Posted to Kjersti Flaa (RE: Madonna at VMAs - Is she too old for performing on stage?) 10/01/2026

As Kjersti so aptly noted, there are those who may be uncomfortable watching Madonna dancing and singing in heels while wearing skimpy clothing due to overlaying their own fears of aging onto her. Whether Madonna wrote this line, or just read it in the commercial clip it shows she is self-aware, "I think that the most controversial that I have ever done is stick around...." The VMA hired Madonna. Madonna agreed to perform. For those not wishing to watch, there is no law or entity that requires you to watch her perform. Full disclosure, I have been a fan of hers since I was quite young. I am not fond of what has been injected in her face. Yes I do worry if she teeters a bit on her stilettos. However I will always respect her drive, talent and stamina.

There is skincare that has observable benefits, but you have to start as soon as you are able to walk. A good age to begin is probably between one year and 18 months. Use sunscreen 365 days a year. If you are under 5 years of age you may need to get special sunscreen due to sensitivity. You will not know if you chose wisely in the sense of proper sunscreen until much later in life. The other skincare that has benefits but literally requires you to do nothing is, do not smoke nor hang out in smoky/non-ventilated rooms. Again you won't know if that helped until late in life when you go to your 30th HS reunion. As for a Dateline fav, there is only one correct answer: Keith Morrison. Baseball games, skip the hotdog, go for the popcorn unless protein levels require the meat choice.

Posted to NotActuallyGolden (Blame the back/forth of SH/SA federal laws on schools) 10/01/2026

Thank you for explaining the ever-shifting Federal laws governing SH and SA. People wonder why more victims do not make a report. Now add in a large educational institution more interested in maintaining the illusion of calm and quiet, a DA's office likely understaffed and overwhelmed with cases, plus law-making bureaucrats with a collective IQ lower than the average age of a Senator or a Representative. These are enormous barriers to achieving justice, for either side. Imagine the stamina, the courage and of course the finances it must take to begin a very public legal journey that will likely consume the next 2 - 3 years of your life with absolutely no guarantee of success? Not sure that I would be up to even beginning such a journey.

IMO the internet went wild because of an ineffective investigation by LE resulting in contradictions. There were failures in basic investigation regarding formulating the timeline, not acquiring all the tech, not properly securing the scene, not testing substances from the home and not properly canvasing the neighborhood. Yet the DA of Plymouth County decided to indict. As a cherry on top of this sundae from h3ll was overcharging in the indictment (1st degree redrum) thus requiring a jury trial (vs. a bench trial) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. With all these discrepancies, conflicting details, the internet does what the internet always does, fill in those gaps. This could be a corollary to Greg's statement about an organism repeats behavior that is rewarding๐Ÿ˜‰. Now we are here, one mistrial in the books. Likely that the DA of Plymouth County (unfortunately running unopposed in the November 3 2026 election) will do it all again in the same way. What is that phrase doing the same thing over and over getting unfavorable results categorizes a person as....

Posted to Elsrich (RE: Cornell Incident) Uploaded to You Tube on 10/02/2026

Until Elsrich's story about her son's accident, I had not realized that there were safe doses/uses for ketamine along with the professional aftercare needed. Makes me wonder if the campus police/investigators knew anything about ketamine beyond that it was a drug. It is a 2-way street, tell our daughters, sisters and friends to be careful with drinks then going to parties. We should also tell our sons, brothers and friends to think before commencing intimate behavior along with respecting other's human rights even if said human stumbles then slurrs their words. The word NO, in business meetings can be a point where negotiation is required. In personal day-to-day interactions NO equates to: stop, go away, give me space. If "please" is placed in front of the word NO or stop then the resulting meaning is not maybe, it is still NO. This is not rocket science, but this ability probably does require training in the pre-teen child. I only heard about this SA at Cornell, less than a week ago. I thought, well let's see evidence. I have read statements from the DA, Cornell and others. I would like to amend that famous MeToo statement (that some media outlet proclaimed), "believe all women" into a phrase applicable to all involved. This would be, "listen, document, next investigate". THANK YOU to Elsrich for starting that womens' health fundraiser.

NotActuallyGolden (RE: Happy F'ing Friday - Nolan Wells & Cornell what is happening) 10/02/2026

My THEORY is that the death of Nolan Wells while an accident, has been clouded by confusion due to inebriation, fear of being labeled thus damaging their futures and yes perhaps some fabrication. In other words, likely there was a lack of responsibility that did not equate to criminality, at least in the state of Mississippi. In any event per AI the grand jury indicated that there wasn't enough evidence for a criminal indictment. So be prepared, as likely a civil case of wrongful d3ath will soon be filed, if it hasn't already been filed.  As for Cornell (or any college/university), seems like these fraternity house messes may be a good argument for not letting any one under the age of 25 to be lodged together in a fraternity house. That and teaching everyone what NO or even Please NO means, well NO.

Proof,  2 words/1letter: Commonwealth of M. While at the moment the Commonwealth may be one of the 10 worst judicially speaking, there are other trials being held in other states. No doubt that they will soon or should already be in those books, for their ill-advised actions, incompetence and arrogance. Maybe order 2 cases?

Posted to antphrodite (RE: Cornell 7) Uploaded to You Tube on 10/02/2026

Thank you to Ant for not mincing words with this reading. With 50+ in that group chat what else could this be other than some horrific game where the "rules" were privy to all in that group. This victim was allegedly unable to talk coherently and walk steadily out of that room. Thus she would be incapable of giving consent. Maybe if an alleged perp does flip, that will be the "Hail Mary"? However even if any of the alleged participants had any priors as juvenile offenders (under 18) those records are sealed. In certain cases a judge can unseal those records, but that is rare. However in our reality where information is valuable enough to be sold while also being easily found by by almost any online users, then if any of these men have problematic incident(s) in their personal history it will soon become public knowledge. Ironically had this all been handled properly in 2024 by Cornell, those faces, names, this story and these huge downloads of personal data on those involved would never have existed. Random QUESTION to anyone who thinks this event was no big deal: whatever the "prize" was in this game which was which essentially the brute power of the many over the diminished capacity of one, was it worth the stain on your soul and on your reputation?

