Thank you for the excellent coverage. As for those who may have spoken unwisely to, or about this channel, those individuals need to look within themselves very thoroughly for the "why" they felt the need to make certain comments. As for this plea deal on one hand, it saves the survivors/civilian witnesses from the trauma of testifying, it ends the possible decades of appeals that would have been filed and it hopefully ends the flow of painful comments made by those who have only attended twitter law school (a very good Mark Bederow-ism). On the other hand these families should have been shown the courtesy of a face to face statement from the DA as the families will continue on carrying the pain of these losses matched with knowing that this entity is still living even though a limited life. While it would be horrific to listen to, I hope that there is a proffer which may give loved ones some answers.

The combination of Josh and Kevin Fixler was perfection in regards to relaying information to viewers. Trying to think from a legal perspective I can see the advantages of this particular plea agreement. However from a personal perspective I do think that somehow there should have been a face to face (at least on ZOOM) meeting with the families. One of the families made a post on social media that this swift action with only an email notification was the last of a long list of failures by the DA's office in the opinion of this particular family. As painful as it would be to hear, I hope that part of the plea agreement gives some answers to the family. In another channel's chat/comment section, one person had an excellent idea that should be part of this plea agreement, Kohberger can never profit either by money or by fame (book/movie deals/interviews) regarding himself and his crime. I am guessing that even if that were included in this plea agreement, there would be nothing to stop a Kohberger acquaintance or family member profiting from his crime.

A Peter and Papa Tragos analysis is always entertaining and informative. Random thought: Is it just me or did Brennan's statement sound like Morrissey in that infamous "hostage" video? While the statement attributed to Morrissey (I am not certain if the statement was published or as a result of an interview), "The jury has spoken." sounded like the brusque, gruff, basic manner of how Brennan proposed the basic OUI sentence immediately after the verdict. I did think the Judge was up for the max (2.5 years incarceration) should Brennan have proposed that option. With Judge Cannone threatening sanctions in pre trial (before trial 2) which could impact any attorney's livelihood in the chilling affect of denial of future pro hac vice appointments, I cannot really blame Alan Jackson for being unhappy with certain individuals.

This was a very informative conversation between LTL Media and Nan Gallagher. I think that the narcissist in BK, wants everyone to realize how clever he is. While being caught would seemingly would give most people pause, a narcissist needs to maintain their illusion of superiority. They crave an audience. Unless giving details of his crime is part of the plea agreement, I think that BK will eventually give details but only to a publisher or to an interviewer. While criminals may not be allowed to profit monetarily from their crime, I believe that BK values fame far more than money.

That was a great interview. Without seeing Damon Seligson in action taking depositions, he seems eager and quite able to take on this case where the other side appears to be imitating 2 Commonwealth criminal trials that tried to "blame the girl". I am not sure what the financial benefit would be, but at least ethically the O'Keefe family might wish to change the named party of this civil suit to cite the primary individual responsible for the mishandling of the investigation of the criminal case which began with the discovery of Officer John O'Keefe on the front lawn at 34 Fairview Road in Canton Massachusetts. I hear that former investigator has plenty of free time since leaving his employer.

Interesting what BK's former advisor/professor says about the aspect (serial unalivers and other extreme criminals) perhaps being attracted to a particular course of study. I am not sure about HIPAA and other individual rights, but I would like to see a mandatory psych evaluation before entering this field of study with mandatory evaluation updates during the field of study right along through Masters and PhD programs. For example, SA perpetrators target a particular subset of humanity. They often place themselves scarily close in particular jobs which allow regular contact with this subset. What about workers who deal with dangerous chemicals/materials? Ideally they should have regular physical checks including scans and blood work. Known danger requires precautions to be in place for what might or could happen. If not for ethics, then for liability, I would hope all institutions of learning pay close attention to what can happen when problems are missed due to inattention or ignorance. I wish for eventual healing to all of the victims' families and friends. They cannot forget, but they can continue their lives in honor of their loved ones.

Agree with ant completely. There were LE and prosecution issues early on. There was the way evidence was gathered by LE and certain statements made to the media by the DA's office. I am sure those individuals were afraid of the reasonable doubt that would be left with the jury. Unfortunately the parents were left out of the conversation which has made a few of them quite angry. I know that it will not bring anyone back, but I would like to know WHY. I have certain assumptions based on BK's college experiences, but that is only speculation on my part.

I agree with Baker, that statement does have a ChatGPT vibe to it. It sounds rote, mechanical and without feeling. No mention of defense witnesses who have faced online harassment. No mention of threats to those on YT who did commentaries on both trials of Karen Read. No mention of the jurors who have been defamed by some, threatened by a few and not even thanked by the Commonwealth for their 8-week long service. The time for effective fighting for Officer John O'Keefe should have begun on January 29, 2022. Paper grocery store bags, red Solo cups and a leaf blower have become iconic symbols of the massive failure of the hearts and minds of those who pledged to protect and to serve. They appear to feel no shame. Without acknowledging shame, I fear that there will be no growth. Change will have to come from elsewhere. That time will be the election in Massachusetts on November 3 2026 (primaries on September 15 2026).

I am torn between the offering of the plea to BK or going to trial. As Josh has said, trials are no guarantees of punishment or even a conviction. The WHY will haunt me, even as an onlooker to these legal commentaries. IMO this person would not be writing a book or giving interviews for financial gain. I feel what he wants most is fame. He desires to have his name immortalized. I am afraid that is exactly what will happen. My thoughts are with the families and friends of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

