Yes, I suppose strictly speaking (and carefully questioned on the witness stand) Mr. Steed could have lent some reasonable doubt to the enormity of guilt of Ruby Franke in this case. Note that I said "could have" as there are a series of videos from "8 Passengers" which showcased at best questionable at worst abusive, parenting methods that Ruby Franke and Kevin Franke who appeared to be aligned with his wife, insisted were correct and proper. However viewers who were appalled made complaints to You Tube and police. 8 Passengers was on You Tube before Jodi Hildebrandt entered the lives of the Franke family. The new series Ruby Franke made with Jodi Hildebrandt has already hurt Ruby's case in a simple way, the setting of a recent video was the Hildebrandt home where the Franke children were found by police obviously eliminating a "I did not know" defense. Should Ruby Franke flip on Jodi Hildebrandt, should she show credible remorse, no doubt her sentence would be adjusted by the judge. On the other hand, even if Kevin Franke were to be arrested, indicted and tried in court, Mr. Steed's testimony could probably keep Kevin Franke out of prison.

I do not actively boycott Tom Cruise films. Admittedly this is easy as I only like a few of his films (A Few Good Men, Edge of Tomorrow and one or two of the MI series). When I do hear of a new Tom Cruise film, my first thought is not to rush and buy a ticket online but to remember that this is the actor who is the public face of Scientology, I think about the Oprah Show/sofa jumping video and just sigh sadly about this individual who I once admired.

Wouldn't it be ironic and yet so very terrible, if these victim reports are accurate and the only reason that they are now being taken seriously is that legacy media fears Russell Brand's popularity on You Tube. Ideally this whole mess should go the legal route. Trial by media only muddles facts, gives rise to rumors and further polarizes all of us. I do appreciate that Andrew Gold is trying to be fair to all involved. At this point repeating disclaimers stating, "this is what we know now" is all someone covering entertainment news can do. I had wondered how the whole job situation had been handled, but felt that it was too invasive and too parasocial relationship-ish to ask about. A change like this made to a whole new environment and method of earning a living is never a process to be taken lightly. This personal history indicates for both Morgan and SO, that this was a well-thought out process. And this is why I am here, for the adorable (Yes I know that they are stock/inventory) "creatures great and small" and the calm, easy to digest knowledge.

As requested no suggestions, no helpful hints and no advice. I recovered from something that did not test as COVID but was instead Strep. I do not feel quite like myself either yet, but recently a friend dragged me moaning, groaning, protesting to a RenFaire (yes I did cosplay), ordered me a drink of the type where ID is required and then I enjoyed the rest of the afternoon. We stayed (sort of) in character then we saw the movie Barbie in a real life theater. Fell asleep within a half hour of entering my home from either the liquid refreshment, the long drive or more happiness than my body could handle. 😉 So keep "making those petticoats and pockets".💖

I have never watched Bonnie Hoellein's videos beyond the clips shown on this and other Law Tube channels. With that limited data, I do not think that Bonnie grasps the enormity of this situation or her part (even as an onlooker) in the tragedy of the Franke family. Perhaps exculpatory evidence regarding the reasons for the extended family's seemingly lack of intervention will emerge during discovery or witness testimony at trial. Jodi Hildebrandt should get life in prison, as basically she destroyed so many lives, Ruby Franke should get prison time. Ideally this time incarcerated should be spent with experts in cult behavior trying to extract these sociopathic traits or until Ruby Franke's youngest child reaches 18, which ever comes first. Yes I know innocent until proven guilty, but I have gone down the rabbit hole of Jodi Hildebrandt's counseling history and Ruby Franke's pre-JH parenting methods. The only way, at this time, that I can see Ruby Franke avoiding prison is the jury and judge accepting a defense by diminished capacity or insanity.

Our innate need to make order out of chaos, to be part of a group and to feel needed seems like a double edged sword. I am not a gun owner and I am not a citizen of Canada, so my confusion and question may be ingenuous. QUESTION: Why isn't the government "paying" (in the form of cash or tax credits or a discounted license fee for future purchases) for its mistakes? The weapons verification system without proper oversight is what failed. Shouldn't that equate to liability for those (aka the Canadian government) directly responsible? Posit that a highway/road is posted at 60 mph instead of 40 mph. This road has various CCTV cameras posted along its route. My vehicle was filmed driving at 60 mph on Monday. However on Tuesday, the sign was replaced with one indicating the limit to be 40 mph. Later that week via mail. I receive a ticket stating I was speeding which equates to owing money. I was in compliance with the posted sign on Monday. Is my analogy not relevant? Is life just unfair? I crave enlightenment. 😉

