LOL, all I could think of is that BL is not up to the skill set of that trope, "a broken clock is right TWICE a day". For Tyler Perry, I think we need much more information. The situation of Nick Reiner regarding the tragedy of Rob and Michele Reiner, I believe says more than mental health diagnoses and treatments than simply spoiled rich boy issues. Alan Jackson's job title is literally the mandate of his profession, he is a defense attorney. Life is far more complex than movies. A charismatic intelligent attorney is not always defending the innocent. In real life they defend those who are presumed innocent until found guilty or not guilty in a court of law.

MSM/legacy media made a huge miscalculation regarding PR (allegedly, probably, maybe are some of those "unnamed sources"😉). Cut and paste journalism is not the way to survive and be relevant in the 21st century. There has been an upgrade to the category of critical thinking thanks to the new media of You Tube. People like Kjersti Flaa and others are READING these documents, increasing their knowledge and passing on that knowledge via their commentaries while still warning us to do our own due diligence. "Believe us 'bro just because...." will not work anymore. My question is how far does this cut and paste journalism go? What about the research done on U.S. politics, economics and world events? See the problem? If you can lie or are clueless about the entertainment industry then you put your credibility in question for everything you report.

Numbers seem to vary, but a quick internet search indicated that tourism in Vermont has declined since the tariffs began in full force. IMO any decline in tourism would accelerate those costs of education, homes and medical care. As a beneficiary of several expensive diagnostic pieces of tech and even more expensive treatments, I do feel privileged to be alive. Health care and home construction/mortgages are providing profits, for the CEOs, their boards and investors. Is Cost Disease hard-wired into capitalism? I would think that encouraging more tourism might be a good first step. What are the positions of local representatives on tariffs? Weren't tariffs supposed to encourage more U.S. businesses to operate and employ within the U.S. ? So, how is that going...is what I would ask. Meanwhile a huge thank you to Morgan for all that research. Perhaps legislators serving in Montpelier and those elected to the federal level could use the critical thinking boost that this video could provide.

I thoroughly believe with a trial date only months away that BL has no evidence to support the allegations made. This lawsuit was a mistake that BL and RR cannot seem to shake off (yes a TS reference😜, pls no trolls). Meanwhile I do have to admit if I were 4 months or so postpartum I might overreact a teeny tiny bit if a man showed me how to give birth. Yes, I know it's the director's vision, a producer's input, the book's description whatever it was. However, cluelessness is not, and should not be, sufficient grounds for a lawsuit. Just a huge guffaw (would have been my reaction) at the time would have been adequate😉.

Posted to LittleGirlAttorney (RE: Isabela Ferrer wishes portions of her testimony sealed) 01/05/2025
If Isabela Ferrer was a minor, she might have a case. Was she somehow been prevented from having representation before the deposition, perhaps? I have zero legal training, so let me speculate what I would rule were I the judge in this case. For either or both sides to use her statements there can be no redactions, nothing sealed. If she wishes to recant, then all her statements made during discovery possibly along testimony at a trial cannot be part of this case. All highly unlikely to happen. In regards to her concern for her future as an actor due to this chaos, that story has been written, produced and distributed. Or put more succinctly, "you reap what you sow."
Posted to LittleGirlAttorney (SONY enters the case and Isabela Ferrer redaction request) 01/06/2026
Metaphor to SONY. Experienced parents delegate babysitting duties of a rambunctious and wild 3 year old with nice hair to a 9 year old novice with good intentions. Said parents then walk away. Upon their belated return they find: a home in chaos, finger pointing by the 9 and 3 year old each stating, "they did it" and a neighbors' law suit due to the ruin of an annual gala whose failure has now been widely featured on print news and magazines. Now no one wants to ever go to that gala again, hence the lawsuit. SONY, do better next time. I agree with LGA, if what IF said in her deposition is relevant to this case, then she needs to put on her big girl heels and move on.

QUESTION: (I apologize for a potentially quite naive and odd query)...but can an already deposed witness in a civil action withdraw/impeach/recant their own testimony that was already made during deposition and yeet themselves out of an ongoing civil case which has not yet gone to trial?
Posted to Brian Entin (RE: Alan Jackson is no longer Nick Reiner's attorney) Uploaded 01/08/2026
Only my speculation, I have 2 theories which may have led to Alan Jackson stepping away from this case. (1) The need to sever Nick Reiner from the Reiner estate, the family members and thus treating him as a solitary, independent, indigent person by having a court appointed attorney. (2) There is also the possibility of a conflict of interest with Alan Jackson and/or his firm already being on retainer to one or more of the guests at Conan O'Brien's party.
Posted to Andrea Burkhart (RE: Alan Jackson resigns as Nick Reiner's rep) Uploaded 01/08/2026
I am guessing to save the Reiner family from legal involvement due to any civil lawsuits, the advice was that the family sever all financial support thus allowing Nick Reiner to be eligible for a public defender. The California law regarding benefiting from your crime would withhold a bequest or a trust, but not family or friends of family paying legal fees. I am guessing that in his 32 years, while this alleged act is probably the worst, there may have been past actions by Nick Reiner that adversely affected others. Those "others" may be considering legal action, just my speculation.
Posted to The Emily Show (RE: Alan Jackson resigns as Nick Reiner's rep) Uploaded 01/09/2026
I do admire Alan Jackson's intellect, knowledge of the law and passion for the law. At least to my ears, his statement to the press seemed overly theatrical. Maybe Jackson knows that theatrics get the best focus from the press and the public? To me the appointment of a public defender, indicates an intent to sever the family and the estate from potential liability due to any past, current or future actions of Nick Reiner. I also think that this action enables the family to mourn their loss more privately.

