexplained absences would add another month to the loss of license. What do I think will happen? I am guessing sanctions for both with entries made in their bar association files that even ChatGPT could find. I think the firm that employs them will probably soon indicate that both individuals are taking an extended "leave of absence" (corporate speak for, "we'll fire them when the media buzz dies down").

Posted to Spill Sesh (RE: Dance Moms -- Reunion??) Uploaded to You Tube 06/10/2023

I do admit to watching Dance Moms out of curiosity as I had attended a dance school from the ages of 7 to 12 years old. I stopped watching Dance Moms very early on, due to the drama (I wanted more dance less moms). My memories of this series were parents out of control (probably at the behest of the producers) and children crying. Not my idea of fun or entertainment, possibly due to my own past. It may seem trivial as adult, but when someone tells a 9 or 10 year old child that you are not good enough, you will never be good enough, it poisons your self-image for years. Will I watch any reunion show, no. I will not even "hate" watch it. If properly done (highly unlikely but still....) this reunion might provide a bit of closure for the now young adult girls and their moms. Unfortunately for all involved, it could also be a total mess.

I am grateful for the ChatGPT law suit, it reads like a comedy treatment for a potential attorney series/movie. While the client's case (appears his foot was in aisle of a plane then subsequently run over by a beverage cart?) appears less than earth shaking, still this client deserved better than what subsequently occurred. I read the Inner City Press twitter thread of hearing via Runkle of The Bailey https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogFTPBd6s9Q&t=10317s@2:31-2:50 (time stamps approximate because my mouse and computer, in computer years, are older than I am). I am still holding out for a one-way trip to Mars. I mean Elon likes him right? As for earth jail, let him stay in relative freedom at home, assuming there is no uprising with people in face paint and weird hats massing for him to leave Florida. This freedom would be granted with ONE condition: SILENCE. SILENCE will be defined as in silence on social media, silence regarding making or writing any speech indicating running for any political office, silence regarding participation in any debates, silence regarding participation in any interviews and silence (aka absence) of any images of said multi-criminally indicted individual anywhere, this includes his FB profile page which I assume exists๐Ÿ˜‰. Will he ever go to prison, doubtful as he is a master of "The Art of The Delay". Trump's mother lived 1912-2000 and his father lived 1905-1999, so genetically there is still time for someone to find that elusive silver bullet or kryptonite in the form of incriminating evidence.

Since for whatever reason our (U.S.) government will not punish this cult by removing their tax exemption status, the best way is to weaken its power base is by poking holes in this organization via trials like Masterson's. This has to be done frequently, we all suffer from a short attention span regarding news. Unfortunately victims will have to participate with the prosecution which is very difficult. With the poster child for Scientology aging out (Tom Cruise can't keep jumping off of airplanes forever) and other celebrities keeping their connections secret, maybe some of Scientology's power will diminish. As bad as the Catholic Church has been, at least they recognize their abuses resulting in generations of victims. Scientology does not appear to be evolving to such self awareness, judging by SA and CP issues not being recognized as simply, basically, perennially, wrong.

Whatever happened over whatever period of time to Scarlett Johansson, this answer is smart for her on several levels. On the surface it shuts down that question as what actress would not want to work with a successful actor. Or this response is a journey all the way to being a sardonic, sarcastic way of placing a subversive (yes I used that word๐Ÿ˜‰) dig at Tom Cruise because of that incident in 2005. Thanks to that Disney Debacle (to highly summarize this mess, former Disney CEO Bob Chapek tried to pay SJ less than her contract had specified for Black Widow), Scarlett Johansson has the money, power and of course the talent to choose almost anyone.