Sounds like even challenging this reclassification, forget winning, could only occur with a class action-type lawsuit composed of not only a possible group of 100 Tavor owners, but ALL past/current Tavor owners. Of course the manufacturer or a gun lobbyist representing "global gun" would probably have the finances to go to court, but might lose before they even begin in social media and news, due to a problematic history (perhaps only in U.S.). QUESTION: If the government (Canadian) makes a mistake like this one, should not there be a mandatory refund along with the mandatory return of the weapon? I know, it is called the Legal/Justice System, not the Ethical/Let's Be Fair To Everyone System, but it still seems wonky to me. YET ANOTHER QUESTION: a search told me that the U.S. Supreme Court is comparable to the Canadian, The Court of Last Resort...T or F? Sounds very dramatic to my American ears.

MY RESPONSE: Define FAIR. If you can do that, be that, surprise you are the first leader of Earth 😉. Seriously I listened to this information which I took as being as balanced as possible. As was said, speaking from anyone else's perspective, excepting our own, will never be 100% accurate. I agree the one nation idea with politics as it stands now globally while maybe nice Star Trek-ish, to think about in the abstract, but is unfortunately unlikely to work due to current global situations. BTW good pull about UK not even wishing to remain in the EU.
MY GENERAL COMMENT: Thank you, I understand this situation somewhat better than before. However, it makes me very melancholy as it pushes the goal of peace to a time where intelligence, ethics and most importantly compromise, exist to the exclusion of all else. It seems like such a time would be well beyond the lifetimes of all of us.

I am not following this case daily as it is very triggering. For reasons other than Maya's, as a child I had issues that required repeated diagnostic-level visits to multiple physicians. Unfortunately a large settlement is necessary to be certain that the institution that made this mistake changes their protocol permanently. A large settlement also will result in additional pressure coming from the institution's insurer for a change in diagnostic procedures. Paying out huge amounts will not help the insurer's bottom line or put smiles on shareholder faces. Blunt, basic and sometimes cruel but that is the reality that many of us sadly have with health care providers.

I am not a fan of many of Tom Cruise's films. As Aaron said, it is hard to watch Cruise's movies forgetting about the cult association. I was somewhat surprised to know that his first wife, Mimi Rogers was the one who first introduced Cruise to Scientology in 1986. I still remember an interview TC did for Risky Business (a film released in 1983, R-rated). I was impressed by his energy, intelligence (I was VERY young when I watched these interviews) and charisma (did I say that I was very very young). QUESTION: What is the theory regarding the how and the why of the descent of 1983 Tom Cruise into the 2023 long time member of a cult with the (Cruise's) seemingly super ability of removing from his consciousness cases/complaints that Scientology has been found guilty of such as SA, CA, fraud, slander, libel and stalking. Puts a whole new spin on his 2002 film, Minority Report right?

I do not understand how any of this occurred. I had two complicated birth experiences due to a several issues including a footling breach. While the hospital I delivered at (twice) was fine, it was somewhat less than homey. The doctors were a bit brusque, the nurses were mostly caring, but I always felt that the health of myself and my babies was the staff's priority. I have no regrets about the choices that were necessary due to that priority. Having parental control over the birth experience is important, but giving birth can be a messy, complicated, literally life threatening process. We all crave order, but sometimes "chaos" ensues so choices should be made to have the best outcome, which is obviously a healthy mother and child/children.

This reading supports what I observed that night at the Oscars. Will Smith was laughing at Chris Rock's jokes then suddenly it was like a switch was flipped. I think he glanced at Jada or Jada moved a certain way (to be honest I cannot remember and do not care enough to rewatch that debacle) then stormed the stage basically sending his career into cold storage. Intriguing though, wonder if Will and Jada knew that Will would probably win "Best Actor" award? If Jada was the puppeteer that night, wow getting him banned from the Academy for 10 years along with future losing jobs is, as was said in this reading, some upper level super villain behavior.

Celebrity apologies have gone from being perceived as inauthentic to self-serving to meme-producing and, at least currently, to the level of being an oxymoron. I like Spidey's theory of "incongruence" regarding viewer reactions the current style of celebrity apologies. My advice to these people (aka celebrities), is to find a trusted PR person (yes, you too Drew) not a YES YOU ARE ALWAYS RIGHT person, take their advice and let the news cycle move on to another celebrity's calamity. What do I think about Drew's video, not sure but I think this whole situation has her confused, bewildered and totally at a loss to explain all this vitriol that her decision produced. I really do not feel that enough has been learned or that future behavior will be changed; which should be the content of relevant apology.