Now we (essentially Hannah) have to go to the best priced/best quality candy from "independent" shops in London. Or should tourists just plan on day trips to Harrods, Selfridges and Marks & Spencer (along with a local or with an excellent currency conversion app)?๐Ÿ˜‰ Whatever the local government decides to do about Oxford Street, the result should make it worth the time and money for pedestrians shopping, maybe even attract tourists. Perhaps with each purchase there should be QR code to go online for a paid return shipping (within the UK) label for returns? Maybe only allow buses (maybe extra ones for employees arriving or departing on that street), cabs, delivery services, security/ambulances with zero private/rented auto and bicycle traffic? Perhaps have free/discounted parking on the edges of this local area (proof would be one validated (QR coded) receipt from any local store or you pay full parking costs) also have commuter bus access with posted schedules. Planners not only have to think what will work now, ten years from now, they have to think about the current costs regarding infrastructure changes needed.

Congratulations on the LAIKA Studios commission! Loved the reveal. I know that in the Wrap Up there were comments, criticisms, and a rip (not a RIP btw). IMO any issues were due mostly to time constraints. The Reveal showed a living version of an imagined character with expertise and style. Regarding the 2 Zen moments to praise the perfect leaf and its perfect twin, I would have taken that perfect leaf @3:42-3 and its companion in perfection @7:20 inside to trace onto several white foam core boards (one with the details shaved out, one intact) then I would laminate (Mod Podge?) both of the actual leaves keeping all 4 items as templates for future projects in my seasonal pattern file. Yeah, likely just OCD me๐Ÿ˜œ. Thank you for editing out that dental machine sound track (aka the in-home renovators).

Posted to Molly McPherson (RE: Response to Jane Doe Civil Law Suit) Uploaded 10/02/2026

An institution hiding behind privacy rules, the attorney listing extraneous details then both entities blaming the victim is unethical As Molly said this behavior belongs to a playbook that should have been shredded before legacy media lost its credibility with social media becoming THE media. The DA of Tompkins County took a condensed report from Cornell. He then treated the report complete in accuracy and details in his (the job of the DA) consideration that this incident was not sufficient for an indictment. That is incompetence. Blaming public reaction for one person's or one group's incompetence is defensive. Issuing a 9-page statement to the public with sensitive details is deflection. Being incompetent, defensive and deflection are traits no one should be looking for when voting for a DA. RANDOM THOUGHT: fraternities appear to be ground zero for many of these alleged attacks. An easy way to eliminate that danger that would not allowing a "house" to be used as a dormitory/residence or party location. Banning all fraternities would likely not go over well in connection with alumni donations. It is up to the universities/colleges that permit greek societies/houses on their property to come up with a solution, or look forward to diminished income due to the fact that half of the human race is too fearful to apply to be students at their institutions.

Posted to NotActuallyGolden (RE: was live streamed: More data on Cornell's investigation) 10/03/2026

Watching this on replay. Thanks for discussing this new data. Seems like Cornell did much more than I had imagined. NAG mentioned that these are Cornell grads (well except for one it they were expelled), they will be fine. What about us? These deeply flawed men could be our future senators, DAs, LE, judges and professors, not to mention husbands and fathers. RANDOM QQQ: (1) Isn't it most likely that the Snapchat text image anonymously submitted to the Title IX-Cornell investigation came from one of those in that OG chat? Little consolation, but that would mean that out of those 7 involved and the 50+ in the snapchat that at least 1.57% of that group had the primitive beginnings of a conscience. (2) Can a college or university legally remove all fraternity houses, only allowing them meeting rooms in public areas? (3) I suppose the followup question to removing those houses would be what happens when the wealthy male alumni threaten to withhold any donations to their alma mater.

Posted to Growing Up In Scientology (RE: Tom Cruise's new film, "Digger") Uploaded 10/03/2026

What is that old commercial saying, "you never want to see them sweat"? When I see a movie, I do not want to see them act. I want to be taken seamlessly and effortlessly into the story/environment of the movie. Now theater acting is different, but that is more due to the way it is set up, with a live audience in the same room with the on stage actors. Could Tom Cruise be nominated, sure. The Academy likes arty films that confounds critics, where the actor changes their appearance and has a soliloquy. As for the film winning any Oscars, it would not shock me. The Oscars are not truly a meritocracy, lots going on there. There might be some issues related to that GQ cover Cruise recently posed for. I am not sure what they were going for, but for me it seemed to almost be satirical or just plain weird, so it made me laugh.

Posted to Dr. Berry (RE: Cornell 7 incident along with the role of bystanders) Uploaded 10-/04/2026

Thank you Dr. Berry for this information presented so effectively and respectfully. I agree that conversations about boundaries and touch need to be started quite young. I did not realize that the books to assist that learning were already out there. Those books should be part of every early education program. We are growing men who do not recognize "NO" or "Please NO" as an instruction to stop. IMO some may see NO as a maybe or as a negotiation point. Or even worse, NO is irrelevant. I do question whether anyone under the influence of any altering substance can give consent as likely their prefrontal cortex would not be operating sufficiently. Judging by the anonymous submission of image capture of the SnapChat text chain, there was a least one bystander out there who was willing to help. Sadly that help did not come soon enough to stop what happened in that fraternity house.