I agree with Mark, the pieces of guilt, regret, fear from Malehya Brooks-Murray is due to the fact that these 2 children disappeared on her watch. I also agree the pronoun changes are due to her recently no longer being with her partner. My guess, the partner was supposed to watch/listen for the children. She blames herself but also her partner, Daniel Martell. Staying with him was far too painful. The guilt and pain in that house must have been palpable. Hence her taking her baby and going to her mother's house. I feel the children wandered, fell into something (water, cave) which prevented the dogs being able to locate them. I am so sorry for all involved.
Posted to antphrodite (RE: Verdict and Jurors in Sean Combs trial) Uploaded
The soft and sad, "I'm so sorry" by ant at the conclusion of this video was evocative of this whole mess. I would like to see an additional video on the federal prosecutors. Will they issue new indictments? Do they know the missteps? The reading on the jury was both illuminating and scary. It was the responsibility of the prosecutors to adequately educate the jurors regarding how victims are chosen for their weaknesses, are then groomed to accept mistreatment and finally isolated from protectors. Leaving such a situation is immensely difficult. Prosecutors in general HATE to lose. While federal prosecutors are like that but usually far more careful before setting a case in motion. Admittedly the jury element is often the wild card. This verdict sounds like jury nullification. Jury nullification is when the jury disagrees with the case law/evidence/indictments and goes somewhat rogue. My mind tries to make order out of the chaos, but this end makes no sense.
Posted to Attorney Larry Forman (RE: Kohberger Plea Deal discussed) Uploaded 07/03/2025
I believe the plea deal was for the best. If the two Karen Read (and now Sean Combs) jurors prove anything, it is that they are the ultimate wild card in the legal process. Their verdicts can amaze or perhaps confirm your expectations or even sadden you. I wish that the judge had asked that question that will haunt the families for the rest of their lives...WHY? BTW I also speculate that BK wants infamy more than financial gain. He wants immortality in that pantheon of those who commit complex redrum. Noting his educational path, I wonder if there is any psych evaluation for students following that course of education into advanced studies for the Masters and Doctoral programs? For example, many SA perpetrators usually position themselves close to their chosen prey via job choice and residence. As for autism being a mitigating factor in Kohberger's case, I doubt any legal basis for that inclusion. While a criminal might have some autistic traits, most autistic individuals are not criminals. Most autistic individuals would be more likely to be the victim of a crime rather than a perpetrator.
Posted to Collier Landry (RE: Updates) Uploaded to You Tube 0n 07/03/2025
Nice to see you Collier. Yes, social media is a double-edged sword. In the case of Karen Read's 2nd trial, it helped. In the case of the jurors who found her not guilty (except on OUI), her defense team, defense witnesses and YT analysts; social media can be a place of personal attacks, unsettling threats and worse. In the Kohberger case the plea ends any possibility for appeals or parole, thus ending the pain of possibly decades of family attendance at various hearings. Unfortunately this is not the fact in Collier's situation. I do wish the judge had asked Kohberger to elucidate as to the WHY not just an affirmative answer for each count of redrum. As for Sean Combs jury, delivering only 2 guilty verdicts on the lesser charges did shock me. Due to trigger issues, I did not follow details of the Sean Combs case. Obviously the prosecution did not prove their case. They certainly did not make the jury understand what makes the victim stay with the abus3r for years without leaving.

Argh these Massachusetts State Troopers are the "gift" that keeps giving to the defense in all Commonwealth trials. Confiscating far more tech items that were listed on the subpoena may give rise to "fruit of the poisonous tree" eliminating enough evidence to make conviction of the defendant impossible due to (ironically)...reasonable doubt. The label and treatment of "the oldest child" sounds like a very Morrissey move. Trooper Bukhenik appears as sketch as usual. It is more than depressing to see yet another trial being afflicted by utter incompetence and unprofessionalism.
Posted to Lawyer Lee (RE: Bryan Kohberger Plea Agreement) Uploaded to YT on 07/04/2025
My impression is that the prosecutors did not properly communicate with the families. 2 of the 4 families felt disrespected, not consulted and even ignored by the Prosecutor's Office. Yes I think the plea agreement had the best chance of assuring that this defendant, now a convicted criminal, be held accountable for this horrific crime. I would have included one more item in this plea, forcing BK to answer the question, WHY? The inclusion of the word, "premeditation" was important, but not enough to remove the "WHY?" from the minds of the survivors and the families. As for future interviews with criminal, IMO he is not after money, he wants the fame, he wants to be on THE list of "horrendous crimes of the the 21st century" and most of all he wanted to be in control of the narrative. That control that he now has is probably what is haunting and angering the families and the survivors.

I am no fan of Hank Brennan. The only time he showed any humanity was allowing the penalty for the OUI conviction to be given immediately after the verdict instead of dragging the penalty phase out for weeks or even months. Admittedly Brennan wanted out of Dedham ASAP. However his recommendation for 12 month probation (minimum for an OUI without priors) shocked me. I assumed he would go for the max of 2.5 year incarceration. I got the feeling that Judge Cannone was up for that max sentence as she indicated (paraphrased) that, "...so just the regular first time charge then?" Another random oddity was Hank Brennan's post verdict statement. It was worded oddly similar to that infamous "hostage video" Michael Morrissey made. I found Michael Morrissey's post verdict statement, "The jury has spoken." more of what I would have expected from Brennan. These trials have been something out of a scriptwriter's fever dream with more deviations from our (U.S.) Constitution that I can count. I hear that at least one movie is being made about these trials. IMO they do not need anyone to write dialogue...it is all right there in the pre-trial and trial transcripts.

The "McAlberts" and Proctor acted as expected in their cosplay as innocent victims of a (ironically) conspiracy. It is almost amusing to see them exhibit such clueless behavior. These individuals have now given attorneys in any future criminal or civil hearings a treasure trove of admissible evidence. As for the interviewer, I gave up on MSM years ago. This interview did not change my opinion. The questions were even more leading than Hank Brennan's directs. MSM is irrelevant, lazy and closer to gossip than dispensers of verifiable data. They are basically dinosaurs looking up to the sky seeing the approach of New Media (YT) swiftly encroaching on their territory. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that an extinction event is happening.

Probably not permitted, but I would love to see analysis of more routine video of her doing things like a phone call, a Zoom meeting and daily interactions with her "pod-mates" (sounds like a college dorm). Is her enthusiasm for the sake of the interviewer, the viewers and her jailers? I understand she is a narcissist, but there seems to be more going on (or actually going wrong) inside her. QUESTION: Does this person present as more than a narcissist? Is she someone who has that particular personality disorder matched with something else such as megalomania?

Also a Brookline Massachusetts woman in custody was discovered breathing but unresponsive. She did not make it. No further news as of this comment. While the cause may have been medical not police initiated, when this happens on the DA Norfolk County's watch you have to be suspicious. At the very least, she was not properly assessed either medically or psychologically before being put in confinement. At the worst, well imagination will take one to a horrific destination. Baker asked what to do about this. Well at this point "re-homing" seems to be the Commonwealth's response to incompetence and corruption. Seemingly those in these positions of power do not have the will or the intelligence to change. The Feds are not The Avengers or The Justice League. Do not look to them for a deus ex machina. The only hope for the citizens/taxpayers residing in the Commonwealth is the election that is scheduled for November 3 2026 (primaries on September 15 2026).
Posted to The Young Jurks (RE: Re-homing of Troopers including Bukhenik and Tully) 07/08/2025
3 points to be addressed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts: (1) Obviously Morrissey must go. If he chooses not to run for re-election in 2026, then whomever he endorses should be looked at with extreme skepticism. (2) This action of embedding LE in DA's office is rare in the U.S. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is one of very few places in the U.S. where that happens. Whatever the convenience may be in embedded officers at a DA's office is obviously vastly exceeded by the dangers as seen in the Read, O'Keefe, Birchmore, Walshe and Delgado-Garcia cases. (3) All academies in Massachusetts responsible for training future entrants into LE need an extreme overhaul regarding curriculum, instructors and administrators. Colonel Geoffrey Noble is the new/current head of the MSP. Will he do any of that, I am unsure at this point. What registered voters/taxpayers of the Commonwealth CAN DO is vote in the November 3 2026 election (Primaries are on September 15 2026).

