I agree. Leslie Kuhn might want to have a NYS employment attorney do some research on what Kuhn CAN say or publish about her time in Stern's employ. QUESTIONS: (1) I cannot find anything that indicated that Judge Melissa Crane filed this decision with or without prejudice. So can Kuhn appeal? (2) Even if the Judge ruled with prejudice, could Kuhn's dismissed law suit be reworded then filed as a "new" law suit from the perspective of an unreasonable hardship if Kuhn can prove this 2025 NDA prevented her from getting a (comparable) job? (3) If 2025 NDA is not retroactive then how much "wiggle room" does Kuhn have regarding job applications/meetings or even a book deal? (4) Do you think that it was the potential of a book deal or long format interview with MSM that Stern was more concerned about rather than Kuhn "spilling it" in a private employment interview? (5) What if something that Kuhn told a potential employer became public. Who is liable? Kuhn, potential employer, both or neither if Stern cannot definitively prove how data became public?

On point analysis! I agree that BK thinks that he is the smartest person in any room along with anonymity not in his mission statement. However getting a BK update in less than one month (July 2 [plea accepted] - July 27, 2026 [petition for new trial submitted] ) was not on my bingo card. May he soon be returned to the bad neighbors, worse food and utter isolation that he deserves. (posted 08/01/2026)

Of course the swatter should punished, however what is with the LE? Keep in mind this is the department that has been looking for an 84 year old woman and her abductors for over 5 months without even a suspect as of the date of this comment. This is also the department where the person in charge got this current job in spite of a faulty reference of his previous employer in Texas. This is the department that had a record amount of retirements, transfers of LE with years of experience when the current person in charge was re-elected in 2024. I could rant further, but all the data including names, places, dates is all on line pointing out this department as simply not being run properly.