History should celebrate her beauty, recall her accomplishments but always mention her flaws. Celebrities may be prettier, wealthier and more powerful than the rest of us that does not equate to superiority in empathy, compassion or thoughtful pronouncements. She will always be an icon. We need only remember, beauty does not always extend to the heart or to the brain.
Posted to Attorney Larry Forman (Alan Jackson's withdrawal as Nick Reiner's attorney) 01/10/2026
While I did think Alan Jackson's statement to the press was a bit theatrical, I do think Mr. Jackson wanted to be certain that he had their attention. Interesting theory that if Nick Reiner is too out of it to confer with a private attorney then Alan Jackson had to withdraw. Possible, but if that is the situation then how is Nick Reiner going to confer with the public defender? Wouldn't a mental state that bad preclude participation in all legal matters for a specified period of time? I believe the qualification for acquiring a public defender is being indigent. Perhaps the Reiner family feels that to safe guard themselves both legally and financially then Nick Reiner must be severed from any estate/trust fund/bank account money?

I always appreciate the questions that Nurse Kim is not afraid to ask matched with the calm, measured, critical thinking responses from Mark Bederow. Unfortunately ICE has a thuggish, violent and highly problematic reputation. As difficult as it is, with our feelings about ICE, we have to wait until more videos/ring cameras are accessed and witnesses deposed. Rhetoric, speculation and rumors will help no one.

Welcome back! QUESTION: Is it possible that having Nick Reiner declared legally indigent and independent, thus eligible for a public defender can also keep the Reiner family free of any potential liability of any actions, past, present, future of Nick Reiner? Not having a public part in Nick Reiner's defense is likely the siblings best path to process this tragedy.Yet, I still wonder how this occurred. I grew up with reruns of All In The Family. The Princess Bride has long been one of my favorite movies. Do I deserve to know why, no. I simply want to know for my own process.

However, the unexpected global event with 2020's quarantine fast-forwarded changes to the way we socialized, worked, gathered groceries, and even watch films. These commentaries by Kjersti on the timeline of newly unsealed texts (which allegedly all began due to BL), are un-allegedly stellar. I was wrong about the celebrities involved in this mess coming out the worst. Who would hire PR without liability clauses, financial penalties and a very short leash regarding their posts? That is assuming of course that anyone will be hiring PR. My uninformed prediction: that due to this mess, studios, media groups and just about anyone with critical thinking ability will keep most, or all, of their PR "in-house". Although I would definitely watch a streaming movie entitled, "PR Goes Rogue...Celebrities Duck & Cover".🤣

I am not a lawyer, so I am uncertain about the legality of the act of not redacting home addresses. By stating this was an "error" the plaintiff's legal team did follow the letter of the law in releasing unsealed testimony. On the other hand, they quite badly mangled, allegedly, the spirit of the law with this "error". Again not a lawyer, but as slimy as this is, it may not be sanctionable. As far as I know, during discovery the defense did not request redaction of witnesses' addresses and phone numbers. This quote is applicable, "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time" said by Maya Angelou. Glad the MDs caught CH's condition quickly. Prognosis judging by the type of treatment given, seems good. (BTW not a medical professional either😉).

Producers/Studios are always being strict with budgets. Creatives always find it difficult to make financial cuts as it might "cut away" part of their vision. It is almost a mathematical equation involving money, power and celebrity. I do not know whether it was paranoia or a certain actor that caused Ms Ayoub to record her convo with Steve Sarowitz. At this point without an expert in spread sheets. it is impossible to make a list of where just about everyone chose the wrong road to travel If the May 18 trial actually happens, there will not be enough dumpsters in LA to contain all the trashed careers.
Posted to LittleGirlAttorney (Released testimony gives home addresses of Baldoni/Heath) 01/13/2026
The remedy being buying the Baldoni and Heath families new homes is what I also thought would be an acceptable remedy. The plaintiff's firm should buy both homes at a profit from the current owners. Disclose the publicity due to this "error" on their part to potential buyers. Even if one or both is a rental property, someday some deranged individual could turn up to harm whomever is in residence at that address. This is wild speculation, but could the plaintiff's legal team have allegedly left the addresses in on purpose in the hope that the defense would yeet those portions of Baldoni's and Heath's testimony? Whatever the origin story is, IMO there are only 2 possibilities: (1) allegedly purposeful or (2) un-allegedly incompetent. I will be VERY disappointed if Judge Limon legally shrugs off this problem as a harmless, blameless, irrelevant error.
Posted to LittleGirlAttorney (RE: Justin Baldoni/Jamey Heath home addresses doxxed) 01/14/2026
If anyone from JB and JH's families gets even one nasty note via snail mail, one teeny piece of graffiti on their driveway or one random threat from a 'bot or troll, the plaintiff's attorneys should be subject to prosecution for criminal behavior...allegedly. Being doxxed is obviously unpleasant and scary. However, in the world we live in doxxing is a potentially life threatening action. Using the excuse of we made an "oopsie", giggle and walk away should not be allowed. This should immediately be addressed by Judge Limon. Forget his rulings being less than impartial, this "oopsie" is an indication he has lost control of his court.