THANK YOU to Nik Starow for his timely coverage. Some basic political history: Michelle Wu was elected Mayor of Boston in 2021. If not re-elected her term ends in January 2026. She is up for re-election on November 4 2025. Mayor Wu appointed Cox Commissioner of BPD in 2022. I have no data on Wu's performance as Mayor of Boston as that is not the area of the Commonwealth where I currently live and vote. However Commissioner Cox lost any trust or even goodwill back on January 29, 2022 when BPD Officer John O'Keefe was found unresponsive on the front lawn of now former BPD officer, Brian Albert. The lack of BPD presence, with no observable professional involvement or even showing a passing interest concerning the case of Officer John O'Keefe is quite revealing. Commissioner Cox in expecting his statement concerning Dever to be believed puts him into a magical (aka wishful) thinking category. This mode of cognition is antithetical for the leader of a large police department. He should simply leave on his own volition before being...re-homed.

I agree that Hank Brennan's fee is not the worst part. I mean he showed up, complained a lot, did most of the prosecution directs and I think all of the crosses. He also may have made it improbable for anyone else to be tried or even indicted (at least on a Commonwealth level) for leaving Officer O'Keefe on that lawn January 29 2022. Beyond the SP fee and the cash that went to the clown show aka LE, I think that the Taxpayers--WTF award goes to Aperture LLC. At this interestingly named company (check out the video game Portal) there was a prosecution expert witness with a PhD (and is/was? a company VP) who enjoys cosplaying as an un-alived LE while simultaneously doing a audition for Blue Man Group along with a second expert witness (possibly still with the same company) who was a wishful thinker with dreams of diplomas who cannot tell his bytes from his bits.

Peter apologizing for tech issues while being on a CRUISE around GREEK Islands was both charming and infuriating🤣🤣🤣🤣 Anyway back to reality as AJ would say, Interesting how Commissioner Cox's final statement in that interview was "...I was in Michigan". Ironically in a MSM interview when asked why Brian Albert did not exit his house to help LE on January 29 2022, Albert's answer was, "...I am Boston not Canton PD...." Last I heard was that the communities of Canton and Boston were BOTH in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For the geographically challenged (looking at you Commissioner), the state of Michigan is located in the same country as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and only a 10 hour car drive away from Boston. The level of incompetence is off the charts. Current Mayor of Boston Michelle Wu (whose office will be on local/Boston ballot November 4 2025), appointed Cox to his position of Commissioner on August 15 2022. For clarity, that date was approximately 6 months after January 29, 2022. That is the date that one of Cox's "people" BPD Officer John O'Keefe was found unresponsive on the front lawn of now former BPD officer, Brian Albert. Yet Cox is clueless or maybe it is the fault of that new virus, "The Dever Disorder" currently sweeping certain LE departments and political centers in Massachusetts.

Looking at that interview with Commissioner Cox, it appears that he may have caught that new memory virus seemingly sweeping LE and certain positions of power in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The Dever-Deaver Disorder. Michael Cox was appointed to Commissioner of the Boston Police on August 15, 2022, by Mayor (of Boston) Michelle Wu. While Cox may not have been the first time Mayor's top choice as Commissioner she did appoint him to that office. Coincidentally Mayor Wu is running for her second term with election day for that office to be on November 4 2025. Asking Mayor Wu about Commissioner Cox's recent statements could prove interesting.

Judging by a recent interview with Commissioner Cox, he appeared to have no memory of any meeting with Dever or even of her part in the Karen Read trial. Commissioner Cox also hadn't much to say about the loss of Officer John O'Keefe. Actually Commissioner Cox had nothing to say about Officer John O'Keefe I believe that the Deaver-Dever Disorder (also called the Dever-Deaver Disorder) virus has breached those hallowed halls of the BPD. Hopefully Phillip Owens, Superintendent-in-Chief has managed to avoid the corruption, oops I mean contagion...allegedly. Those afflicted with this virus show certain symptoms that include but are not limited to, almost complete memory loss regarding these individuals: Karen Read Officer John O'Keefe, Officer Kelly Dever. I can understand when caring for a child not your own, it would be natural to tread lightly in sharing news that is so devastating. I think that a discussion with his parents to get their viewpoints on animal loss or injury would be the best way to handle possible issues for future stays at Camp Gold Shaw Farm. Find out how the loss of your nephew's family dog was handled by the parents. For the future years of camp stays, sometimes children entering teen years can veer off course. In that situation discipline (aka loss of computer and/or phone time) might become necessary. Get updates from the parents as your nephews mature. As for the calf now gone if it is too late for a necropsy then what about tests on the youngest of the remaining 7 just to rule out infections and/or metabolic issues? Full disclosure I have zero experience with farms or farm animals. I share my home with a group of animals who basically just look cute (guinea pigs, chinchilla) or have attitude (cats) and look cute. My fish is (just have one) very calm, very quiet and doesn't need attention (except at dinner time). So sorry for your loss, but you are NOT a failure. Sometimes bad things just happen. Goose eggs do not hatch, little ducklings wander then disappear and calves pass away. It is painful now, but the calves will benefit from your always increasing expertise as you continue this journey.

IMO, Dever/Deaver lied in her testimony in a murder trial. What I find scary is that internally she seems to be actively trying to replace an actual memory with a fabricated one. Her hesitations speak volumes as Microdots said. That personality type is scary in anyone. For someone who legally can carry a loaded weapon, make an arrest and of course testify in a murder trial, it is terrifying. Commissioner Cox appears to have caught that "false memory" virus. While first term Boston Mayor Michelle Wu was probably not part of the search team for a commissioner, she did appoint Cox to the position of Commissioner of BPD. Mayor Wu is currently running for a 2nd term. Election day is November 4 2025. Perhaps an interview with Mayor Wu is in order prior to that date?