Makes me want to jump onto a TARDIS and rant at these people which no doubt would have had me committed to a very dismal place with very large bars. While I LOVE to wear an expertly tailored/unadorned blazer, I also own lots of cottage-core and goth-related items. While our reaction to Harry and Meghan appears to be approaching the level of distaste many of the public feel concerning Amber Heard, their situations are not equal. Amber Heard lied to her attorneys, friends, victims of SA and worst of all under oath. Last I heard, Amber Heard owes money to her attorneys.  Harry is damaged, emotionally stunted. He has been since his mother died in 1997. Supposedly Harry had counseling, but obviously not enough. Meghan's parents divorced when she was young, her much older half-brother and half-sister were not part of the childhood she remembers. Interviews with Meghan and her family (separately of course) indicate dysfunctional relationships all around along with competing "tell-all" books.  All them royal, not royal, famous, not famous need to mature and change direction. Plausible, that these attorneys were in awe of tech thus made horrendously bad decisions. Blind faith is not really a trait that I would want in my attorney. The referenced case law examples were not double-checked, because the lead attorney's assistant who did all of the research (the lead attorney just signed off on the work along missing a faulty date accepted by the notary) was going on vacation. I think that laziness, incompetence and perhaps a touch of arrogance are to blame, with maybe a tiny percentage of blame due to Puritan ideology. Were we to have a moot court concerning the responsibility of Puritans in this matter, I think that I would only hold them 5% responsible for this ChatGPT fiasco. However should some plucky prosecutor still wish to make the Puritans defendants in some moot court, I would advise the researchers to check out certain new (U.S.) state laws and recent (since April 2017) supreme court decisions ๐Ÿ˜‰

In the past, I have watched one or two of her videos. Cringe-worthy is all I remember. I was never a fan of either her humor or her persona "Miranda Sings". Whether because of her need to remain relevant on You Tube or simply her own life view, she seems to be wildly self-centered and oblivious to the damage she has caused. Should she wish to continue on You Tube and social media in general she needs assistance. My advice to her would be to add some "adults" to her inner circle who have the will and ability to say "NO, Colleen do not do that". Those advisors are rare, I wish her well.

I would be very cautious were I a You Tube influencer regarding statements about Colleen Ballinger. Social and Legacy media desperately wants clicks and is willing to stoke the drama to achieve that goal. Why feed the beast (media), it will never be satiated. Colleen Ballinger has yet to make a response that indicates definitive change of behavior or announce a hiatus from her channel. The apology I watched is the usual (perhaps slightly better acted) You Tube apology. Colleen Ballinger seems to be clueless about societal norms and somewhat self-centered. Perhaps a shrinking net worth might persuade her to be more careful and more ethical in her work life.

No one of any level of sanity (yes I know it is THE internet) should be pleased about the missing submarine. As for the machine's efficacy, just remember the deaths when the Tesla self-driving vehicle was rolled out. I am not equating those missing with those dead, just pointing out the new technology needs more than the inventors. New technology needs auditors to check its safety and institute multiple fail safes. The Indonesian monkey torturing news is beyond my ability to even hear Philip DeFranco speak about it. I hope that any punishment given fits the crime.  As for "he who shall not be named", I am not religious but a phrase from a well-known religious book comes to my mind, "A man reaps what he sows."

I also have buttons, however none in a quantity that could be used to replace fasteners on current outerwear. My scrap handling "methodology" involves procrastination de-evolving to hoarding.  Maybe a way to use them up would be to create fantasy/fairy tale animals, such as a unicorn or new members of the "My Little Pony" herd?  Would love to see a coolirpa creation using mostly specialty trims.

Two of the five individuals on Titan are a father and his son. I think that the son's age is in the teen range. What is really tragic, is the problems with the submarine were there and as mentioned, warnings were ignored.  Sorry this link is not from the best source, The Daily Mail, but many articles are behind paywalls.  Link on warning about submarine problems:  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12218229/Ex-OceanGate-employee-repeatedly-warned-experimental-mini-sub-needed-testing.html

QUESTION: If this information was not relayed to the 4 passengers, would this void the waivers?
QUESTION: Could OceanGate declare chapter 7 bankruptcy before the victims' families and investors sue OceanGate?
QUESTION : Could the probate of Stockton Rush's will delay any civil or criminal suits?
QUESTION: Is there a basis for criminal charges to be filed in the State of Washington (OceanGate's home office)?
QUESTION: As there were costs incurred by U.S. ,(Canada, France and others) could this turn into a federal charge?