Lawyer You Know (RE: Convo w/Dad on Caleb Flynn verdict & Clancy mistrial/motions) 10/04/2026

IMO (considering I have absolutely zero legal creds), everything Kevin Reddington is doing is directed at: (1) to make a record for an appeal and (2) to put pressure on the DA's office for a plea deal or to at least lower the indictment so a bench trial is possible. Until the Karen Read trials it was not obvious to those outside of Massachusetts just how bad things have become regarding those elected, appointed or hired to protect and serve. These individuals have been in power way past their use by date. Yes the DA of Plymouth County is on the November 3 2026 ballot. Sadly he is running unopposed although there are rumors of write-ins. If you look at that DA's history, he is allegedly "fond of" filing 1st degree indictments (which require a jury trial in the Commonwealth) where it may not be warranted. On the Clancy case, LE investigation was at best incomplete and at worst incompetent. I believe that is why the internet has been coming up with so many wild theories. They are trying to fill in all those holes in the investigation.  There are social media comments indicate that justice for those 3 innocents has been forgotten. Trial One (aka the mistrial) concluded with justice for no one. If the 2nd trial proceeds with the same parameters as its predecessor, it could be worse yet still without any justice. In the names of those lost, we should protect those for whom there is still a chance to save by doing better.

Thoroughly enjoyed this interview! Kjersti has a gift asking people about their experiences then simply listening. Todd Bryant is like the literary character, Forrest Gump. He seemed to be everywhere doing everything in the entertainment industry. Yet Spirited 2022 was the last time he worked as a stunt person/stunt coordinator/actor (aside form RUST)? I am quite disappointed in the ๐Ÿฆ—๐Ÿฆ—๐Ÿฆ— from Will Ferrell regarding the firing Mr. Bryant. If just one actor who allegedly fibbed about being able to use a trampoline can ruin a career for a man with as many connections and years in the industry that Todd Bryant had in 2022, I can only imagine the quantity of people allegedly damaged by RR whom we may never hear from. In spite of that unfair treatment, Todd Bryant seems friendly, affable and interesting. Have him back as many times as he is willing to come. Selling point: he can use these interviews as a basis for a book on this career before and after that human tsunami allegedly struck in 2022.

Posted to John Campea (RE: Non-spoiler review of Digger) Uploaded to YT on 10/05/2026

From all the reviews I have read, Digger appears to be one of those movies where you love it 100% or you do not. I did not love it. Hard to verbalize without spoilers, but when I go to a movie I go to be smoothly pulled into the world of the film. I do not go to see ACTING. I go for entertainment, information and immersion. I do not wish to notice the acting as that takes me out of a film just like the uncanny valley of bad CGI can do. From all the PR out there, it seems like Tom Cruise really really wants that Oscar for best actor. Who knows? I would not be surprised if that occurs.

Posted to Kjersti Flaa (RE: Michael Douglas and Sylvester Stallone both issuing books) 10/06/2026

Very eloquent and on point as usual commentary of movie stardom by Kjersti. I agree that Stallone and Douglas wanted to get their truth, their story out there. While I have respect for both men, I am not a fan of their films(except for Stallone's appearance in Guardians of The Galaxy which I liked). No celebrity wants a TMZ-version of their lives to be the only data out there. If Douglas did actually call all of his ex's, major kudos for that! Mysteries in movies and books can be riveting. These days mysteries in people's lives only encourages speculation from graduates of twitter-tech๐Ÿ˜œ. IMO celebrities of any age should not: (1) hide everything, (2) engage in misrepresentation, (3) lie to a judge, (4) or commit the worst sin that any celebrity could ever commit, lie to your fan base.

The State of Tennessee knew about her venous condition. The State of Tennessee  knew that 24-48 hours prior to that date, Christa Pike ate and drank very little. Any medical personnel administering injections should have known that would cause dehydration thus making injections difficult on anyone, never mind one with a venous condition. Christa Pike is still guilty of one horrific redrum and an attempted redrum while in prison.Tennessee has created a legal and ethical mess. IMO, that short interview with Cameron Sexton (Speaker of the TN House of Representatives) was quite telling of politics and mindset. Representative Sexton, in that interview, implied the refusal of anesthesiologists  (@35:11-35:13) to participate in ex3cutions as being odd as they freely work in Planned Parenthood agencies. Beside one politically controversial procedure, Planned Parenthood covers ALL womens' health issues. To conflate PP with the procedure attempted on Christa Pike is flawed and illogical.

Replay viewer here. As of this comment on Rotten Tomatoes Digger appears to be fresh for 70+% of the viewers but only 50+% fresh from the critics. This comment may seem redundant, but IMO Digger would been more impactful in stage play format. The special effects alone would have probably would have earned it a Tony. Tom Cruise's soliloquy more memorable within the shorter running time of a 90- 120 minute stage play (movie was a little over 2 hours) could lead to a Best Performance Tony. Obviously this is speculation. Perhaps comments are correct, this movie needs some years to pass for it to age into higher esteem? Rumor has it that Mr Cruise would like that 2027 Oscar nom. In which case any "aging" of this movie will only be in terms of a few months, (as in before January 2027) for the voting preliminaries. Per AI the 2027 Oscars will be LIVE on both platforms(Hulu/ABC). While I usually never watch a LIVE Oscars, being streamed on Hulu LIVE does present more potential drama and comedy in real life than is likely to be represented among the winners.๐Ÿ˜‰

Random compliment, that hair extensions comment was gold. Maybe ethics and critical thinking has to be taught very early. Perhaps adults without those traits are marooned in a zone of cluelessness unless pulled out by some personal event. The act of SA and SH is perpetrated on all ages, sizes, races, genders and all levels of attractiveness. The victim could be wearing a princess party dress, a suit or a bikini. SA and SH is a power move. It is the move of the childhood bully now grown who has acquired influence and money. I agree, gripping Mr. NAG's arms was the best way to go. Public responses at a student/children's event among adults could have collateral damage. If that particular comment was said during a private meeting, arbitrarily say it is about property insurance, then a swift surgically precise verbal cut would be permissible. To badly misquote the late great Maya Angelou, that man indirectly told everyone in that parent group who he was. It is up to those present to believe him.

