Megan Herning (a blogger) article which resulted in ACLU-North California threatening Taylor Swift

Were I Taylor Swift's legal team, I would hold back any legal action if the site that posted that "data" on Taylor Swift would publish this link:

Evil can co-opt many things. One hopes that people are smart enough to see through it. On a less grandiose scale, (without reading the article in question) I would say that blaming Taylor Swift for the insanity I see every morning on my news app is elevating Taylor Swift's importance way beyond the world of entertainment. ACLU is probably afraid of a legal precedent which could affect ALL opinions.  However any legalities should be limited to a civil suit. Taylor Swift can then collect damages to be donated to the charity of her choice.