THANK YOU Kjersti for your fair coverage. I was never a proponent of either side in this squabble. IMO all involved were/are clueless pretty (also petty) celebrities behaving badly who needed to settle out of court, sign a mountain of NDAs and move on with their lives. It is NOT funny anymore to see them sling mud at each other. Now they are slinging mud at the (U.S.) Constitution. They have "poisoned THEIR OWN well". How can anyone watch any of their films or use any of their products or trust any of their endorsements without one's stomach turning? I am not sure what the objective is by Lively, Reynolds, their exCIA PR person and attorneys, but for a case that began as a legally manageable he said/she said situation; the she said contingent has taken a very dangerous turn.

I just posted this on Kjersti Flaa's account. Kjersti's channel is where I first heard of Ashley Briana Eve. I was very impressed with that interview. Until the subpoena to Google for certain YT channels' personal data I was not a proponent of either Lively or Baldoni. This squabble has de-evolved to the point that at least one side has done an end run around the free speech guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. IMO, in effect, they have poisoned THEIR own well. No shade on Ashley, but in a very short time without the assistance of a digital forensics expert she was able to spot and analyze inconsistencies in certain twitter accounts and posts. So what is the excuse of those highly paid attorneys along with a certain PR person who has "connections"?
Posted to Attorney Larry Forman (RE: lst trial of Fraser Bohm and new indictment) 07/15/2025
I agree with Mr. Forman and comments that the OG indictment was overcharged. As for the new indictment of first-degree manslaughter, the DA may have made the same mistake. The defendant should be charged with Vehicular Homicide with Negligence, but with the additional penalties of Gross Negligence if a phone was proven to being accessed by Mr. Bohm in the minutes before the accident. Of course, I am assuming drug/alcohol screenings were done properly with both being negative. Wonder if there was a forensics search of the phone? Even when placed in a stationary holder in my car my phone will take in notifications plus Siri is ALWAYS listening. All that being said PCH needs more patrols and more safety equipment. Unfortunately this LA Times article is behind a paywall but lists the stats, https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2024-10-20/malibu-dangerous-pch-pepperdine-anniversary NOT behind a paywall is: https://www.malibucity.org/DocumentCenter/View/33188/Malibu-PCH-Safety-Project-Report-12324?bidId= Although this appears to be more of an open ended proposal not actual work done on PCH.

Most of us did! Ironically one of the few exceptions is the person whom the Commonwealth feels is disruptive, is scary (at least to certain members of the "McAlberts" family) and is apparently the most dangerous man in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts due to his adherence to investigative journalism...Mr. Aidan Kearney (aka Doctor Turtleboy). The Karen Read case has exposed so many creatures, shadows and muck that we have all been affected and infected. This Grand Juror story is a lesson to us all to withhold judgement until facts are presented. I don't know about you, but I blame my newly acquired conspiracy brain to a not very special prosecutor, a judge with frequent lapses in days at work and judgment, a certain police commissioner with memory issues and the current (and hopefully not future) DA of Norfolk County.

MY COMMENT: Brian Walshe (appalled concerning the behavior of the usual suspects in LE), Fraser Bohm (feel he was overcharged in first trial and possibly is being overcharged in his upcoming second trial) and am furious about a mud-slinging battle between an entitled actor and her naive producer/director/co-star which has now escalated into challenging the U.S. Constitution (freedom of speech and press).

Is this the craziest internet defamation case you've heard yet, or do you know of a crazier one?
MY RESPONSE TO ABOVE PINNED COMMENT: (deleted ??)
There was (and still is in court) a defamation suit against a TikTok Psychic who read Tarot Cards to find out the perpetrator of the unaliving of the 4 Idaho college students. Then this person went online to check the list of professors at the university where the 4 had attended. The TikTokPsychic insisted in several Tik Toks that a certain professor had committed the crime. To make it worse, the TikTokPsychic is pro se. This has been in litigation FOR YEARS. It is now in the penalty phase, but yet the TikTokPsychic is still filing (actually misfiling) pleas to the court. The obvious joke in the beginning was you mean she could not see this debacle coming? However, it has gone way past amusing into punishment for the professor whose only crime was being a professor at a particular school.
Emily D. Baker has reported on this case frequently, most recently on:

------------------------
IN SAME VIDEO-->My comment in the general section:
Unfortunately The Streisand Effect is a real thing. Suing this individual will only give her what she most desires, fame. Sure he can replay the apology video on his channel. I suppose as long as he reacts to it, he is changing the content so YT (or this person) would not give him a strike (or complaint). Although again, with his larger channel he could be giving this individual the clicks she desires possibly increasing her channel's subscriber count. Were I this man, I would talk over my options with an attorney familiar with defamation law. All receipts (nasty text threats/the meta data, her video apology, his debunking video) should be kept with the attorney with a wait and see approach. (I would keep a paper copy at my home in safe location.) Do not feed the trolls is a truth. She might just move on or even forget. If not, then this man's attorney could be ready to file a defamation suit quite swiftly.

REQUEST FOR READING:❓❓❓What is behind Blake Lively's attorneys making a request to Google for You Tube to release emails, personal and financial data on 16 influencers❓❓❓ I believe that Lively's attorneys are trying to prove Baldoni either paid these YT influencers or perhaps to learn the identities of certain "unnamed sources" who spoke to one or two of these creators with an assurance of anonymity. The attorney's action seems to be an unconstitutional (as in the U.S. Constitution) fishing expedition. WHY this scorched earth policy? As of this comment, this "request" appears to be making Lively and Reynolds even MORE unlikeable. I for one, could never see a movie with either of these two, use a product they produce or even endorse, without having my stomach turn. FYI, I was ambivalent about this whole kerfuffle until these 16 You Tube influencers were affected.

Even with that dual status of rank amateur, the "tell" for me was in the narrow columns of mascara streaks flowing downward from her eyes past her cheeks. The appearance was very artificial looking and much too perfectly placed, (probably via a wet cotton swab) to be from actual tears. Funny how movies, books and videos use creatures of unimaginable proportions to scare us. In our reality the most dangerous and scary ones are those who look just like us. Maybe just me, I speculate that Attorney Jackson knew that this witness would react to the "Dever--Deaver" mention. The defense objective was to get Officer Dever to be as honest as possible. IMO (Am NOT a lawyer) in the case of a "hostile" defense witness, prosecutor who objects repeatedly matched with a biased judge who sustains those objections repeatedly, the only way to show the jury who Officer Dever is, comes from her behavior on the witness stand. Attorney Jackson chose his strategy wisely as Dever's petulance, arrogance and unprofessionalism came through clearly. As for BPD Commissioner Cox, I would love to see a follow up interview with him along with an interview with the person who appointed him to this job, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu. BTW, as of this comment Mayor Wu is intending to run for a 2nd term. That mayoral election is on November 4 2025.