I had never heard that explanation of the John Lennon song, "Help". It is both touching and heartbreaking to hear that origin story. I agree that was a mistake agreeing to the paywall in the Harry interview. Mistakes happen, but I feel sad that it led to such self-doubt along with the unfortunate subsequent effect of rather badly written editorials. The internet is the world's most powerful magnification device. As it is simply a device not capable of emotion or intent (well not as of this comment) it can give us wonders conversely it can give us melancholy. A 2-week vacation from social media or even just checking on my online orders is not in my wheelhouse, but I think a 24 hour vacation is doable. I always learn so much from these interviews. I forget where I heard this, maybe from Casey Neistat? During all nighters for school, crafting, children or going down a You Tube rabbit hole..."take a shower, it is liquid sleep". Warning though, for some individuals this process can deepen the fatigue factor. For me, it gives me a non-caffeinated boost of energy (probably 3 - 4 extra hours) before urge to collapse sets in. 😉

Not that I disagreed with the prosecution's questions, this case is horrific, but there were frequent potential objections not taken by the defense. The one that I kept yelling at my screen was that "prosecution is leading the witness". To me that means that the defense probably knew how the psychologist would respond to cross so did not object as said objection would underscore the response. This child was adopted at 17 months, so most likely still old enough to benefit from family therapy in the clinician's office so that family dynamics could be viewed in real time. However as relevant as a psych evaluation, would be an evaluation for the nutritional deficiencies affecting this child's brain and physical development before adoption. I have not kept up with this case so perhaps this was done? A malnourished child's brain function could very likely have resulted in learning and behavioral difficulties.

Not sure about Kevin Franke's body language. He seems overly contained with almost no emotion which makes me curious due to these serious circumstances regarding his family. Conversely the words he chooses seems to be confrontational, argumentative and definitely not exuding warm parental feelings towards his oldest daughter. The prosecution's office might wish to get that search warrant written and submitted to a judge asap before those journals and tech disappear or otherwise removed from Mr. Franke's possession. I agree that it is unlikely that Kevin Franke will be indicted or tried/convicted. Jodi Hildebrandt's past of using beyond problematic "family therapy" techniques would either discourage a prosecutor or influence a jury to vote not-guilty for Mr. Franke.

One of my earliest memories of seeing a clown was at a theme park. I took one look, screamed then ran in the opposite direction. Decades later, still not a fan (of clowns not theme parks), but these individuals that own, manage and visit this hotel seem to be very nice and interesting people. This experience has not convinced me to stop losing my s*** when faced with a clown such as Ronald, Chucky or Bill Skarsgård😉, however it was a pleasure to see these fans of clowns communicating their joy and happiness when at The Clown Motel.
BTW like the concept of "Side Quest" as a series. My world-view could stand to be enhanced!

I do enjoy that moment of Zen with those weird chickens. Not sure if it is their fluffiness, their gravitas or creator (as in farmer not THE celestial one) hypnosis, but those moments always makes me feel at peace. The ducks waddling along following their food looking like a page out of Beatrix Potter's books is a close second fav. I agree on the microchip only use. External devices while useful are potentially too dangerous. Not to sound like a certain billionaire who appears to be trying unsuccessfully to "corral" his errant social media site with a silly rename, but it would be nice if the microchip was interactive thus sending notifications to a home base. SO HAPPY that book is evolving into a series.

I will keep my rant to a minimum, if you have insurance probably you belong to a group via an employer or medicare. These entities have the power to discount the cost of your bill using phrases such as "preferred payer", "group discount". However, if you have no medical insurance or you self-pay guess what, you are billed for the full cost with no discounts. Where is the logic in that? There are probably enough comments regarding the irony of the time, place, culprit of this injury, so Morgan, please get well soon.

Obviously living under an (unfashionable) boulder, I did not realize that Sarah Burton was leaving McQueen nor did I realize that now all the creative directors under Kering were white men. Remember that teddy bear, children, questionable devices scandal perpetrated by creative execs at Balenciaga? Guess who owns Balenciaga? Gucci had an unbelievably inexcusable gaffe back in 2019. Would a female voice or voice from a person of color made a difference in either case? We will never know. However I would LOVE to know how much power Kering had over the choices of creative directors at Kering fashion properties. Thank you Abby for the deep dive into history, as depressing as it now seems with steps forward being far less in number than those spent going backwards.