I did not verify the source, but if accurate then this quote might assist in the voiding of those waivers signed by the 4 passengers along with complaints by 2 ex-employees of OceanGate regarding Titan's safety.

Risks can be managed. Risk takers can get us on the moon, prevent disease and allow all of us to travel more efficiently. However when risk becomes a "rush", a need beyond caring for ones' welfare or the welfare of others, it becomes just like any addiction, with judgement affected negatively.

I always like the reveals on this channel, but this one is spectacular. I want it to be my space. Especially enjoyed the spatially-challenged moment with the,  "sure luggage will fit there" moment. I am not trolling as in seeing me parallel park a vehicle is a moment of pain familiar to all my friends and family. However the ultimate take away, tee-shirt needed moment was, "The TV is...IN THE KITCHEN."

From what I see, Mr. Grush is at ease with everything he is saying. As Spidey has said, we cannot be sure if Mr. Grush's comfort comes from training or truth. Even if he trained his body and rehearsed his answers, he just seems so at ease, not melancholy, withdrawn or angry. While I am no scientist (I could come up with a legion of teachers and professors to support that statement), it seemed as though any scientific terms that he used sounded like a student who had memorized several wiki pages for a classroom report. Perhaps he was passed over for a promotion that he felt he deserved,  complained to his supervisor, but was instead offered the honorary Fox Mulder position but with more perks and less Alien abductions or physical attacks.๐Ÿ˜‰

I do watch Legal Eagle but not for scholarly legal opinions or careful detailed unbiased analysis. He is funny, flamboyant, sarcastic and entertaining. I go elsewhere for thoughtful discussions on case law. Some of Legal Eagle's best videos are using movies or fictional characters as a jumping off point to search out applicable laws and possible criminal acts. I think Devon is literally announcing his channel's theme with the "Legal Eagle" title.

Posted to Spill Sesh (RE:Shein invites influencers to look at factory)Updated to You Tube 06/25/2023

Had Shein corporate invited professionals in the industry (like an international OSHA) to check out multiple factory locations which resulted in glowing reports of working conditions and salaries I would have been impressed. I am assuming that all the visitors were influencers from You Tube, if so I am skeptical if what they were shown was typical of all Shein factories.

I have accidentally, through repeated failures in healthy eating. acquired a tiny portion of the knowledge Dr. Ovadia has compiled in this book (which I intend to buy). Mid way through "our conversation cards" portion, the pain was very evident on Dr. Ovadia's face when he mentions his worry for his children that when they grow up, there will not be enough healthy people around to support society. It was devastating to watch and to listen to that possibility.

It is so apropos that the weird chickens provide their own Zen wind chime soundtrack with the new toy. Interesting how Captain Janeway wasn't as fond of the sounds. Well a Captain has to be more suspicious of novelty, she just wants to be sure it is safe.  Seeing the goslings from 3 (4?) different age groups not bully the littler ones is amazing. I am impressed how even if the animals are destined for a shorter life on the farm, their preferences, personalities and care is being adjusted appropriately.

Replay crew here. Sadly, I did not even know about the hundreds of refugees who died off the coast of Greece until I heard about it on Law Tube channels. I am only an amateur regarding the field of psychology, but there are studies that show we tend to care more about the few individuals involved in crisis, while being overloaded with the larger numbers of tragedies along with the even larger implications of that loss. The result, at least temporarily, is shutting down emotionally. If any good can come of the tragedy and hubris of the Titan implosion, perhaps it will be putting a closer view of the preventable refugee deaths.

The problem with carbon fiber in life safety critical applications is: it behaves like glass. It doesn't yield. It catastrophically fails.