I was one of those on the fence. As Ashley has said this whole legal+PR disaster seemed to be celebrities fighting over fame and power. That is not my concern or of interest to me. However what should be of concern and of interest to any U.S. citizen is this new tactic by Lively & Attorneys who are essentially defying the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Precedents matter heavily in legal matters. What effects YT today, could affect us all tomorrow. I do like Ashley's idea of a sworn affidavit from YT creators with Lively's attorneys dropping the subpoena. This agenda by Lively, her attorneys and her PR, may lead to a place where even those gigantic studios with their big money (and nervous stockholders) may wish to avoid any controversies which could affect their own brand...hence less deals, less offers and of course, less money flowing to Lively and Reynolds. Everyone is giving these celebrities free advice yet their march continues towards the metaphorical edge of the metaphorical cliff...allegedly.😉

I just found this channel through The Young Jurks channel. While the name of this former ATF agent is quite familiar, I had not heard this story. Imagine calling in a request for a Grand Jury when you have no information or provable evidence regarding any past crime, simply to cover up something you should not have done. Hmmm where have I heard of that being done before😉? Perhaps this FORMER ATF agent fancied himself John Anderton (a character in the film, Minority Report🤣.) QUESTIONS: Has there been a followup to this story? Was there any further abuse of power by ATF at this store? Did this weapon owner find out about ATF trying to get a Grand Jury hearing? Was any legal action taken by this weapon owner (as likely this woman's personal data is in a file) or the attorney for this store (even as a complaint or a Brady list filing)? I had assumed that certain sus behavior seen in the Karen Read trial had added FORMER to this individual's title. Perhaps there were multiple stunts like this one which resulted in the ATF separating this individual from service?

I have never attempted sewing my own swimsuits as there is literally no space for hiding errors. Mia meant it kindly, but every time that she mentioned in the first line of swim suits Kylie (and friends) had forgotten about the average human body and the usual measure of modesty (as in not transparent) I giggled uncontrollably. I guess some of us learn thru trial and error in privacy while some of us make a very public launch showcasing a variety of errors resulting in multiple memes with a smattering of snark on social media.😉 Anyway good sewing, Mia. I liked this reading. It does make me sad as with this planet and its inhabitants being toxic to aliens means my childhood dream of interplanetary travel and diplomacy is out the airlock. Interesting that this alien energy feels that woman are stronger essentially more powerful than men. The astonishment that women should be in control not relegated solely to a home and children is information that could cause Elon Musk to internally combust so shhh🤣! My guess is that many woman are generally more intuitive than most men. Likely that intuition and clarity of viewpoint could be the key to power and control. I am also guessing from what ant read that seemingly helpful organics like certain herbs and fungi have been unnecessarily demonized and outlawed. This reading does confirm my belief that we (our planet and its inhabitants) are seemingly under a quarantine. Perhaps we are an infected population that needs to be isolated, then studied and finally cured before the quarantine is lifted so that we can communicate and travel. Ant always makes me think and speculate so these open-ended readings are most welcome.

These 3 high ranking Astronomer employees (albeit one is a CEO) are at a public event. Kiss-cam is not an unknown feature. The movements of the two to hide seemed cartoon-like, almost childish. I have no idea of the marital status of any of these 3 people. Maybe Mrs. CEO is fine with this? Beyond embarrassment in showcasing this relationship in view of lower level employees and clients, perhaps this company has morality clauses or rules on fraternization? However with a CEO holding his HR chief next to another high level HR employee is at least to me HILARIOUS! In the corporate world sometimes even vacuous people can rise to the top of a company. In which case these 3 might need to quickly assess their life choices, employment contract and of course their utter lack of familiarity with Kiss-Cam.😉

Whether it be huge studios (with nervous shareholders) or indie companies (with limited funds), who will take on the possibly ruinous gamble that appears to come with the employment of this actor? As for the subpoena maneuver, U.S. citizens are especially protective concerning their Constitutional rights, especially the freedom of speech one. So WHY do this? If memory serves (seems like years), this whole thing began with a control fight over an IP (Colleen Hoover's books), a film's thematic direction, a controlling co-star and a new director's missteps of being waaaay too accommodating to his co-star/employee's demands. Blake Lively's initial complaint was filed with the California Civil Rights Department in late December 2024. Fans are both forgiving and forgetful. There is still time for an intelligent, ethical and fair resolution. However, I have little confidence that anyone in the Lively/Reynolds camp possesses those qualities.

To be honest, until this subpoena strategy started, I found this Lively/Baldoni fight essentially pretty people acting petty. However now I am quite upset. This legal action is subverting the U.S. Constitution and its guarantee of free speech. Whatever happened or did not happen on that movie set has zero to do with creators on YT. These creators only commented about Lively and Baldoni's lawsuits. There are no secret plots, no covert financing. These subpoenas (I hear twitter has been served) will only result in a faster descent in regards to a certain actor's status, popularity and future employment. I am glad Janessa has legal representation, but it should not have been necessary.

Not sure it would do any good, but when replying to Lively's attorneys to quash this personal privacy invasion with prejudice maybe include an extra PDF attachment, a copy of the Bill of Rights. These are the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution. I would highlight Amendments 1, 4 and 9. At this point, I cannot even feign impartiality. Who knows, maybe Blake Lively was actually uncomfortable on that set at that time? After all the muck the Lively side has thrown with no evidence to back up the claims and now this unconstitutional fishing expedition, how can this person ever hope to be believed or trusted by any employer, co-worker and even fan. “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time,” Maya Angelou on April 5, 2024.

Baker was right, this "rotten apple" has infected innumerable cases. The infection will probably take years to correct. The most effective chance for change is the November 2026 general election in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Thoroughly enjoyed this interview although I am appalled by this latest attack from Lively's attorneys on the Constitutional rights of free speech and privacy. This action guarantees that an even larger group is becoming angry. Not a good goal for a celebrity so wound up in PR. As was stated, these attorneys are looking for even one verifiable 'bot-troll that can be filed with the court as evidence BEFORE Blake Lively's deposition. Hence all those nonsensical delays. Essentially these celebrities and attorneys have considered the subpoena'd creators on social media as acceptable collateral damage. While Lively's side may win this legal battle, they will most certainly lose the war. Without fans, whether it be a movie, a product or even IP there will be financial failure. I speculate that there is at least one MSM outlet, a certain venerable east coast U.S. metropolitan newspaper who swallowed the bait, printed an incompetently fact-checked article and may be even now rethinking their business strategy. (aka life choices) regarding celebrities.