However when he says that "they" find us fascinating, yet we are so disappointing to them. As for Halloween costumes, kind of silly looking at the big picture (pun intended). I am guessing that SAG/AFTRA does not want a member (or their progeny) on social media wearing outfits from struck projects. Might have been more sensible to limit this order to actual members, not their children.

I enjoy fantasy medieval cosplay. Nothing is truly wrong, you just wear it. Everyone looked so relaxed and into the themes. I honestly could not tell what was thrifted or what was crafted. Guessing the puppy was a surprise guest? The settings looked perfect whether, moody or ethereal no matter what choice number they were, well excepting the logging road of course, but...adventure! Sometimes cosplaying at a comic con puts pressure on the creator or cosplayer to be perfect. It is a pitfall I seem to trip into from time to time. However watching this video makes me want to cosplay again.

No rambling at all, everything made perfect sense. All the testing including genetics is valid and very astute of your doctors to get it all done before embarking on the future. None of us have a 100% perfect genetics. People have spoke about that in the past and those quests never ended well. While fertility testing and treatments are not in my personal path as of this date, I would be very interested to hear whatever Maggie and Zak feel comfortable sharing. I have learned so much from this channel. Also I am getting all my delayed medical tests brought up to date thanks to Maggie's example.

Apologies on social media are always more indicative of the PR reps' and/or attorneys' talent for writing and detail then meaningful content. For a You Tuber gone rogue, apologies can be a total train wreck if an odd musical instrument is included. My hope is that all parties comprehend The Streisand Effect thus settles this whole mess quietly. This theory is 100% my imagination working, but wouldn't it be interesting if Alia was threatening her ex that she would lower the value of the channel (thus his financial interests) if he did not settle asap hence the wild notion that she could "get away with" doxxing. Yes it would be dangerously close to a pyrrhic victory on Alia's part, but if she has the talent that she says she has she could recoup any temporary dips in her income. While I was never a fan of the whole "Angels" thing, it was a part of Victoria's Secret brand identity so I was puzzled when it was dropped. Wouldn't diversifying their higher level executive team be a better step in regards to creativity, fashion, strategy and of course increasing their profits? Maybe they tried but hired people unfamiliar with the mission statement of Victoria's Secret or for that matter even a basic analysis of their company name. Victoria (Victorian time period, corsetry, french lace, romantic mystery novels) and Secret (valuable data that is confidential, not easily accessed), see not hard, just have an app with Thesaurus functionality.

Since I have been watching Law Tubers explain that what is legally correct is not necessarily ethically correct, what is ethically correct may not even brought up in trial before a jury no matter its life impact. It is so so hard to keep that in my mind. This case was difficult enough to hear (I have skipped huge portions of testimony on purpose) before this testimony. I heard about this witness from Rob while he was guesting on Runkle of The Bailey's (10/23/2023) video. Now this word (previously) is stuck in my head. That being said, the information that I get on this and other law channels on You Tube, has given me a view of the U.S. judicial system that was never taught effectively to me in any secondary school or college that I have ever attended...and a plus, did not send me into huge debt. So thank you to all the lawyers on You Tube who listen, watch and explain it all.

I love it all, but that neckpiece is magnificent. I could see that on a runway model. The hat and the skirt really evoke webs without hitting you in the face with webs which can be an icky experience😉. I understand that most spiders are harmless, helpful for the environment, and I do try to catch and release if I find them in my territory. However no amount of couture or bespoke spider accessories will stop me from screaming when spiders or mice (ironically I have guinea pigs and a chinchilla so, illogical?) if they enter my abode.

I guess that I do not understand the term arbitration as it pertains to legal actions. QUESTION: Isn't a function of arbitration is that it be helmed by a neutral party (with neutrality defined neither party being in a previous/current business relationship with the arbitration entity? In this case, the arbitration entity(ies) is chosen by the defendant. A single plaintiff must pay a fee yet be forced into a class action of plaintiffs whose members are chosen by the arbitration firm which was chosen and possibly employed by the defendant? Isn't that like a medical malpractice suit having the defendant's partners or legal representation in the plaintiff's panel of attorneys and experts? As for Ticketmaster changing the rules of the game, in the middle of the game, well the NFL would not stand for it and neither should our legal system.