No shocker that NYT is allegedly doubling down on that OG story about smear campaigns with a new story. They may be allegedly concerned about being sued for some past articles๐Ÿ˜‰. Whether any of those women were actually damaged by a smear campaign is not the main issue as by linking them all using that nifty diagram to BL is damaging as Kjersti pointed out. Absolutely no one currently, or in the near future, that is to be involved in a civil law suit should want to have any discoverable evidence that links them even tangentially with BL. As for the referenced PR reps, two things can be true at the same time. Baldoni and Wayfarer, told their reps to keep it honest and ethical. Allegedly those same PR reps might be willing to cross that ethical line with another client. Maybe Kjersti should do another doc, "Who or What Dispatched The PR Industry"? Likely Oscar would be willing to produce it!

Posted to NotActuallyGolden (Amy Griffin has filed a delay on discovery for Jane Doe) 10/06/2026

I know delays are inevitable in civil trials. However, I cannot help but leap to the conclusion that Amy Griffin and her legal team are trying to drain Jane Doe financially and emotionally. I would be surprised if Sam Lansky (aka The Ghost) was not under a very strict contract that would disallow any information regarding The Tell to be distributed. Maybe he kept notes? If they exist using them might expose him to liability issues. There would also be the problematic issue of finding his next job, allegedly. One wonders, if Amy Griffin has the receipts to prove her story, that she would have far better things to do than keep this case going. For example she could participate in: (1) more PR for her book, The Tell, (2) publicizing the (rumored) next book and (3) getting MDMA into FDA trials. Also isn't Amy Griffin a trustee on the board of The Metropolitan Museum of Art? I hear that they need a new theme for the 2027 MET Gala. That makes (4).๐Ÿคฃ

I suspect people in places of power knew that Digger was a losing proposition. Whether one's opinion of Digger is that it is fantastic or awful, it is a niche film in 2026. Niche rarely equates to big profits. However, niche can mean popularity in the years to come likely though way after a certain cult's shelf life has expired. Rumor has it, Tom Cruise REALLY wants to win an Oscar (that is not honorary). This is all speculation, but perhaps for this film, Tom Cruise called in favors which could have included "finding" ๐Ÿ˜‰ investors for this production. The cult that I shall not name is unethical, exploitative and dishonest. IMO and allegedly the entertainment industry is likely even worse.

MY COMMENT:
IMO I do not believe that anyone can assess individual import of each piece of this particular process as each piece must be precise and accurate. However in the case of TN seems like the blame can be spread widely (politicians, prison warden, MD). An individual with venous issues who purposely dehydrates themself can make even an expert phlebotomist's work very difficult or impossible. Due to a lab direction error, I withheld fluids/food 24 hours before a certain procedure (NOT lethal ๐Ÿ˜‰). 2 different experienced techs using several size n33dles for minutes that seemed like hours could not find a vein so they used a vein on top of my hand. Yes it hurt and bruised quite a bit. I have had technicians at blood donation centers have trouble finding my veins. Thus if the story about Christa Pike purposely dehydrating herself is true, IMO Pike with the unintended co-conspirator (State of TN) caused this entire conundrum.

This case has gotten intense publicity in Massachusetts. Likely there will be more than a few jurors also trying to stifle themselves should the defense actually go that route. While allegedly Matthew Farwell is responsible for the fact Sandra never saw her 24th year, I cannot believe that in intervening years between 12 (when Sandra joined the local LE chapter of The Explorers) and 23 (when she passed) that Farwell was the only member of LE "...who may have allegedly made some bad choices." Not to mention the "investigation" which indicated that she self-unalived until information (via FBI) came out in one of the Karen Read trials. Until this (2nd) botched ex3cution in TN, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts seemed to be the worst run of all 50 states. Thanks to TN, Massachusetts got bumped to 49th worst run state. As Mark said, the man has a book to sell. IMO Charles Spencer's emotions are real, but as for facts such as a conversation with the then Prince Charles about Diana passing, is likely somewhere in the middle of the accuracy spectrum. Charles Spencer may have convinced himself that is what was said. Sometimes the stories that we tell ourselves in order to keep moving forward can turn into memories or alter existing memories. Humans can be unreliable narrators during a personal tragedy. It has been almost 3 decades since Diana passed. Unless someone had tapped that phone line, we only have recounted memories. Due to the obvious animus between both men there will never be consensus on anything,  especially on the subject of Diana. There is an important election in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on November 3 2026. We need to get the word out as much as possible. Not sure what the attitude of security would be, but THE ORB might be the best alt entertainment at a con ever. Not sure what group that this puts me in, but when Connor wore the mini camera over one eye my mind went warp speed to the conclusion that this was discount (quite in theme with this video) Borg cosplay. I know that I did not vote for her. SA/SH as is well-known by most, as someone with the influence and time in news media such as MK has, should have known that is about power over others irregardless as to their age, gender, looks or whether their victim makes wise decisions. Along with a remedial class in what constitutes a victim, perhaps MK might also wish to research ketamine side effects? Is Megyn Kelly aware that without experienced medical supervision an incorrect dosage of ketamine can cause many issues including but not limited to, dissociation, over-sedation, sort-term memory issues, and even in some cases long lasting memory impairment?  In 10 minutes online I found that information from places such as NIH (national library of medicine). I would think that as "The Spokesperson of Womankind" someone would be aware of victim psychology and medications? My mistake.๐Ÿ˜‰

I am not surprised at the quantity of items found that were hidden all over and inside this house. While DNA evidence might be found, it won't be in identifiable format until tested. These crimes will not be exposed the old fashioned way (bodies in the basement or in the yard). The evidence will show itself via paper, on computers and in chemical/powder format. All those lost people who were looking for help, so so sad. Giving them their names back along with prosecuting those who knew but did nothing and those who did horrific things may be the only justice that we can expect. Suggestion: always prioritizing your health,  see if identities can be given back to more of those people (I believe one or two names have already been mentioned) who never walked out of that house. Even if only peripherally, those IDs might assist those who investigate.