When I heard Williams' song the following line stood out to me, "The red carpet hides what's under your skin." (from Sonnet Williams' song "Congrats on Your Little Bump"). That phrase illustrates what can happen when celebrities forget their journey from obscurity to fame, forget their fans and most critically of all, forget their humanity. While I am new to taking sides in this Lively vs. Baldoni mess, these subpoenas to creators on YT and twitter is cruel, unjust and unconstitutional (as in the U.S. Constitution). It does take one's breath away, seeing just how wrong Lively (and probably Reynolds) is in their thinking and strategy. My heroes are all the content creators who are standing up for their rights. REMEMBER, they are also standing up for everyone's right to free speech.

Yes, I agree with Ashley, allegedly (and probably likely) any list that TAG created was composed of a given sample of accounts to be monitored. The accounts on this list were probably chosen for their general high activity, demo (age, gender etc.) of followers, frequent posts and many re-posts. Any PR rep can easily identify Troll farms. As for your garden variety, "I need attention" solo-type troll, well they are even easier to spot by amateur research methods. WHILE THIS WILL MOST LIKELY NEVER HAPPEN: at least from the names I recognize on the subpoena lists, this is the group that Lively and Reynolds should install as their crisis management team for acquiring some critical thinking skills, ethics, sanity. I am sure that this team could accomplish all that without making to threats to the U.S. Constitution.

I think that I still suffer from Judge Cannone PTSD. With Lally's frequent requests to Proctor for search warrants that were never delivered are interesting. I believe that the MSP troopers assigned to the Norfolk County DA's office are in...the same building as the DA (might be the building next door). Still hand delivery of documents doesn't exactly require a passport. Instead of some elaborate conspiracy, it appears, allegedly, that at least in Norfolk County this is not a cabal from an MI movie, this is of a group of alleged professionals who are lazy, incompetent, untrained, have less critical thinking abilities than my 2 cats and seemingly ignorant of what a First Year must absorb and learn backwards/forwards or be booted out of law school.

Watching every step that these celebrities take be the wrong one, seems like a statistical anomaly. It does not compute. Where are the rewards? Infamy is close to fame, but it won't get a sufficient amount of people that will enlarge you bank accounts by buying your products, seeing your movies or believing in your endorsements. I think that Kjersti is correct. This is the perfect storm of one actor feeling no one liked her (aka she wasn't getting her way on set) matched with the huge ego of another actor who thought he was the smartest, most powerful and prettiest in the room (ok I will give RR for being the prettiest). Blake Lively may whine about people not liking her, but I believe her SO to be the Dr. Frankenstein standing behind his creation controlling her movements and motivations.

I am NOT blaming Baldoni or Wayfarer. They were new at this. However, their advisers, their attorneys, SONY and certain other parties were not. I have found these creators to be funny, entertaining, seemingly fair in their viewpoints, smart and definitively more likable than certain Hollywood celebrities. These people are also fighting for something that we should all pay attention to, free speech. Law works on precedents. Should these subpoenas not be withdrawn, potentially anyone's right of free speech (guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution) could be put at risk. How can any of us post on social media, make a joke, support unpopular causes without turning up on someone's "list"? You can present yourself to the world as you wish. All of us deserve to have equal rights, no matter what name is on your ID. However as I type this, physically we are not all equal, hence the attraction of competition. Participation in amateur or professional sports opens up other questions, such as the safety of the athletes during competitions and the integrity of any records set. A child born XY, will naturally develop more muscle, denser bone and larger lung capacity than a child born XX. Puberty increases those differences. Heredity is also a factor so there can be some women who are stronger and/or taller than some men. There are other biological possibilities such as intersex and certain hormonal conditions which affect physical development. As Nate The Lawyer indicates, there is a valid methodology that can determine a range in regards to muscle mass, bone density and lung capacity of the average athlete whether born male or female. Stats on those with conditions such as intersex would require a more complex determination. Essentially sports can be defined as being based on a particular set rules that involve numbers. The same holds true for the participants.

Replay crew here. I believe that Michael Proctor was with the MSP approximately 12 years. Several searches I made referenced the phrase, "unblemished record". Which is terrifying regarding the latitude that must have been given to former Trooper Proctor in his involvement in so many cases. As for Adam Lally I found this--> https://cthrupayroll.mass.gov/#!/year/2018/full_time_employees, others/pay2/explore/0-0-0/trans_no/15948712/0/department_division that link leads to Lally's employment compensation with the Norfolk County DA office (2010-present). As Melanie has said every one of the cases where Lally was lead or assistant ADA on should be examined. So along with wasting millions not finding out the reason for Officer John O'Keefe being left on the front lawn at 34 Fairview, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (aka the taxpayers) is now potentially liable for the ethical and monetary costs of unlawful convictions, retrials and law suit settlements. What a mess this is, simply due to the fact no one did the job that they were hired and paid to do.

All that being said, when I heard that these two both worked at the same company where he was CEO and she was essentially HR I laughed...for quite a while. It was the HR element that drove me into inappropriate laughter. PSA: anytime you go to a con (like anime, comic), event or concert you are specifically warned (usually on ticket page, sometimes on event site) that you may be filmed. Sports venues like Gillette Stadium in Foxboro often have "kiss-cams". I believe this venue also warned people that they could be on video. Even Chris Martin (lead singer of Coldplay) warned the audience. All that being said, I have zero sympathy for these two individuals who decided to take their private life to a very public location.

I did not watch these victim statements as I knew the pain would overwhelm me even watching from a considerable distance. I believe that a brief mental health exam was given when Kohberger was 19, where autism was suggested, but not formerly diagnosed. I tend to believe that clinician was incorrect. Autism sets up those with that condition to be more victim than victimizer. How did this person move through his life without issues until now? How did he get accepted to a program studying towards advanced degrees in criminal behavior and law without anyone questioning his stability or even his suitability for such a career. When he was let go from the degree program (I assume) that there was no report advising the family or anyone relevant. This tragedy occurred in 2022 which would make Kohberger's age approximately 27. There had to be multiple times over the years when those in positions of health management, education or guardianship simply missed or ignored warnings. My wish is that this person produces no books/no journals/no vlogs, gives no interviews, stays in solitary confinement to very slowly fade away with everyone forgetting his name.

