I am not angry at any player, I am angry with the NFL, the team owners, the coaches and the team physicians. Humans are not "designed" to withstand this punishment. The helmet alone is not enough protection from a hit like Damar Hamlin took and can even make a hit more deadly. In the early 2000's this doctor: (https://www.ama-assn.org/about/leadership/physician-who-discovered-cte-nfl-players-gets-ama-s-highest-honor) discovered what the long term effects of head trauma was. Even if Damar Hamlin survives, will he be the same person? What will his health be like in 10 - 20 years?
Violent sports is not the issue, but protecting all players is as ethical on a playing field as it would be in any workplace related situation.

I always love Luke's take on fashion moments and immensely respect when he revises his views based on additional details. That is the kind of criticism and commentary we want in all areas of media. My top fav was Michelle Yeoh in Bottega Veneta. The silhouette, material, color all mixed into the icon that is Michelle Yeoh won me over.

With the foreign ownership of TikTok, the new ownership at Twitter and all the less than careful and ethical treatment of user's data by most of social media, new laws are inevitable. Unfortunately I have doubts that those currently in charge of formulating these new laws have proficiency on how social media (or for that matter the internet in general) works.

"Futz" level attained. 😉 I am glad that Rachel brought up the point that accessories can really elevate (literally and figuratively) the whole hair style. I was running late for a comic con (usual for me) had wet hair so I made one braid out of it instead of taking hours to dry and straighten it. Then I added numerous butterfly clips and I was good to go (as Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer). It is all "smoke and mirrors" folks!

While Logan Paul is obviously accompanied by his own "baggage", crypto is not currently the path that anyone should invest in or even promote, until regulations are put in place. There have been so many messy debacles (latest was FTX) that any involvement even as a spokesperson (just ask Kim K. and Tom Brady) will at the least give you negative PR and at the worst drag you into a lawsuit. As for Logan's response, well it is not much of an answer on my part but "Logan is being Logan". I would advise anyone entering into a contract with him remember, caveat emptor.

If the Converted Barn Home is a fav, just to be safe see if you can negotiate to buy a buffer area beyond (and that includes) the fence that abuts your property? A shared fence does give me pause, regarding maintenance and liability. The friendly local winery could have been there for years and then someday sold to a developer, (thinking of the winery kerfuffle in the Jolie-Pitt divorce). You never know when today's genial neighbor could be tomorrow's foreign unreachable corporation...obviously I am a "glass half empty" type and an OCD worrier😉. Definitely find and employ a local expert in Tasmanian real estate and conservation laws plus someone who can inspect the house to be sure the plumbing is as shiny as that flooring in the front room. Finally not only make this choice with your heart, but include your head in the process.

Regarding TikTok performers or any influencers passionating chasing fame, there is a line you do not cross. I am not a constitutional scholar (I will not even go into my grade for U.S. History class in college😧), but free speech does not allow you to falsely yell fire in a crowded building resulting in injuries and deaths due to stampeding nor does the promise of free speech include defamation of a private citizen exposing said private citizen to danger and injury.
Comment by@JEISHII: It's all about intent. Technically not illegal to yell fire unless it's provable you intended to cause serious harm. It's kind of fuckered.
My response to: @Jeishii True. Depends on the situation and the person. For example an individual with Tourette's Syndrome who yelled fire would probably exit a jury trial with "not guilty". An 70 year old who mistakenly took people smoking/vaping as a potential danger, probably also "not guilty". However an adult female who yells fire (or murder) to get views, fame and clicks will not fare nearly as well as the previously 2 hypothetical cases.

In order to have sole custody of an animal, one should be mature, sensible, kind, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Loving the animal is nice, but not enough. Many children are not up to that task without adult supervision...and neither is Logan Paul.

I would not be as concerned about the motives and goals of Wizards Of The Coast, as much as their owner Hasbro who probably employs way more attorneys than your average D&D player. Am I implying there will be lawsuits, certainly not! However one can only hope that where your best publicity is being fan word of mouth, we will finally resolve this to where peace and prosperity reigns...until the next quest. BTW: THANK YOU for mentioning Hoeg Law. I believe the GoFundMe may have reached its goal, but still donate. "We can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability...."

Dan Murrell in 25+ minutes made the Globes sound probably more interesting than the actual show. I admit that I did not watch The Golden Globes, not because of their problematic history. I find most awards shows (well I did watch The Game Awards 2022 livestream on Steam, but sadly did not win a new SteamDeck) boring. So perhaps I missed "a moment" at the Globes? I definitely missed seeing that infamous personal space violation (aka criminal assault among the rich) of March 27, 2022 on live television. My interests reside more in why certain movies/shows/actors were not nominated and did those who win truly deserve it.