Posted to Confessions of a Neighborhood Gossip- Kathy's Stories (two tries at Girl Scouts) 10/10/2026

I love those two stories. I was a little more low-key, but still not fond of my off-work (after school hours) time being co-opted. My mother signed me up for an after school program involving ballroom dancing and dinner protocols (I think they called it manners?). My guess is that I was a tween. I would hang out in the girls bathroom (amazing how I always had a stomach ache at 3:30 pm on a Thursday), sneak out early returning in time for the ride home, stay in the back of a group of girls who had no idea how to blend into invisibility (make your face go blank, crouch slightly, do not move or make noise). When time came to re-up, I resorted to a slightly illegal move, mail theft. Well it was taken from our own mail box, so it was not definitively theft๐Ÿ˜‰. By the time my mother realized that I was not enrolled, it was too late. My mom has since passed. I am left with a mystery as to why a middle class mom, working for an accountant, living in a northeastern (U.S.) state thought that her daughter was primed to be a Southern belle.

I am not deep in the lore of the behind the scenes people. Although the names are familiar, I cannot explain their relevance or significance. I did watch both Karen Read trials (yes I know a mistrial wipes out the existence of a trial). However I will continue and forever, whether legally correct or not call them Karen Read Trial One and Karen Read Trial Two. 13 hours for a deposition is a stretch for most, but Aidan Kearney started as a high school teacher. I have confidence in his patience and stamina for his dealing with little people with big egos. He also has an excellent memory for anything and everything. However, zero verbal filter which is why I hope that those 13 hours are released at the very least in printed format, although video would be epic.

Why are 'bots being trolls? IMO "Follow the money" (phrase from the 1976 film, All the President's Men). Likely humans sending out armies/swarms of those troll 'bots (or is it 'bot-trolls which oddly sounds funnier) for data scraping or simply inserting ads (aka money grabs). I am guessing you clicked on one accidentally, thinking that they were human. Unfortunately this sends anyone's algorithm to the dark side. IDEAS: (1) avoid interacting w/negative comments, this shows lack of interest (2) block if necessary, but remember to a 'bot that is engagement (3) last resort complain to site, however unless you have the name of a human likely you will hear only ๐Ÿฆ—๐Ÿฆ—๐Ÿฆ— (4) random idea that I have never tried, troll the 'bot-trolls. Do NOT like/dislike the comment but DO only (not even an LOL comment) post a link to the most boring, repetitive, meme-ridden, paywalled site you know. Never tried it. I am too much of a wimp, but it sounds like fun. A book is an excellent idea. Simplifying, decluttering, figuring out why/how the clutter began sounds like a great start. Do a step by step so you can virtually via print be with the reader. In another video you mentioned that clutter placed in an attractive container on shelving with lots of other attractive containers is only making the clutter prettier. That was an epiphany for me. Gems like that need to be in your book.

This was a fascinating interview. Excellent questions by Sarge. I am surprised that LE or the FBI has not been in contact. Crimmins' perspective along with his found notes could be helpful in the investigation. When I think of R.C. Horsch, I had pictured the fictional characters from the 1977 movie (remade in 2006) The Hills Have Eyes. However R.C. Horsch had to have charisma as even if the women were desperate, he talked them into walking into a stranger's home to do some quite dangerous and likely worse things. Without any proof presented by Horsch to Crimmins, I am guessing that Horsch's stories being an illegal alien in Australia, the millions, the jet, owning a security firm, being able to learn/acquire skills easily and rapidly were either generously hyperbole or outright lies. R.C. Horsch seemed to enjoy talking. Makes me scared to even think how he must have gained the trust of his collaborators who then turned into victims who either ran or were carried away. I am guessing that the one person in custody, the son of R.C. Horsch, knows but is not talking.

Being OCD, I keep thinking about rain (?sweat? , ?humidity?) on the Goblin causing a cosplay emergency (or you could be a mutated Goblin caught in a Tolkien/Call of Duty WarZone mash up). Suggestion from someone who is not crafty: This spray requires application in a real world outside location while wearing one of those dystopian breathing masks. What about spraying a clear acrylic sealer over the acrylic paint? I was going to suggest Mod Podge. However, AI informed me, in a quite snippy manner, that while there is a version of Mod Podge, it is water resistant (not water proof as AI haughtily reminded me). So AI's opinion, ๐Ÿ‘Ž.

Posted to Brian Entin (Interview w/behavioral analyst, Dr. Lillian Glass on Caleb Flynn) 10/11/2026

IMO (not a mental health professional) Caleb Flynn must have had a long history of narcissistic behavior. Assuming that Caleb Flynn did not have a TBI in the years between meeting his wife in college, marrying her in 2010, then likely he did not suddenly become a malignant narcissist until 2024 when he met his mistress AB. Possibly the fact that his job, his income came via his in-laws did not fit into his Caleb Flynn-centric world viewpoint? The crying (with or without tears) likely worked for Caleb Flynn in his past with rewards such as favorable attention or even forgiveness. I am sure Caleb Flynn's appeal has already been filed. Hopefully he has, or will soon, permanently lose custody of his 2 daughters. There should be a RO filed to ensure that he has no contact (email, phone or letters) with those 2 girls. As Brian Entin said, Caleb Flynn has damaged so many lives that he should be kept away from everyone. Likely long term solitary confinement would not be legal. So, brace yourselves for a book, a movie deal, a return to his deity and inevitably preaching to the other inmates. With any luck none of that will appear on social media or anywhere the public can view.