Perhaps the firm has a defective or abridged copy? I would advise that law firm to check their copy again to see if it includes these Amendments: 1 (free speech), 4 (protection against unreasonable searches and seizures) and 9 (privacy). I would recommend this text, The Constitution Explained: A Guide For Every American by David L. Hudson, Jr., J.D. It is easy to read, relatively inexpensive (ranges from $15 - 25 in paperback format depending on where purchased) and is highly instructive as to how our (U.S.) system SHOULD work. Highly likely that there are many generous volunteers who would be more than happy to crowdfund the purchase of a case of these books or even a subscription for a download of text for this law firm. Everyone should learn something new every day. IMO this firm has much to learn, especially concerning its comprehension of the U.S. Constitution...allegedly, 😉

POSTED TO THE BEHAVIOR ARTS -- Community Page on 07/24/2025
The first, which was HIGHLY requested by you is Bryan Kohberger's reaction to the victim impact statements. Not only is there a lot happening here but the reason I think this would be good for me is because reading someone's reactions is literally how I learned behavioral analysis. A lot of behavioral analysts have great experience reading someone when the subject is talking but as someone who did cold readings for entertainment for decades, I often depend on spotting reactions when the subject is listening. He's a good read.
The second, which was less requested but still enough is the Hunter Biden interview that was released this week. From the little I've seen, it seems to be a lot about his life so it's interesting content but less juicy for behavioral analysis, although I've only seen bits and pieces (are there controversial topics discussed?)
MY RESPONSE:
As for Hunter Biden, as others have commented there is considerable PTSD with politics and its proponents. But that is the content creator's decision.
While I do not like giving Kohberger media time, perhaps a behavioral analysis would be of assistance to others regarding identification of anomalies in behavior. This man is now 30. He was 27 when this horrific event happened. This means that for almost 3 decades (he had a brief consult at age 19 which resulted in a "possible" diagnosis of Autism which is a condition more likely to make one the victim not the victimizer) behavioral signs must have been missed, dismissed and ignored. For example this person was admitted (later told to leave) into advanced degree programs in criminal behavior and law. And THEY never noticed odd behavior before they finally removed him from the program? Perhaps privacy laws kicked in at that point, but still....
RANDOM THOUGHT: I wonder, it is probably against the law to yell fire in a public building when there is no fire. However what about the reverse, those who choose not to yell fire to warn others when there is actually a fire?

I just feel cringe whenever anyone tries to link Amber Heard to the Lively mess. As for a quote from Heard's (former? current?) attorney during the Depp vs. Heard, I would have thought that this attorney would have more self-awareness with a response of "no comment" after the pummeling her reputation took during that civil law suit. I am guessing that this attorney has no conceptual or actual knowledge regarding the Lively situation. I keep saying, that the Lively side cannot make this any worse...and then they do. If this were a film treatment (pre-script status), and I was channeling the style of M.Night Shyamalan this would be the 3rd part of the movie. I would have Lively and Reynolds fire all their PR, attorneys and managers. Then I would have them hire the group that was subpoena'd. Next a Zoom meeting with all parties in attendance. Final clip would be happiness, sunshine and just for Blake, flower petals flowing throughout the air. We could all go back to our lives without headaches and the U.S. Constitution would live to battle another day. Sorry, I had to share. 🤣

Who is advising RR and BL? Every step they take whether legal or PR appears to land them deeper and deeper into a mucky mess. A firm of attorneys have apparently been authorized by their client to subvert the U.S. Constitution. Sounds dramatic, but that will be the effect if these subpoenas are granted by the court. This is not the action of people to whom I would pay to see in a movie or for a product with their name or endorsement attached. Law works on precedents. Hypothetically should Lively's attorneys acquire all that they have requested from content creators, it will be Pyrrhic victory. It will also set a legal precedent. This precedent could endanger EVERYONE's freedom of speech whether attorney, celebrity or just us.

I am here for any well placed dis to an infamous 16th century misogynist with absolute power in his kingdom. I stayed because Abby Cox is the best history teacher that I have ever had the luck to stumble upon virtually years ago (might have been via a YT algorithm). The search history on Abby's computer must be VERY interesting.😉 Sorry about that mentioned loss of someone in hospice. Time will help. Research on various projects will distract. But puppies always are the best!

After it seemed obvious that Baldoni had the receipts and all the other side had was more hubris than sense or proof, I kind of shut out the "noise" of this squabble. Then I heard about the subpoenas. I have been subscribing to many of those YT channels on "the list". I thought that I would include a PSA for a firm of attorneys who obviously need a refresher course in constitutional law. My suggestion: The Constitution Explained: A Guide For Every American by David L. Hudson, Jr., J.D. It runs 15 - 25 USD in paperback format depending on where purchased. It is easy to read, affordable and educates without obfuscating or posturing. Special attention should be paid to these Amendments: 1 (free speech), 4 (freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures) and 9 (right to privacy). Acquisition of knowledge along with its deeper comprehension should provide a welcome opportunity for any firm that professes its adherence to U.S. laws and the rights of its citizens. Just sayin'...allegedly.😉

When I hear about a "baby" celeb behaving inappropriately, I would tend to blame the PR team/manager for inadequate media instruction and prep. Plus there was an easy way to handle the interview if the actor felt there were potential privacy issues. Have the two actors stay in character and respond that way. Have them as their characters try to understand who is this show-runner person in their midst and what could he do in the world of the characters. Since Gwyneth Paltrow seems to have a handle on being a civilized celebrity while handling the media, perhaps she would be willing to share her PR team with Sydney and a certain pair of contentious, litigious celebrities? Celebrities of a certain age prancing around in bikinis on social media might be feeding their egos or think that they are being empowering. I speculate that while ego or being empowered is a part of their behavior, the primary motive may be to implant a visual message into the minds of casting agents, directors, producers, studios..."hey look at me, I am still desirable, I can still do athletic stunts, I can play characters younger than my actual age. Please employ me."

Another new subscriber here...due to these subpoenas. I am rather fond of my freedom of speech. Hence this comment. I had thought political machinations might be the primary culprit(s) to try to dismantle the U.S. Constitution. Two privileged petty petulant celebrities and their legal team (who allegedly is somewhat weak in their constitutional law knowledge) was NOT on my "Despot of The Year 2025" bingo card.

Replay crew here. Glad you led with "Mr. Cheese". That arrest image capture was almost as ridiculous as those 2 Astronomer (former) execs who felt comfortable being in a public place with a jumbotron (aka kiss-cam) and about 60,000 people and media all of whom had phones with camera apps. I have watched the Lally interrogation multiple times. I do not understand why I am so riveted. I know that it isn't schadenfreude. I think it is simply fascination with the bizarre. Some had used the imagery that the Karen Read disaster was a unicorn. Little did we know there was a massive herd hiding in plain sight in the MSP, LE and the office of Norfolk County DA . As a resident of Commonwealth of Massachusetts I THANK the entire defense team, including KR, jurors and many YT channels who fought for the truth. GENERAL ELECTION: in the Commonwealth is November 3 2026.