I have several questions (sorry if any repeats): (BTW here via Aaron from "Growing Up In Scientology)
(1) Why didn't the copilot assist the flight attendant or was co-pilot needed to help the pilot regain control?
(2) Why wasn't the Emergency Exit Door, where the "bad guy" was headed, immediately barricaded?
(3) If co-pilot still could not get away, why didn't the flight attendant find passengers to restrain the "bad guy" until he could be totally secured to the jump seat before any attempt could be made to open the emergency exit.
(4) Could the bad guy's statement on the plane to the flight attendant in front of witnesses (aka passengers) that he knew he almost killed everyone, be used against him in court?
(5) If Miranda Rights are read to someone in mental distress, hallucinating or otherwise afflicted still be fully effective in a legal sense to allowing information acquired by police during interrogation to be used in court?
(6) If an impaired individual states that they wish to waive legal representation, shouldn't police run this by a psych expert before beginning interrogation? The defense could use the "fruit of the poisonous tree" technique, to disallow interrogation to be admitted.
NO ONE, pilot or passenger, after using any mentally altering drug for the FIRST TIME should even leave their room/home never mind get on an airplane. This "bad guy" did something highly clueless, narcissistic and dangerous, I would hope that before trial a thorough psych evaluation is done so that punishment can not only fit the crime, but also the "bad guy".

The more I read about people being removed from a cult forcibly versus coming to their own realization and disconnecting on their own, there seems to be more success and less stress with the later method. Alex's ideas for signage during the protest should be the most effective. This cult is infamous for its cruelty to families , its SA , along with its mistreatment of children and elders. With the voracious appetite of social media and legacy news, I am sure that these signs will be seen all over the world. If nothing else, this knowledge may inoculate those not yet infected to be resistant to this cult's control.

MY RESPONSE: I prefer straight bougie with a sprinkling of average (include thrifted sources). Skimpy costumes are basically bikinis with higher aspirations in life, like forget swimming, I want to be a princess or maybe a strawberry.
My COMMENT TO VIDEO: That Rapunzel wig was the best! I want to do an impersonation of Indiana Jones saying, "It belongs in a MUSEUM!" Match that wig with thrifted items in similar color/style to the iconic gown and no one will ever notice that you spent most of your money on your hair! Of course the downside is, as the night goes on the wig will feel progressively heavier. Once you take off the wig, your impact goes down a smidgen. BTW Mia would enjoy comic con (pre-buy admission ticket and if necessary hotel room), cons have friendly people, interesting panels, in-person photos and autographs of celebrities and there is a TON OF MERCH (caveat emptor).

My opinion is that Alec Baldwin is legally culpable as a producer. However so should all or most of the other RUST producers. For example, Hannah G-R did contact a line producer, Gabrielle Pickle who responded to Reed's complaints about her job before the fatality with, “We hired you as both Armorer and Key Assistant Props” (sorry I do not have a link to that data). However the title "Producer" can mean anything from profit sharing, maintaining the production's budget, to determining who is hired for on set duty such as...armorer. Interestingly enough the information provided by Rust Productions regarding titles, duties, average salaries and profit sharing by producers might be of an assist in resolving the SAG/AFTRA strike (as of this post it is ongoing) to show just what level remuneration for producers can be.

Great example by Spidey, "If you are only looking for red, you probably will only see red." Random thought, Spidey's analogy might just have explained the current disarray in the U.S. Congress. While I have only been subscribed to The Dairy of a CEO for 6 months, I agree with Spidey in that the interviewer is very intuitive and does not run around hugging everyone he interviews. Jada Pinkett may be acting a bit, have botox a bit and be a bit narcissistic, the quick run to hugging Jada seems to indicate, at least regarding the interviewer, that Jada was actually in distress. Narcissism is not a label indicative of evil, it only goes over the line in people with other disorders. Perhaps Jada should be removed from the supervillain category. As an actor, if you do not supremely believe in your own talent participating in 2 or 3 soul-sucking auditions will make you instantly regret your choice of career. Jada should take responsibility for her treatment of her husband as even a painful divorce, rather than the 2016 "secret" separation might have produced a different Will Smith than the current one who attended the live Oscar telecast on March 27 2022.

Not being a viewer of this individual's channel, just listening to Dr. Grande I agree that there is a primary disorder probably related to her need for notoriety and fame which has caused/encouraged the formation of a secondary disorder. Not sure it would be read by viewers or if You Tube is allowed to do this but perhaps bookend her videos with information concerning places to call if you have an eating disorder or otherwise need help. Our weakness in this country has always been mental health in regards to paying for it, identifying it and treating it. Ms. Cooney and the recent tragedy in Maine are examples of our failure to help these people early on before they become a danger to themselves or others.