Posted-LawyerYouKnow (Convo w/Mark Bederow--possible criminal indictment-Cornell7) 10/11/2026

Replay viewer here. I always enjoy a Peter Tragos convo w/Mark Bederow. BACKGROUND on my QQ: I found the following information online from 2 sources: The Times (London) and The New York Times. Admittedly MSM has lost considerable credibility in recent years, so take my data with a bag of salt. Jane Doe was invited (via a verbal in-person convo) to come over that night to the fraternity house by a student that Jane Doe considered to be her friend.  Yes, it was Jane Doe's choice to drink before she arrived at the fraternity house at approximately 11pm. QQ: (1)does the fact that a student known to Jane Doe who was a member of that fraternity had invited Jane Doe to come over, greeted her at the front door have any implied legal obligation to safeguard Jane Doe from physical harm and dangerous substances? (2) wasn't Jane Doe's injuries (physical and emotional) on that property as an invited guest directly due to the actions of the tenants of that property with an implied duty of care by the owners and administrators (aka Cornell and Chi Psi)? Is any of that actionable (in civil court)?

FOLLOWING FROM AI on October 12, 2026 Monday 9AM:
------------                    ---------                    ------------                ----------               ----------      -----------
(1)Yes, Jane Doe was invited to the fraternity house by a fellow student.
According to records and text messages revealed in her lawsuit, Jane Doe went to the Chi Phi fraternity house at Cornell University on the night of October 19, 2024, to see a friend and fellow student, Matthew Ingalls. Ingalls, who was a member of the fraternity, had invited her to the house following a difficult afternoon. Internal Title IX documents and investigative records show that he explicitly assured her she was welcome at the house.
------------                    ---------                    ------------                ----------               ----------      -----------
(2)Jane Doe did not receive a formal call or email inviting her to the Chi Phi fraternity house. Instead, her invitation came through a personal interaction.
The lawsuit and investigative records clarify the timeline and nature of her communication:
• The Night of the Event (October 19, 2024): Jane Doe spent the earlier part of the evening drinking at a sorority house and bars near the Cornell University campus.
• Personal Communication: Shortly after 11:00 PM, she went alone to the Chi Phi fraternity house specifically to meet up with her friend and fellow student, Matthew Ingalls, who had invited her and explicitly assured her she was welcome.
(Note: While there was no email invitation to the party, Cornell University did send a campuswide "Crime ALERT" email blast a few weeks later on November 8, 2024, at 6:22 PM, which publicly detailed the sexual assault allegations at the house.)
------------                    ---------                    ------------                ----------               ----------      -----------
(3)Matthew Ingalls invited Jane Doe to the Chi Phi fraternity house on the afternoon of October 19, 2024.According to investigative records and the civil lawsuit, Jane Doe was having a particularly difficult day after someone stole her wallet at the gym earlier that afternoon. Ingalls, who was a friend and fellow student, extended the invitation to her following that incident.
She later arrived at the fraternity house shortly after 11:00 PM that night to meet up with him.
------------                    ---------                    ------------                ----------               ----------      -----------
(4)Matthew Ingalls knew Jane Doe was coming to the Chi Phi fraternity house that night, as she went there specifically to meet up with him.
According to investigative files and details from the civil lawsuit:
• Direct Target: Jane Doe walked alone from a downtown Ithaca bar at around 11:00 PM with the explicit purpose of meeting Ingalls.
• The Interaction: Upon her arrival at the house, Ingalls met her, gave her a beer, and then led her to another room where the initial encounters began.

I agree that Patrick Clancy and Rachel should keep a low profile for about a year. It is not fair, but it is their new reality. They need to accept that for now, at very public events, their presence might affect other participants and onlookers. Unfortunately due to the incompetent LE investigation at the Clancy house that day, any internet Sherlock-wannabees will never be able make all details make sense. I know that it is tempting, but I would not try to reason with trolls whether they be human or 'bots. To provide a relevant PSA, I went on AI (even a broken analog clock is correct twice a day๐Ÿ‘€). I have come to the point that I am sorry for those who comment on matters that they do not thoroughly comprehend. Let's blame public education budget cuts over the years which have caused the removal of electives such as music, psychology, statistics and logic from public school curriculums. Well, these victims of budget cuts have grown up. Unfortunately their wealth of knowledge appears to reside in the negative column. What makes me angry is an entity I once respected for its research, editing and critical thinking skills. New York Times, you should know better, you should do better and for the sake of your past honored achievements, please hire back those researchers, editors and reporters who did far more than cut and paste their articles for publication.

Congratulations on the reaching that goal! Regarding that TikTok, living creatures are not party favors. For that choice, I would blame the adults. However, are we certain that those fish are real? The little girl kept looking at the adults. Could this be a performance "directed" by those adults? Why are these people posting images of a minor child on social media? The poisoning clip is wild. I agree this person had priors, whether documented or not. Escaping punishment, asking for his record to be expunged is dooming someone in the future to illness or worse. This behavior, is not likely to stop, unless he is stopped with something such as imprisonment. Megyn Kelly does what allegedly benefits Megyn Kelly. Sometimes what benefits her coincidentally aligns with the truth. I believe that is why she did a series on BL and IEWU for clicks, views and likely revenge for being subpoenaed. However in the interview with Ari Emmanuel it would seem that fawning over this person probably was advantageous to her channel.  TIL, I also have sensitivity to patterns, I clicked off very soon so I am ok. I would do a search to see if this a common thing, but I do not want to accidentally see any triggering images.