We all have ex's. Some have dangerous ex's. However the alleged perpetrator waiting 8 years while his ex-wife moved, re-married and had 2 children seems so very odd. The past 8 years must have had successes along with failures for this person, so why now? BTW To quote the late great Tina Turner, "What's Love Got to Do with It," This tragedy happened due to a loss of control, a loss of power, irrational blame and (only speculation) the courts/LE not investigating threats or providing any protection.

It is obvious that this area of the university was constructed for the ease of students along with its artistic appearance. That fact would have been easy to confirm by a quick walk thru of the location. That huge error in prep does bother me. I can only conclude that Charlie Kirk's foundation board of directors, his foundation's security, the university administration, FBI and even local LE were fine with this area in view of the current political climate? Incompetence only? Who knows. In reality, one person with limited knowledge of, and easy access to, this campus was able to proceed with their crime without being spotted and dealt with. I am not saying this was a conspiracy. I am saying that due to apparent incompetence, apathy, indifference or whatever, this tragedy happened. Now what?

My favorite Andrea Burkhart quote from this video, "...this isn't a PRE-NUP dude, this is a journal...." which refers to the name "Rob" as used in Sandra Birchmore's journal. As for the WHY of this appeal, perhaps Devine believed in "promises from above" (hint, not heaven) that would reverse the decertification? Or maybe Devine feels that an appeal has to be in the system to safeguard Rob's (aka Robert Devine) law license? It is a pleasure and entertaining to have an attorney as adept and intelligent as Andrea Burkhart analyze an appeal which with its procedural, grammatical and just plain dumb, errors could have benefited with a pass thru ChatGPT.

Who is attorney Sigrid McCawley there to convince? Due to representing the victims of Jeffrey Epstein this attorney is obviously someone with a very special skill set. My speculation is that this is the attorney/PR spokesperson who will assuage scared feelings of studio execs, comfort insurers of films, encourage film investors not to bolt from films starring certain actors, allow past PGA and WGA decisions ("the rooftop scene" which BL in an interview stated RR re-wrote the scene) to remain intact? OR, will this new attorney end up losing some of that past career luster/relevance as have other entities associated with the plaintiff in this case such as PR firms, MSM/legacy media and a venerable law firm?

Angenette is on point. No one should be staring at the defendant's expressions or lack thereof, what they are wearing or being persnickety about their hair or makeup. We should see and hear (mics people, sound check those mics) the attorneys, the judge and the witnesses. Admittedly I am always curious about the jury, but that is a well-known no-no. Except for child witnesses or SA victims, the judicial process should be open. As taxpayers we have paid for that privilege. As citizens of the U.S. we need to be watchdogs to be sure no one does an end-run around the U.S. Constitution and its amendments.

Sorry Kjersti, I really tried to understand that IF word salad cosplaying as a deposition. Regarding the "con artist" portion of Isabela Ferrer's deposition, my speculation is that the term "con-artist" was given to IF, allegedly, to use in a statement. Unfortunately while IF appears have remembered the noun, she has little concept of its proper usage or its syntax. This is analogous to when a child hears a big new important word then just blurts it out to impress the adults...allegedly without knowing meaning or context. 🤣 The plaintiff's witnesses in this case appear not to be the ideal group to corroborate any plaintiff or condemn any defendant in a court of law...or in the court of public opinion. BTW I stand by ALL my "allegeds", these people will file a lawsuit and issue subpoenas the way the rest of us read and write emails.😉

The content of this material makes Judge Limon's rulings even odder...UNL:ESS he wanted the public to learn this knowledge first? Hence the strategy behind those very generous past rulings for the plaintiff? Being "hoisted by your own petard" is much cleaner and clearer than any presiding judge seeming to side with the defense.
Posted to Brian Entin (RE: Nick Reiner behaving in his cell) Uploaded to You Tube on 01/20/2026
With visual observations from unknown sources and no physiological or mental health testing made available to the public, I would say that it is 50-50 that his behavior is real or is a performance. As a long-time addict (not considering any additional diagnosis) Nick Reiner is quite capable of deception by behaving irrationally on purpose. As a possible detoxing meth-addict, he might be in a deep depression after being told what he (allegedly) did. As for Nick Reiner's current attorney now being a public defender, I still think that this is protection for the family against liability for Nick Reiner's (past, present, future) actions, the immense costs of his defense and the quite likely costs of being placed for a lifetime in a secure psychiatric facility. As Nick Reiner is now 32, statistically that placement could be for the next 40 - 50 years.