Under that extreme pressure failure is not an option. Anything that fails is going to be catastrophic. That said...I still wouldn't have used carbon fiber.
MY REPLY:
I have been trying to educate myself on this material. My impression is that it "fails" slowly over time, over several descents, leading to what happened with the Titan. Assuming those at OceanGate were not part of a suicide cult, I do not understand how they felt that they could play games with physics and consider testing an unnecessary expense.

The risk of dying during an activity may be part of being mortal, however the risk of dying due to inferior equipment is a waste. Climbing Mt.Everest is risky with proper equipment, but climbing Mt. Everest with frayed/weakened rope and carabiners not rated for climbing, is not risk taking, it is just clueless and wrong.

Posted to Observe (RE: Two individuals speak out about Colleen Ballinger) Uploaded 06/28/2023

Admittedly we are seeing only one side, but I do believe both individuals. Not to minimize Colleen Ballinger's seemingly lack of self-awareness or even of societal norms, she is not the only one. You Tube is fun, entertaining and even informative, but it has also fast forwarded people to ultra levels of fame who were not ready, did not understand their power and yes were less than mature in their treatment of those with less power and less fame. Trial and error is a good way to learn, but when it involves so many other lives, the person with the power of fame (or at least their "team") needs to be very careful and thoughtful.

I do not get around very much (as in shopping in brick&mortar places and online) as I mostly thrift but still obsess about those beautiful garments coming down those red carpets. Many of these looks that are not designed for life as most of us live it, they are designed to pose in (now I hear Madonna's "Vogue" running through my head ๐Ÿ˜†) or maybe walk a few feet down a carpet. What we do not see is celebrities going about their daily lives in those shoes and in that dress. All that being said, I love a dream being attempted and shown both for its pluses and minuses.

Before the Depp vs. Heard trial I had assumed that Amber Heard was telling the truth. Way way back when Bill Cosby had been accused, I assumed that he was telling the truth. More data, hopefully in video format is needed. Even if the alleged victim appeared adept in that club screenshot, pain meds can disguise a lot. Perhaps Majors was trying to break up with this girlfriend, she lost control and he used his full strength (willing to bet the prosecution will show Creed III clips in court) to restrain her. Unfortunately there will have to be an uncomfortably thorough forensic review of the victim and the defendant's lives to determine the truth. One can only hope that there is video of that evening's events and a full interviews of the private driver of Majors' vehicle. Meanwhile the victim has the label of potential liar, potential drug addict while Majors has the label of potential liar and potential SA. I know courts move at a snail's pace, but the damage being done to both the possible victim and possible criminal is moving at a tornado's pace with little regard for reputations.

I think that I got a contact cholesterol high from this episode. I will not mention the "sushi" portion of this Eat The Menu, except caveat emptor, just say no and all those other tropes. Becky provided the top lines of the show, "It just keeps getting worse...it is less offensive than the chicken....Spoken by the effervescent Becky Habersberger regarding the whiskey glazed & blazed fajitas. Congratulations to Marissa and Jared on their promotion to Without A Recipe. The risks are substantial but the comedy is really substantial.

Replay crew here. I know schadenfreude is not an attractive look, but this case is hilarious. The amount of times that it was said "We (the firm's attorneys) and I (each of the two now sanctioned attorneys) have never been, nor should be, sanctioned was what at least 6 times?  In his statement to the court Maulsby defaulted to playing the game of stupid or liar and chose stupid. I also laughed when Maulsby spoke about the "new" ChatGPT disclaimers that indicate that, "This isn't legal advice. Talk to a lawyer." I scared my elderly cat!
QUESTION: Is it possible that the firm of Levidow, Levidow & Oberman (at least trials/settlements headed by Schwartz or Loduca) will have their past cases be examined and possibly subject to retrial?

I have used ELF cosmetics. They are quite affordable and some of their skin care line items seem to work as well as the mid to high priced items. It is probably an unpopular opinion, but I find Mikayla funny, outspoken and entertaining. Do I believe all her "non-ads", no. Will I buy that wedding lip gloss, probably not unless I need an extra item to get free overnight shipping by Amazon. Yes, I am one of THOSE people.๐Ÿ˜‰