First, I am flummoxed. I agree with legacy media?! Well so far, only Variety and only this article. Wise on Kjersti's part to wait until more data was disclosed. Yes, this was probably was a misunderstanding. However the store assistant reacted, Kelly Clarkson should have contacted the manager/owner before posting on social media. Kelly Clarkson has to be aware that fandom on the internet can turn into a mob in a moment. What to do next? End this asap. I recommend a joint statement (with the store) issued on the platform where this firestorm erupted, briefly (no long tomes no rants) stating,  "All is resolved. This store has much to offer to people whether they are children or adults. Highly recommend."  Very significant that Oscar waited to make his entrance after 2/3 of the video was over. Now that is an executive producer who knows and trusts his client to behave appropriately.๐Ÿ˜œ

Yes, I believe that Kelly Clarkson felt (and probably was) disrespected. In general situations (not being specific as to anyone in this particular case) deciding to post on social media whether you are: angry or tired or altered AND a celebrity is guaranteed to cause a stir. I had not realized that this shop was not a Mom&Pop, but part of something much larger. Without research, many will see the math of, "animatronic bird named Molly" + 15,000 USD + celebrity equating to privilege. Originally I had thought after a convo w/owners, maybe issue a joint statement, "All is resolved. This store has much to offer to people whether they are children or adults. Highly recommend." Now, I am not too sure. Maybe everyone should quietly move on? This is the ultimate tin foil hat comment (or lurid science fiction trope) regarding Kimberly Guilfoyle and Katie Zacharia. Doesn't Katie Zacharia look like Kimberly Guilfoyle if KG had blond hair? ๐Ÿ˜‰

That was a profound statement concerning the transition from vacation to home being relatively smooth if you love your non-vacation life. I once spent 2 weeks in Japan. Loved the food, the people, the culture, even the public transport. My return to the U.S. was jarring. (1)Amy Griffin's team underestimates Jane Doe's resolve in that Jane Doe's case is not about money, never has been. (2) With the Cornell 7 we do not know who to be mad at as what happened that night at that fraternity as the culprit is intangible. The culprit is a societal problem. That night there was a lack of respect for people like Jane Doe and a lack of courage to intervene for people like Jane Doe. Until our society radically evolves, putting young men in one house, with many rooms and little supervision is an equation that can end negatively. (3) The BL-verse is becoming as complex as the "regular" universe that we all inhabit. I am going to need a spreadsheet. (4) Kevin Reddington is doing exactly what he should do for his client, Lindsey Clancy. It amuses me to hear people saying why is he filing this or that. You have to make a record, you have to vigorously defend your client, you have to explore all options and in the case of a less efficient or allegedly ethics-challenged DA's office you have to apply pressure for that office to do the right thing.

Sometimes divorce has 3 stories. There is one for each of the 2 people leaving the relationship. The 3rd story is the one which takes details from both ex's. That 3rd story is likely to be the closest to reality. There were 2 enormous stressors in their relationship, serious illness and children. At this point, years later it is difficult to determine who is correct. Until recently none of this was anyone's business but theirs. This was fine until one of them decided to publish. Now it is everybody's business. I am guessing that certain details of this memoir were not told to Sofia Vergara before publication? However illness was handled during their marriage, it still would have been classy of him to inform her before publication.

Posted to NotActuallyGolden (RE: Art of Play and Kelly Clarkson) Uploaded to YT 10/14/2026

I do not know what happened at that store to Kelly Clarkson. Art of Play is not your typical struggling mom & pop store operating on a tiny budget. It is owned by brothers Dan and Dave Buck along with Adam Rubin. Rubin is a highly successful childrens' book author (he has a WIKI). Art of Play is owned by a private company, Dan & Dave Industries. This company who owns several related online companies/services along with 2 themed conventions. Sources are: Linkedin, Wikipedia and New York Daily News. None of this means that Art of Play is part of some financially bloated international entity bent on world domination. However Dan, Dave and Adam all serve a client base that is niche and well-off financially. In summary, Kelly needs stay off social media for several months or get a trusted assistant to do all posting. Dan, Dave and Adam please re-train your sales staff with this mantra: treat every customer with politeness, respect, courtesy, but yeet those "elevator eyes". BTW I go to (as an attendee & unofficial easy mark for sellers๐Ÿ˜œ) gaming, anime and comic conventions, that merch is PRICEY.

Posted to NotActuallyGolden (RE:Cornell Hires Sally Yates as an attorney-investigator) 10/14/2026

IMO hiring Sally Yates is considerably better than doing nothing even considering the arduous journey that report must travel in order to achieve change. This current case of Jane Doe and Cornell 7 may not benefit specifically from her report. However it is solely due to Jane Doe that Cornell now has Sally Yates. Yes, Cornell could claim legal privilege by not releasing the report at all. Should that happen (obviously there should be redactions for personal identifiers such as names and addresses), Cornell will lose the modicum of good will of the public and the trust of parents and students which it earned by hiring Sally Yates. What will be most critical is her recommendations to ensure future safety on the Cornell campus. What to do about the past? Jane Doe was by no means the first. Maybe let those who experienced something similar to Jane Doe talk to others on campus. Hearing the pain of what happens when one person dehumanizes another while those around either join the pack or ignoring the victim, might prove to be the most relevant course on campus.