Comparing twitter to a certain type of storage area primarily used for bio-waste is a popular analogy. None of us can claim copyright rights🤣. I assume every negative on that site is a 'bot or a human with "issues" thus I also stay off of twitter. I will admit to having a personal issue with designating twitter with one of the lesser-used characters in the English alphabet, may just be me😉. Attorney Melanie Little, is an impartial critical thinker with ethics. Anyone bothering to check out her videos personally instead of passing around rumors would know that.

Until these subpoenas, I really did not have too many opinions on BL vs. JB. He was a new director, she was a bossy celebrity, so who knew. However I got somewhat irritated when BL and her firm of attorneys (who really need a refresher course on the U.S. Constitution) decided that all those rights, like freedom of speech were only guidelines (Thank you Pirates of the Caribbean) not absolute rights guaranteed by the corner stone (Constitution) of the U.S. Who is advising BL and RR? Every step seems to descend deeper and deeper into a pit that they will never escape. Yes that letter from Plaintiff BL is sus. It is putting out so much spin that I feel nauseous.
Posted to Nate The Lawyer (RE: Emmanuel and Brigette Macron sue Candace Owens) 07/27/2025
Being born male or female are not the only options. There is the condition of intersex along with several hormonal conditions so who knows and who cares. I find Candace Owens more annoying than slanderous. There is one thing the civil suit can accomplish. Whether Macron wins or loses (I agree with Nate not AI on 50-50 stats), the result could be far more critical than getting a few francs/dollars from Owens. The discovery process could make Owens look wrong, silly and even worse for someone in Candace Owens' position, irrelevant by making such wild claims. Now as for more easily fact-checked information, Brigette met Emmanuel Macron when he was a minor. She was his teacher in her 30's. That I find more problematic. However, obviously the French people have accepted that fact and voted Macron into office.

As others have commented, do not take the subpoenas being withdrawn as a conclusion. This legal firm has proven themselves untrustworthy. Read every word, twice. Magicians use "smoke and mirrors"(aka misdirection) as in look there not here. Magicians can be quite entertaining. Magicians hardly ever try to attack the U.S. Constitution. BL's legal team are also using "smoke and mirrors". However they are NOT entertaining, they ARE attacking the U.S. Constitution. No wonder the firm took down their post regarding defense of human rights.

In keeping with the theme of legal blunders of celebrities here's a title: "How to Decimate Multiple Careers in less than 8 months". Impartiality should be the mindset before a case goes to trial. Unfortunately, I lost my impartiality when one side's legal representation decided to try to redact some of the rights mandated by the U.S. Constitution in the issuance of real subpoenas based on fantasy thinking. I was amused though to hear at least one of the content creators served a subpoena mention that since MINT Mobile advertised multiple times on their channel, there was compensation received from someone rather close to this case.😉 Hopefully there will be a settlement and enough NDAs to fill a flower shop instead of a trial.

I like that idea. Only refer to this person now convicted of redrum, as their prison ID number. I wish that was the standard policy of all media. IMO I believe fame/infamy is the only thing that this person values. Being a number, being forgotten, being ignored or even better solitary confinement, would be the most effective punishment for this newly numbered individual. Unfortunately we have already given this criminal more time than we should have. Hence this very cruel yet also very stupid call to Mrs. Goncalves. Unstable copycats exist. I would not be surprised to learn that those who wish to get their 15 minutes in media at any cost to have a chapter on this condition in the DSM-5-TR.
Posted to Law Offices of Andrew D Myers (RE: King Evidentiary Hearing w/Lally) 07/27/2025
I have watched Adam Lally testify in the Myles King evidentiary hearing several times. I think that the repeat views were to be certain that I had not imagined the whole event. I learned that Lally did not check or read his entire file before this hearing. He did not bring the file with him to the hearing. He has no system per case to be sure all pleas and subpoenas have been received, catalogued with copies given to the defense. Troopers assigned to the DA's office get to procrastinate for YEARS in providing documentation necessary for complying with Rule 14. Lally's lackluster performance in that hearing reminded me of one of my elementary school math classes. Class requirements were: (1) always show your work (2) come to school with all your supplies (3) turn in homework on a timely basis and (4) do not cheat. If Lally's time at the DA's office were comparable to that math class, even after 20 years Lally still would not be able to graduate to middle school. Lally was dedicated enough to slog through night school and work day jobs in order to become an attorney. He had to pass the bar exam. All that takes determination, a good work ethic and obviously a knowledge of the law. I did not see any of that in his testimony at this evidentiary hearing.

I do not know which to congratulate Ashley on first! When I opened this video, I noticed that this account was assigned that MINT Mobile commercial. Of course having attorneys yeet that unconstitutional subpoena was great news. Proceed carefully. I am sure Ashley knows this, but attorneys with obvious deficiencies in adhering to the rights as outlined in he U.S. Constitution have a way of inserting disclaimers, disqualifiers and dissonance into documents intended for people not their clients.

"When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." by Maya Angelou. I believe the content creators. On regular basis these people show all of us who there are; critical thinkers, ethical, intelligent and open to discussing differing opinions. As was pointed out by Ashley, the letter indicates that this firm and relevant clients are STILL trying to control the narrative, STILL cannot "read the room" and STILL untrustworthy.
Posted to Kenz (RE: Letter from Judge Limon basically saying NO) Uploaded to YT 07/29/2026
That response from Judge Liman does not surprise me. Courts issue responses like that all the time to everyone whether attorney or pro se. Do NOT feel that any letters to the court are or were a waste of time. In law there needs to be precedents set & cited, records made, before the next step can be taken. Meantime, focus on other options (as a group) regarding recommendations for attorneys willing to take on cases pro bono. Since the U.S. Constitution was metaphorically kicked to the curb perhaps the ACLU would be interested? Is a class action suit applicable? I would imagine most if not all of the affected content creators have screen shots of threats made to them and their families along with financial concerns and possible mental health issues. There are many legal channels on YT that discuss issues relevant to this situation. For now, PLEASE take what I call a mental health vacation. It has helped me during certain stressful periods in my life. Place relevant data, journals, physical files in a place to be opened later. You are not running away. You are refueling to run another day. 💗🖖

My first thought on seeing this wildly out of touch PR for Astronomer, was that it had be really bad writing by AI/ChatGPT. Then I learned it was real, so I watched it again. I get that SOMEONE thought it was funny, but tonally something seemed off. The mention in the narration that there was still open space at their next meeting event was even weirder. However this fact is most likely correct as there are at least 2 people previously signed up for that meeting who will NOT be there. Like this ad, well I did not dislike the ad it just felt weird like wearing neon green to a party clothing themed black and white. Hearing what PR firm was behind the ad, is more on the nose than seems possible.