I had not realized that Matthew Perry's substance abuse started before his fame. I wish he had gotten the help he needed when he was 14. Therapy might not have been a cure, but would have provided an "emotional Kevlar" to protect the adult Perry from the danger that sudden fame and wealth can bring. Characters like Chandler Bing or people like Matthew Perry are such a gift to us all. Dr. Grande's video was gentle, touching and yet informative. Perhaps as Dr. Grande has said, the example of Matthew Perry's struggle, may cause someone to see a therapist rather than a drug dealer for help.

Perhaps the earlier depression he reported worked against his cognitive functionality. However getting onto a plane, train or automobile relatively soon after taking something hallucinogenic for the FIRST time indicates his judgment was impaired before he stepped onto the plane. The term "magic" in the product's title is somewhat of a spoiler in that regard. I agree that his employer bears responsibility for overworking this individual, but while I would not imprison this individual for centuries he should be committed to a facility that would both treat him and contain him for his safety and ours.

I thank Amanda for the spoilers as there are far too many body-horror and torture scenes for me to speed past in an actual viewing. The homage of this series to Poe, condemnation of a certain family behind the opioid epidemic, character traits related to names/story titles, was an ingenious way of presenting horror. I may yet "watch" some of this series as Carla Gugino's performances looks amazing. I just have to exercise (I REALLY wanted to say exorcise😉) my pause button finger first.

Memories of the origin story on the Tati Westbrook/Swanson case(s) are somewhat vague for me at this point. However that Swanson has had issues with his current/past attorneys along with the amount of years which have passed, makes me think that this law suit is not just about the company or even money. Scary when lawsuits start to resemble a Herman Melville novel (Moby Dick, and I am not assigning a real life name to eponymous whale). Spoilers, it did not end well for Captain Ahab.

I know that Peter has been VERY clear in explaining the facts to his viewers concerning the court's objectives for the January 16, 2024 date, but it might still be interesting to make a random survey regarding legacy news media accuracy. Amusingly (or perhaps un-amusingly) the accuracy of the reporting will depend on the first 1 or 2 postings by media. One thing that seems unusual to me is the one and a half "Bankers Boxes" for relevant documents. I also store documents in "Bankers Boxes", so I have a familiarity with this storage medium. QUESTION: Could the defense attorney be stating that of all material that he has received, there might only be 1-1/2 boxes left to read through, complete his work and then prepare the actual case?

MrBeast can edit his video as creatively as he wishes, but the ethical thing to do would have been to inform all participants privately before the event of this creative approach. I agree that the public knowing a reality show being scripted is almost a given. However it does not appear that the category of reality show was clearly pointed out to the participants. I do not blame or think less of RP for having to apologize to MrBeast. Who among us could stand up to all that posted hate along with multiple death threats. It only takes one unstable fan to cause a tragedy. I am disappointed in the lack of response of the event's creators and editors.

As for Harry being "stuck" in the emotions of a child who was not properly comforted and helped to heal after the death of his mother, it is sad and fatiguing to listen to his interviews. I do not intend to read his book. Harry literally was born to be his brother's backup, to live as a royal and to live in various castles. However uncomfortable the Windsor family was with him and his wife, it is a pity no one was blunt enough to tell Harry, stay where you are until you have the capability of earning your own living and living your own life.
MY GENERAL COMMENT TO THIS VIDEO: Plausible hypothesis by Dr. Persaud, in that a particular individual well-known for being with lots of intimate partners along with the self-proclaimed description of being promiscuous may be assuming consent to an intimate relationship with a yes answer to the question...would you like to have coffee with me. BTW the DEFINITION of promiscuity is to have many intimate partners. The DEFINITION of partners is having consensual contact in a business, a relationship or on a team. Hypothesis is irrelevant, Mr. Brand is innocent until found guilty in a court of law. A smart man might find it more advantageous to settle these cases out of media scrutiny in private arbitration while adjusting their public persona accordingly.

Very smart of Mike to document this behavior. Judges need it, their DNA requires it, the necessity to see "pieces of paper" or data with date and time stamps clearly showing criminal behavior. Imagine how tiny, frail and inconsequential is the mindset of this cult in that they have to document Mike Rinder's (and his child's) location at all times. Were this cult a person, said person would spend their entire life in a secure mental facility. Meanwhile this cult still has tax exempt status. Why, how, I cannot fathom. All I can imagine that along with all those absurdly long term contracts with their followers is also dirt that certain entities do not want exposed.