I think that Brooklyn store with its toys and "games",  has had its 15 minutes. Everyone needs to move on. That includes finding a more appreciative home for the animatronic "Molly the Bird" than her being nailed to the wall of a toy shop with attitude. IMO legacy media is using Justin Baldoni's name as clickbait, not to tarnish his rep. One of the comments to this video had a good idea, JB should invoice those who do that, but there is that pesky๐Ÿ˜‰first amendment. Oddly thanks to BL and RR, the names Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Productions are now well-known. My speculation is that JB gets considerably more job meetings than either BL (low bar, allegedly) or even RR do, all allegedly of course. Ash Dykes, take care! Hippos are known for their ferocity. However you have to go out of your way to instigate a Hippo vs. Human conflict. Entirely different case with marauding mosquitoes. This well-known quotation came to my mind as I watched this video, "There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy"  from Shakespeare's Hamlet, A1 S5. While retaining our critical thinking skills, we should open our minds to other paths that are headed towards the same goal.

The sigh that Mark Bederow voiced when asked why this case had not been thoroughly investigated spoke volumes. That being said, I still appreciate Brian Entin approaching this case without bias. That lack of bias is helpful as not everyone viewing this particular video knows the problematic history of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts especially in the last few decades regarding LE, MSP and DA's. Watching the Karen Read trials, even Lindsay Clancy trial has made me quite biased. Allegedly there appears to be a symbiotic relationship between incompetence and corruption that has adversely affected so many lives. Hopefully the November 3 2026 election will be the beginning of something better for all who reside and vote in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

I sense that the legal team representing Jonesworks is using the infamous "spaghetti" strategy. As in throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. While I know that is common in civil cases, QQQ does use of this strategy indicate a weakness in the plaintiff's case? To me (someone not even related to a lawyer), it looks weak, desperate and that old expression, "grasping at straws". Also, it is making the defendant pay out more to her attorneys as now they have to write a longer reply to the court. I wish there were a way for civil suits to be tried on their merits, not the size of the litigant's bank account.

Looking at her body language, IMO the words: "pause" "breathe" and "smile" were printed at the appropriate parts of that report along with her actual speech. I did a loud laugh (scared my cat) when Spidey said that "Department of War" wasn't really something to smile about. That statement was accurate on several levels!  As for allegedly giving KZ a list of safe reporters, while kind of her employer to do so, it avoids the mission statement of her job. This is the Press Secretary for the President of the United States. She needs to be up-to-speed on literally everything. It may not be nice, fair or empathetic, but her job is not to be a news reader with a big smile. Her job, from day one, is to parse crises, explain economic conditions and be able to handle any reporter's questions professionally.

Posted to NotActuallyGolden (RE: Venue refuses refund to widow) Uploaded 10/19/2026

Legally the venue is correct, a contract is a legal document which stipulates the duties and behavior expected of both sides. A (modern) contract is not, as Captain Barbarossa said in the 2003 film, The Pirates of The Caribbean, "... more what you'd call guidelines than actual rules." Tornadoes and typhoons are not the only acts of a deity that can unexpectedly occur. Accidents can happen. Illnesses can happen. In a venue that depends on good PR and good will, a contract should allow for the vagaries of life. Get the venue's lawyer to make up a one-time refund. Then ASAP change the contracts to allow for the randomness of life.

The commentary on this video, does seem to fit our current news cycle. Seeing KZ stumble through interviews, media questions, her first day of work and even regarding her own resume, it does make sense that she was set up to fail. However I do not see the value of this sacrifice. November 3 2026 is election day in most of the individual 50 states of the U.S.  That clown show that we were shown on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 did SEO the heck out of news trends for 24 maybe 48 hours. However going forward would not this failure create even more harm to the reputation of The White House than before? The job of Press Secretary is critical to the U.S. President. Mishandling that position might also effect some of the Republicans who are up for election or reelection. So why do what did not work for the Roman Emperors who in an effort to soothe and keep their populace busy, threw unprepared people into the arena known as the Colosseum. It did not work well then as Rome still fell.

I would not worry about those still in that cult of celebrity. Whether they be 'bots or deluded followers, sadly they are beyond reason, proof and critical thinking. There is an 18th century novel entitled, Gulliver's Travels written by Jonathan Swift. On the surface it is fantasy, but unmasked it is a bitingly satirical story about those with delusions of grandeur, power and omnipotence. I can only imagine what Swift might be writing now regarding the cult of celebrity. Emily and Justin Baldoni have shown their inner selves to all who choose to look and understand. These are kind, compassionate and very intelligent people who have reached out to do something simple yet important by personally saying THANK YOU.

I do like the posted title, "Criminally Civil Conversations". It is brief, informative and memorable. I am hoping that Sally Yates (hired by Cornell to investigate their handling of the Cornell 7) will also be able to point out the problems in the environment. While Greek houses are not the only place for SA, there is still a group-think atmosphere there that apparently allows for those within "the house" not realizing the danger of hazing or the violence of SA. Removing the statute for limitations on SA is a good idea for cases where there is DNA evidence. Memories are malleable. Laws would have to be careful in removing the statute of limitations on SA claims that are without forensic evidence.  Flying cars?! There is (admittedly small) portion of the population that use a car as a weapon. Or fail to realize they are too drunk to drive. Or me who is unable to parallel park. Thus concept of flying cars available to the entire populace is terrifying.

Very informative conversation with Professor Manne. Katie Couric, @24:00-09, said something that shocked me. She (KC) "stayed clear of any fraternities" where she heard of "that kind of activity was going on."  If this knowledge of fraternities was well-known to other students, it seems likely that College professors, staff and administration were also aware. That was 1970's. This is now 2026. You do not have to do the mathematics to see that this is generational. It repeats class after class. While the internet has super-charged this problem, as was said, "...this problem is as old as time". Time to change.