When I saw the title of this video, I sighed. New and shocking news would be all of them being relatable, wearing recycled outfits from thrift shops and hanging out at the local Starbucks without posing for a selfie. I do not consider myself a "hater". I am just way way into Kardashian news fatigue. I do wish the entire family well, along with finding significant others who do not have Twitter accounts and deeply care about them as people. As for the expression, "celebrity honesty" I believe that is one of the examples found when looking up the definition of oxymoron. 😆

Can you guess that I have had it with insanity and inanity?

My favorite hotel would be any place with a huge comfy bed, spacious shower and a fridge that is not running science experiments.

I cannot imagine being in that situation as a child. Even as an adult, I twice stayed too long in a bad medical situation. In one case a second opinion from another physician made the original doctor, more attentive to my treatment. In the second instance, my primary care physician insisted I was "fine'. I went to a specialist who agreed with me in that I was "not fine". So I switched to another primary care physician in the same practice. It is hard to not take this personally, but you must think of physicians as if they were any other service providers. What always makes it hard is the physical aspect of medical care. I think that makes the whole relationship seem personal instead of professional. Whether it is your vehicle, your home or your body, get the treatment and the care that you deserve.

Stalkers of anyone, whether famous or just your next door neighbor, are usually not amenable to logic or even the threat of punishment. This is a mental health disorder. I am absolutely not defending them, however getting them to stop requires more than prison, it requires extensive therapy, medication and maybe yes some sort of secure living environment where they are watched (aka prison/halfway house).

QUESTION: Why wasn't Prop House and its owner Seth Kenney along with the prop master (supervisor of armorer) Sarah Zachry. not also listed on the indictment? Seems odd (to me who knows nothing about law) that this FUTURE indictment has been publicized, is this just NM or does this ever happen elsewhere? Hypothesis: Is the State of New Mexico's case easier to prove (aka produce guilty verdicts) for those 3 individuals currently listed on the indictment?

Quite possibly a defense attorney will try to prove evidence such as cell phone and internet searches on Walshe's 6-year old son's iPad, were illegally obtained, although there is ample physical evidence beyond that tech. I am guessing that the only other defense strategy will try for case of diminished capacity or perhaps the more infamous one, insanity. Unless in the highly unlikely scenario that this turns out to be a real life "Gone Girl" a 2014 movie, one can only hope Mr. Walshe gets a lifetime sentence with no possibility for parole. As a charismatic con man who is capable of murder, he needs to be kept out of society and out of the lives of his 3 young (ages 6, 4, 2) children for the safety of all concerned.

The indictment of Alec Baldwin (as actor AND producer), Hannah Gutierrez Reed (armorer) and David Halls (assistant director) is understandable. However I do not understand why the prop house and its owner Seth Kenney along with the prop master (supervisor of armorer, Gutierrez Reed) Sarah Zachry aren't also named in that indictment. Live rounds were mixed with "dummies" (fake rounds) at the prop house. The live rounds were found on various locations at this movie. These live rounds did not walk themselves into a second location. Two previous "accidental" shootings on set and Hannah Gutierrez Reed having the title of armorer but was only allowed to do this job part time further enlarge the list that should be on this indictment, but as of this comment are not. The multitude of mistakes made are a direct result of the cost cutting on a movie set where REAL weapons were used. The producers saved their precious coins, resulting in the loss of a precious life Halyna Hutchins. She was a wife, mother and a rising artist in her field. Now she is only a memory and a subject in multiple trials, civil and criminal.

Since it is the same person taking the weight every week, so you cannot say would I would love to say (to a person I probably would not run into again). "Tell you what, if I could I would trade my low weight for your healthy colon." 🙄Yup definitely make would make the next visit a bit stressful.😉 Instead smile very widely, speak in a slightly higher voice, say: "But you look so good, so healthy (am assuming this individual is of average weight and height), I bet you are very active. You probably hike (insert any physical activity here)!" Be sure to accompany this comment with lots of smiling so as to make the comments nonthreatening. I have an issue with my weight and dread those medical weigh-ins which are not mandated due to any condition I currently have. Fortunately no one makes personal or unprofessional comments to me, but internally when the weight is announced (out loud no less in a hallway) it does not do much for my self-esteem. Weirdly enough they NEVER EVER announce my blood pressure (which is a medical issue) out loud which is done in the privacy of the exam room. I always have to ask for the diastolic/systolic numbers. What the _____ with that?!
As for your SO, well sometimes guys just want to help, make life easier for you, kind of snow plow the way ahead of you. Tell him, just brush the snow off your shoulders. That act of brushing the snow off your shoulders would equate to just agreeing with you, standing with you, just being moral (and silent) support.❤

Any animal native to the area is part of a system. Systems only work efficiently when all parts are in good working order (sorry about the frozen pump btw). Demonizing any indigenous animal, insect or plant is a major error. However, the case against import of non-native plants, insects and animals is much easier to understand. For example people releasing pet pythons that grew too big and strong (wow bet those snake owners never saw that coming🙄) in places like Florida end up destroying the local plant and wildlife very quickly. As for less dramatic interlopers just do a search for "Kudzu" to see the damage an invasive plant is capable of accomplishing. Curious if Morgan spoke during that coyote discussion during the town meeting. Unfortunately these days, the middle ground is a lonely place to reside. Also, I know Gold Farm is not exactly in suburbia, but have their been any complaints about barking (not counting the raccoon/bear hunters)? I agree that kind of barking is good, it alerts the neighbors also that "something is lurking about".

However the name on this page for the property is David Jones. Call me prescient, omniscient or a person who loved history courses in school, but I am guessing that this David Jones is not the late lamented member of the mid-twentieth century rock group, "The Monkees" and could possibly be a friend or relative of Alex Jones.

While I do love Lucy (part 1) and Caitlin (part 2) portions of this series, I think that Bek is my fav so far. The bird swoops and genuine befuddlement as to the reason for certain garments were hysterical. Full disclosure, her reactions were very similar to what mine would have been under similar conditions. Excellent camera work by Lucy, however (might be just me) but volume seemed a little low. LOVE you Alex, but yes that last dress looked like cosplay (in the fun game I play at thrift shops: "Clothing or Cosplay") for playing Annabelle (2014 horror/thriller film).

Yes, I do cut those hanging ribbons out of clothing immediately after purchase. I have never regretted that decision. It is a minor personal victory but I take what I can get! Never would have thought of doing that to a stretched out sweater, great outcome!
QUERY: I may have over-shortened by 1 - 2 inches a full sequined (teeny tiny size dots basically) black skirt which has a loose black lining that is only attached to the waist area. I have a few ideas (I have saved most of the cut fabric maybe about 5-6 inches), but I trust Wendy and subscribers for better ideas. This would have to be completed on a strictly hand-sown basis as my insurance carrier would prefer if I stay away from sewing machines for the immediate future🤣? BTW just to give you an idea of my skill set, one of my "saves" is to wear the skirt with black bike shorts, opaque black tights and/or boots.

I think that Patreon is a good way to avoid burnout acquired by worrying about You Tube algorithms or copyright issues. Perhaps do the "looonnng" videos (I will define "looonnng" as videos exceeding 35 minutes) with all questionable comments, words, ideas, proposals, philosophies and opinions (Susan and her 'bots are HARSH) kept in for the Patreon people, but being yeeted for the "free" You Tube versions. Yes extra editing required, BUT not extra crafting work and occasional recriminations. So almost a 2 for 1 for a creator? I don't really know as my creative crafting endeavors involve removing excess decor (some people do not know when to stop bedazzling) and ruffles (no one deserves to go through life looking like a walking Pringle) from thrifted clothing and changing fasteners (aka buttons).
Posted to Dr. Todd Grande (RE: Indictments on Rust shootings) Uploaded to You Tube 01/21/2023
I agree with Dr. Grande, in that Alec Baldwin the actor is guilty morally, but he is not guilty legally. However Alec Baldwin the producer's legal responsibility seems less clearcut. He was in charge of budgetary line items along with being frequently present on the set. So even being a self-absorbed narcissist (I am probably being redundant) his claims of ignorance of 2 huge issues seems odd. There were known staffing problems (armorer had 2 jobs thus limited time with weapons) and many employees had a long commute from the secondary hotel (stars and higher-ups were housed closer to the actual set) so they were frequently sleep deprived. There were 2 very loud gun "accidents" which were prior to the 3rd one that killed Halyna Hutchins. Alec Baldwin's claims of ignorance or "not my job" will not go over well with jurors or a judge.

I agree, this is all about buzz, product advertising, brand recognition. While a trip to Dubai is problematic for other reasons, assuming the invitees behaved themselves (regarding local traditions) I think that Tarte made a smart move. I would not be surprised to learn (I have zero info on this) that due to local culture, Tarte suggested or even encouraged the plus one be Mom or an Aunt or older sibling. As Morphe has found out pining your hopes on a few brick and mortar stores along with only 2 or 3 influencers can bite you in the make up bag. Perhaps due to the chatter online regarding this trip, someone shopping online or in-store, may not find their fav shade in their usual brand so Tarte may be purchased as a "oh I have heard of this brand" substitution.

Crazy is out there and we do not need an X-Files to find it. While the unnatural (for our species) isolation due to the quarantine is a big factor, I have been noticing more people "losing it" around 2015 when a certain public individual who often skews orangey yellow no matter what filter is being used, began to campaign for presidency. Social media funneled people into them vs. us corners. The quarantine and COVID-related stress and fear simply added the accelerant to that murky malignant mix.
